What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
My motivation for becoming a teacher is, I have noticed that a lot of the teachers appear to be inactive meaning that students are unable to attend a lesson. I would also like to see the roleplay from a different perspective, so I am able to explore different ways of roleplaying. As a person who roleplays often myself, I would like to see more classes being held so I thought applying for a teacher would make this happen.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
Classroom logs are important as they keep management in a classroom, from keeping history from previous classes, for example in a classroom log book you would write down names of tardy students or students that have caused troublesome behaviour in class. Theses log book will then be shown or shared we, other teacher or parents, if a student has troublesome behaviour. Classroom logbooks are also here to show that the teacher is doing the responsibility they need to do.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
If you want to start a school field trip you must fill out a field application and post it under field trip applications
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. All students must be seated whilst the class is in session
2.No phones or any other electronic devices unless given permission
3. No food or drink to be consumed in class
4. Do not come late to class unless you have a hall pass
5. Do not interrupt the teacher or any peers that are explaining or talking to the teacher.
6. Always complete assignments and homework and hand in on time.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
Generally speaking, I have been roleplaying for at least 5 years, however, on the server, I have been roleplaying for 2-3 years now. However on the server, I have only roleplayed as a student I have had many roles such as being a cheerleader, and on the main account, I'm currently a councillor.

- HD:
Head of the department is a teacher responsible for an academic department /subject. They are responsible for NQTs as well as the curriculum for their subject.
- QTLS:
A QLTS is a teacher experienced in education. They are able to start classes without the permission of an HD.
- NQT:
An NQT (Newly Qualified Teacher) is somebody who has gained Qualified Teacher Status but has not completed their induction.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
The most common role a teacher plays is to teach knowledge to their students. They are given a curriculum to follow throughout the school year. They teach in different ways - through whole class lectures, one-to-one sessions, group activities and tasks to take home. Teachers also act as role models to their students. Whether positively or negatively, they affect their students in some way. Teachers can act as a second source of love and care. Teachers can also act as mentors. Typically has more experience than their students, they can act as a guide to help their students become the best they can be. Listening and taking time to treat their students as individuals is an important part of being a teacher.
Where I live, the average annual teaching salary is £23,467 - £33,160. English teachers in Japan make around 250,000 yen/month, but I don't know about other subjects.
'Free time' is not a common experience for teachers. Even when they are not teaching a class, they are focusing on their job - whether it be marking assignments or planning for the next lesson. However, when they do manage to get a break, teachers are like any normal person. They spend time with friends, do shopping and catch up on TV.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are important to SchoolRP because, without teachers, there would be no school. Although the server has expanded to new aspects such as fast food chains and apartments, the school is still a big focus. Teachers are important so that classes can be run and players who don't have a college or adult tag can enjoy a more realistic roleplay.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The school runs on the MoSCo system - Must have, Should have, Could have.

Jake Harrison is almost 27 and he didn't look it. His short, curly, tangled brown hair gives his face a rounded look. His Brown eyes would gleam with the passion of being a teacher. It often looks like there was no colour in his face slight the red blemish that would be shown when he smiled. As for his clothes, he would wear a dress shirt whilst he worked, however, if you met him in the street after work he would be wearing a hoodie or something a lot more casual. Jake Harrison would be different when it comes to engaging with the students, he would be more fun making lessons interesting until something is needed to be done in a serious matter. He would always be there to help a student when they are in trouble whether it be seen in school or out of school. Jake's outlook on students would be to see them more as someone whos he is there to look out for and keep safe, he would often joke with the students if their free time, not being very strict until he believes it is a serious matter, e.g someone getting hurt or a student in trouble. He would also see most of his co-workers as a friendly face talking and treating them like a friend, even though he may not be seen as a friend to them. His personality is quite bubbly and optimistic, always believe people deserve a second chance and aren't in the wrong. He would be very outgoing and would never stop a conversation from happening. Jake's plans for the future is to keep in teaching education until he is retired, whether he be teaching a high school student or even in a primary school as teaching is one of his many passions.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
He'd approach them and give them a warning, taking note of their names. If they continue to do it, he'd give them another warning, however, this time taking them into his classroom to avoid a scene in the corridor. IIf they'd stop, he'd remind them of the rules, but if they continue he would discipline them by taking time from their break/lunch.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Instead of raising his voice, he would sit at his desk or stand at the front of the class, looking at his watch. He'd count the time it'd take for the class to be quiet before telling them that he would keep them behind for however many minutes it took. If certain pupils continue to interrupt he would go through a consequence system before kicking them out the class.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
In the teacher's lounge, he could either be found going over his last classes work, socialising with his co-workers or eating his favourite sandwich.

/me takes the assignment from the student, following it with a thumbs up
/me picks up a piece of chalk, scribbling the problem on the board in chicken scrawl

Backstory
Jake Harrison, grew up a fairly large city in the North-west of England called Manchester. Throughout his life, he has had an extraordinary education and comes from a good successful family, although as a child he tended to be easily passionate often switching which career path he wanted to go down. It wasn't until he met his favourite teacher, who he still inspires to be today. Jake knew as soon as he met the young passionate 30-year-old teacher, at age 13 he wanted to become a teacher. Due to his passionate behaviour, he got started right away, from studying and being a grade A student to checking books out at the library with his mum. Jake planned to make teaching his long life goal.
When he hit age 15, he got his first job as a local paper boy, All though he knew this would affect his studies he was still has hardworking and committed to becoming a teacher as he was before. At the age of 16 he finished high school in the Uk, however, his parents managed to get a successful business in Japan, This left Jake to be transferred back into high school, Which he didn't mind as he knew he could be more successful in his exams. Age 18, Jake came out of high school with A grades, just as he expected where he went to college and took a course in further education in maths.
Jake never had really had a teenage life due to his studying, however, when he turned 22 his friend was having a bachelor party for his wedding, Jake wasn't going to turn down the invite so he went and had a little too drink (He's a lightweight). Before Jake was well aware of what had happened the night of the bachelor party he heard a knock at the door with divorce paper being posted through the letterbox. Jakes worst mistake was getting married in Vegas, although he doesn't remember any of it. After this incident, Jake made sure he was only focused on his career and his friend were not going to let him ruin all the hard work he had accomplished.
