Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers are expected to meet expectations from day to day in a school setting. They would be given a classroom and a schedule. This schedule changes year to year of course, as these classes can change on a yearly basis. They will also have to deal with grading assignments and prepare students for higher levels of testing and education such as college preparedness in some cases.
Teachers serve the purpose of educating and guiding people to higher forms of education.
Teachers make in Japan an average salary of ¥200k to ¥600k.
The way teachers educate is very dependent on the teacher. One way to teach is through class work and making your students participate. This would allow the students to apply the skills after a lesson. Lessons can be taught through many standards, such as textbooks, slideshows, booklets, worksheets or packets of some kind.
What teachers do in their spare time varies. When there is homework or tests to grade, teachers will have to spend time applying themselves and grading them. Another thing teachers must do is plan their lessons in advance, this will allow for lessons to be much easier to teach. Many of them will have a planning period of sorts or when they have free time, they will be able to plan these lessons ahead of time.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: Teachers are important on the server because it is SchoolRP server and mainly revolves around the school experience. Teacher’s give the players of SchoolRP the realistic feel and opportunities that one may get in real life. They are also shown as a role model in a sense, and someone to look up to.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: The planning system consists of the moSCo system which stands for: Must have, Should have, Could have.

Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I’d respectfully tell them to stop and if they continue to do so, I may raise my voice and/or present them with detention. If the situation gets out of hand I would notify the principal or higher up and if they are not available at the time I could possibly turn to the police if the situation involves any act of violence.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I’d try to engage the students in the lesson more by adding a game to the lesson or a reward for getting the correct answer. I could also raise my voice slightly and notify them that by not listening the students could get a possible consequence, such as in detention.

/me would walk to the window, opening it a crack. She’d then take a deep breath, calming her anger before looking back at the students with a relaxed look on her face.
/me would walk to the board and would then write the lesson for the day. She’d then turn to the class and would point to the board.
