Microsoft migration issue

Due to the microsoft migration i've come across the issue where i can't access my current minecraft account. I have contacted their support team and there is nothing they can do just because i don't have access to the gmail account that is linked to it.
Is there any way possible to get my progress and rank over to another account that i have, just because i can't access the old one? If not, that's fully understandable

If you’re able to prove that both accounts were yours ig, but thats something more for the support forum
