I ask for permission from the principal and if I can. I'll send out a notice to everyone. Then I will gather willing chapmen's for support and provide transport for the class.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class:
Be friendly and helpful to other students at all time.
NEVER stray from the class, or sneak around if not necessary
Never shout or abuse the teacher or other students
If you do not understand always ask
DO NOT EVER try to bribe or cheat your way through the class of for academic gain.
No chewing gum
No skirts or shorts shorter than the pointer finger when standing up straight, hands by side
No talking over others.
When in group work, use your quiet indoor voices.
No mobile devices to be used in class- including mp3's, nonschool iPads, mobile phones must be switched off or on silent.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?
More than 2 classes or at least 3 teachers online all the time. When I go into a server and a teacher has come on (which is rare) no one knows where the class is and when you get there too many people are in there and the class is berserk.
KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
A teacher's purpose in this world is to educate children and prepare them for adulthood.
A teacher's yearly salary is £48,269.
My ideal teacher would treat the students with respect. They wouldn't favor students, punish without witnesses, publicly humiliate the pupils or harass them.
They would meet the needs of the 3 different kinds of learners, (visual, auditory, and kinesthetic.) Teachers would engage the pupils in the subject and make it exciting.

Trainee
When you're a trainee, you are not allowed to start a class, and you're not assigned to work for any other teacher. You would ask if you could spectate a teacher's lesson in progress, and take notes on how the lessons work.
Newly Qualified Teacher
When an NQT, you are now able to start a lesson, but first you check in the roleplay documents to see what you should do first. You do not have to follow the lesson plans by the book, but you must cover some of the key parts mentioned in there. You are still controlled by the higher-ups and not allowed to take in trainees to watch your classes.
Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills Now you have permission to start classes whenever you need, but you should still discuss it with other teachers before doing so. You can't train the trainees, but they can watch your classes.
Head of Department
When you're HD, you plan the lesson plans. Also to be an HD you provide leadership and create enthusiasm for teaching among members of the department, you help develop teamwork and balance the strengths of individuals, allocating responsibilities as appropriate.

BACKSTORY
Miss. C when she was 4, was given her first teaching task. She was asked to help her aunt teach her baby how to say "Mom", Miss. C was willing and enthusiastic. In late life (High School) she chose to study art, even though she was skilled in English. In college, she was top of her class and took many courses on teaching(And got a degree in it) after that, she got a job as an accountant, but she found this job boring and mundane so she decided to take a few more courses and a loan from a friend Using this, she got an apartment and paid back the loan. This brings up to today, as she writes an application.

Miss.C has 6 siblings, she is an auntie and her oldest sister (she knows of) is a teacher as well. At elementary school, she was trusted to teach other students who didn't understand the work. This inspired her to become a teacher, though not for the usual subjects, she wanted to do something more eccentric, art. But not everything was perfect for her. On an off day, she got a giant telling off, leaving her with pain and anxiety, soon after this, she forced herself to always think of her image, adding anorexia to the mix. After 4 years, she recovered from her anorexia and her anxiety lightened up a bit. Though it still pestered her from time to time. She has always been a quiet girl, who always has her head in a book, or is sketching a drawing. She can shout and argue, or read aloud, but she loves to be alone, but her class is like one person to her, her friend. She always tries to make learning fun and easy, she never just tells people to "work it out".
