Backstory: Born in Oceanside California on January 23rd of 2005, Maya Sanders grew up with a silver spoon in her mouth. Throughout her childhood, she has been spoiled and well taken care of. During her primary school years, she had maintained high grades. Once becoming a freshman at Oceanside High School in California, Maya joined their cheer team and stayed a Cheerleader in California for three years. Nothing really notable or traumatizing happened to Maya during her time growing up in California unless you want to take into account the ungodly amount of money she spent every weekend at the mall, or the fact that her mother died during a liposuction surgery. Maya moved to Karakura, Japan because her father is expanding his law firm globally and is opening an office in Tokyo.
