What's your character's full name?:
The lady lifted her left hand to fix her glasses in place, dragging her other hand to put her paperwork on the table before tucking them back to herself and locking her gloved fingers together on top of her lap "Ms. Astoria Desmond, pleased to make your acquaintance" her head would shift slightly forward as if giving a semblance of a respectful bow to the interviewer.
What is your character's age?:
"47 years of age." That serious, albeit simple answer that wasted no time made sense with her appearance, drawn to the flat expression on her face and bold yet serene features which pointed to her senescence, speaking for themselves in the same clear tone and blaring voice of the woman they belonged to.

Describe your character:
ᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧ☾ ˖°˖☆ ˖°˖☽ᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧᐧ
Appearance: (provided with a rough sketch)
A somewhat new face in town that belonged to a woman in her late 40's hailing all the way from Germany, bearing a resemblance to some but not all people that share her last name. The first thing you'd notice is her sense of style which seemed rather unusual with her age, streaks of gray hair were colored with a contrasted ombre that faded from ash blonde to dark violet hues. It argued with the way she'd look at other times, providing different angles to her. At first the lady would appear dressed elegantly from head to bottom, put together without any visible imperfections in detailed, formal, usually gothic garments, accessorized with intricate pieces that she likely made herself. But sometimes replacing her clean, gentle gloves and revealing the harsh state her hands were left in as evidence of years of hard work for a thick pair of safety gloves that was meant to be used for her to continue working on even more projects with utmost determination and precision. By that time her attention would be devoted towards the appearance and quality of what she creates instead of herself. She'd let herself be more comfortable with an artistically messy look and practical, casual clothes while still carrying the same level of rigor only redirected towards perfectionism for her work.

Character:
Astoria would meet other people with a humorless look, narrowing her eyes like a hawk to evaluate and judge the character of a person right as they were entering her field of view sometimes before they could even say anything but she was never abrasive despite her seemingly severe exterior, the sterness felt through her tone and deep voice, demand for order and rule abidance which came without any luster. Contrary to that belief she provided every individual with respect, simply being cursed with facial expressions that often would make her come off as more distant and cold than she actually was. All of it was only a language in which she expressed her genuine care alongside empathy for other people, coming from a good place of worry and strive to serve the greater good. It would be pretty evident once she steps into a classroom or runs into a troubled student. The madam has handful experience when it comes to kids, mostly because she had several of her own and used to be a teacher giving arts and crafts lessons at her local elementary school back in Munich, Germany. She's likely to ask them a question to know how they're doing, if they take care of their health and responsibilities, or offer help in a time of need or honest support in a much gentler and compassionate manner.

Goals:
The primary reason she arrived to Karakura was to stay closer to her existing family relatives, believing that's what she needed to do and prioritise in hopes of being their "Can do it all" protector. Aside from that she also would like to put her craftsmanship knowledge to use outside of her home country. As a grandmother, caretaker and teacher she'd put more care into the wellbeing of folk much younger than herself, some might say she'd treat them as if they were her next project that deserved her undivided attention but it's much more complicated than that when it comes to people, they are everchanging and require lifelong dedication which comes first and foremost from themself. Astoria simply wishes to guide and steer them away from trouble, help them build themselves and each other up while bringing out the best out of everyone and seeing them to their maximum potential. She strives to lift others up and make way for a bright future to those who surround her. As much as she could.
Additionally, my main goal would be for her to be used to bring more fun and entertainment to school grounds in any way that I could provide. Just as any character I've made previously.

Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
The woman raised both of her brows, humming before giving a reply "Well I'd figure out the cause of the issue. First I'd ask them which part specifically they didn't grasp. Second, I'd trace back to my previous explanations as a reminder, if that does not work I'd try to put it in a simpler manner or have one of their classmates aid them so I'd have time for everyone else. And If they still need pointers after time runs out, I could make time for them after class so they don't struggle with homework. I do not want the youth leaving my classroom emptyhanded or sullen."
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Madam would calmly fold her arms, though her stern demeanor still managed to seep through her tone and way of speaking "I'd make it more than abundantly clear that I will not tolerate it, If they keep misbehaving after I've given them several verbal warnings - I'd kick them out of the classroom or send them to detention." Astoria sighed as if letting go years of built up disappointment in troublemakers. She could handle it, Of course, but that doesn't mean she welcomed it. The woman coughed to move on "Ahem, My classes cannot be unsafe and disorderly as certain subjects and topics will require everyone's focus." And straightened up her posture, swiftly regaining her professional composure with a stern face.

LESSON 1 - "Boat building"
"The students will be provided with various materials to craft their own boats, they'll be given enough time to finish them and enough time for us to test their durability outside in the water. We could make it even more entertaining by dividing into teams and starting a boat race at the end of class, seeing which ship will survive the shaky tides and reach the finish line at the end of the stream."
————————
LESSON 2 - "Bridge construction"
"In a very similar vein to the previous lesson, materials at hand will be given to students to construct bridges that are meant to support weighted objects (maybe even people if it comes to that) after I explain the objective and help ''support'' them in their work." The woman emphasized that last part in an unnatural manner and a half smile which would somehow seem as if she was trying to crack a barely satisfying joke. "Rather simple, but a great way to start off classes. Furthermore it might be just as entertaining as the last idea if there's a guaranteed prize to win and teamwork involved."

The reason I even created the character I'm writing this application with is because I'd like to apply myself and contribute to a consistent form roleplay on SRP after the time I've spent playing and making friends on the server. And similar to what I mentioned previously I see this as giving something back in return to the fun times I shared on the server with other people as I enjoy partaking in this community and I believe this would open doors for interesting RP interactions. I personally fancy the idea of planning out lessons for others and believe its something I could follow through with while sharing the entertaining aspects that come with it for a good while.In-Character Section
