In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
The receptionists are like guides to students, they assist students by providing information about the school such as school's rules, schedule or even helping them find places of interest such as classrooms, clubrooms and such. They are also the school's peacekeeper like any other faculty, making sure the school is a calm and peaceful place of learning as well as making sure the students follow the rules.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I've been on SRP for about just a while over 2 years, and during my time my RP style has changed throughout my time in the community, I've learned different way and methods of roleplay from people who have been on the server longer than I have, I even started correcting my mistakes when actioning among a few things. During my time here I've had 2 accounts as well as 4 characters with different personalities, and I can say that I've done an ok job at having different and unique characters.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I've only had the student role since I joined and I wanted to change things up while also trying something new, something I've never done before and the School Employee faction was the first thing that came to mind. The school faculty roles are much different than the student role on top of that the idea of helping newer players get familier with how SRP works sounded like a nice way of contributing to the community.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Munkh-Jargal would remain calm as he explains to the student that their current behaviour is unacceptable and that they will get detention and give them a stern warning. If they ignore him and continue to lash out at him, Munkh-Jargal would remind them that they have a second warning and if they continue to act this way they'll be given detention. And if they continue, he'll calmly lecture the student about how he warned them twice and give them a detention slip.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
First thing Munkh-Jargal will do is to seperate both students and get them away from each other to calm down after that he'll ask both parties the reasons for their violant interaction after getting confirmation from them, he'll take them one at a time to the nurse's office to check for any injuries regardless if it's something minor. Afterwards he'll talk to both parties about the rules against fighting on school grounds, followed up with detention for both of them at different times to avoid any further confrontation.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Munkh-Jargal would take a photo evidence of what his co-worker was doing before stepping and and asking them to stop, reminding them that it's against the school's rules for any faculty member to do such actions. If he manages to convince them of their wrong-doings, he'll remind them not to do it again in the future, but if he doesn't manage to do so, he'll try to get his colleague to change their mind before they risk losing their job, if they ignore his attempts, he'll have to report it to his higher-ups. He wouldn't enjoy doing it, but he'd still do it for the sake of everyone.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me he'd walk over to the coffee machine and make a full pot for himself and anyone else who might want some before pouring himself a cup and adding sugar and milk. After making his cup of coffee, he'd gently sit down on the couch making sure not to spill, he'd sip his coffee as he scrolled through his phone checking the latest news articles, media and weather reports before finishing his coffee. He'd get up and head over to the sink before washing out his cup and hanging it up to dry before he took a bottle of water from the fridge and then headed back to the reception desk
/me walked towards the fridge and took out the snacks he prepared and put in there, opening the packaging and cleaned his hands with handsanitizer and then wetwipes before he started to dig into the sandwhich he brought, opening a water bottle and occaisionally took a sip from it as he continued to eat, being mindful of others and trying not to make too much noise. As he finished his food, he'd throw the trash to their respectable bins and cleaning his hands with another wetwipe and then throwing that away as well.
/me went to the window and admired the weather as he took a bottle of water, twisting the cap off and taking a long sip before asking any colleagues that are in the room "Hey, [insert name], how've you been? Any plans for today?" after asking he'd listen close and reply accordingly

Backstory
Tuvshingol Munkh-Jargal was born at the heart of Mongolia in Ulaanbaatar, where he was the first born to his parents Usukhbayar Tuvshingol (Father) and Batbold Ayanzaya (Mother). He was born without any complications and was a healthy baby boy. As he grew older he was an ordinary child he made friends, did well in school, had a younger sibling and was a good brother. All was fine and for a year after he graduated high school he was sent to the country side to stay with his grandparents to help and spend time with them before he leaves for college as his family tradition has always been. So he stayed with his grandparents and helped around, growing and harvesting vegetables with his grandmother, herding and gathering sheep with his grandfather. He enjoyed the Steppe lifestyle and appriciated it his stay as much as he could. And as the time passed, it was time for him to be off in a foriegn country by himself for the first time in his life, and before he had to leave he left his family with some of his possessions to remember him while he was away. He chose to attend Kyoto University majoring in information system like his father and minoring in languages to be able to communicate with others regardless of the language. His time in uni was stressful as he had multiple things to deal with such as classes, part-time job, student loans, and continuing to learn Japanese, which was too much for him and caused him to not take care of himself, not eating to save time and money to study and pay rent, not going out to socialize and hang out with friends. For a while it was hopeless for him, that is until he met a girl named Nakime Fujiwari after one of his lectures, they clicked almost instantly and had many things in common, having samilier interests, both having younger siblings and even living in the same apartment buildings. They became close friends quickly to the point Nikime cared about him and even helped him out by occasionally making him food and helping him pay for things since her family was more well-off than his. After a while they graduated together both with their Bachelor's degree. After graduation they moved in together and started dating, they both worked for different companies to make more money for their future. Unfortunately, Nakime passed away after a hit and run accident, because of this Munkh-Jargal was devestated as he had plans of marrying her in the future, to cope with her loss he began dranking and not leaving his apartment for days, sometimes even weeks at a time which then lead to him quitting his job. Upon finding out, his family and friends tried to comfort him and encourage him to move on, supporting him every step of the way. Eventually he managed to move on and decided the big city was too much for him so he opted for a smaller town and started his research online where he found Karakura, a small island close to the mainland of Japan while also being away from the big cities, so he wanted to apply for a job there but seeing that there weren't many office jobs, he opted to be a receptionist for the local high school and college. He sold off his apartment and other assets, visiting and mourning his early lover at her grave on last time before he made his way to the small island town.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
Munkh-Jargal saw the potential off the students at KHS, and wanted to help them prepare for their future the same way he did but since he didn't have a degree in teaching, he chose to help students anyway he can with his knowledge in information system and since receptionists are exactly what his degree can work in, he chose that as he was happy to assist any student in any way he can.

Even though I'll be new to a position such as this, I'll guarentee to do my best and do a good job, there will be some trial and error but without failing you don't learn anything new or how to adapt and overcome any situation.
