What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
I love explaining things and sharing my passion for things. I want people to understand how amazing the world is, how there are so many things to learn and explore and that subjects that may seem dull can be really interesting if approached in an appropriate way that will be engaging for others. I also want to bring an engaging and interesting role play to the server and get people excited and happy to participate. Another reason why I wish to become a teacher is I just want people to have fun in a safe and mentally stimulating environment.

The teacher class logs are an assemblage of information and data that detail the activities of a teacher's lesson, such as questions, problems and activities. These are essential as it confirms a teacher is doing their job properly and receives their pay checks.

Never make fun of or harass someone because they got an answer wrong, we all learn at different rates, I will not tolerate language like idiot or stupid,
Do not swear,
No chatting while a student or teacher is talking,

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I am the dungeon master for my friends group in D&D and have played roleplaying games for the last 5 years.

Teacher Knowledge

Teachers are the foundation of the Server, they help give roleplayers a sense of urgency and purpose. Without them the server feels dead, yes granted, students can still mingle about and roleplay but the server is just a shell of itself without the teachers.
Teachers make a salary of ¥450,000 for completing 15 classes within a month and an extra ¥50,000 for completing an extra 10 lessons a month, this extra can only be collected twice a month. Teachers can only complete 4 classes every 24 OOC hours.
Each teacher teaches differently but they will use activities, worksheets, class discussions and among other things to conduct a productive lesson.
Teachers in their free time will plan lessons and also live their lives as adults among the city, abiding the laws hopefully.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
They are the flesh and blood of the server, without them students would grow bored rapidly. A OOC school cannot function without teachers and neither can a SchoolRP Server, so it is so important that teachers are included in the roleplay experience, which is why I hope I will be accepted to join that wonderful and amazing team of people keeping the server’s alive.

My character has long brown hair, green eyes and they believe that students are the future of tomorrow and each one has their own worries and concerns and should be treated as individuals. They are very passionate about space and plan to teach as a professor at Dublin Trinity College. Their uniqueness lies in their past and their previous outlook in life.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would approach them in a friendly and non-confrontational manner (as being aggressive can often escalate the situation), I would explain why their behaviour is unacceptable and how it is affecting others, and the consequences if they continuing, if they do not stop immediately, I will bring them into detention, letting them reflect. Afterwards I may more closely monitor them in case they have become a more serious problem.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I would stop talking, and wait, if after a minute no one realises that I am waiting, I will find the person causing the most disruption and pull them outside and try and regain the attention of the class before reintroducing the disruptive student to a seat that is closer to me so I can keep an eye on them..
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
My character would plan lessons, discuss ways to engage students in lessons with other teachers and take a break and have a drink.

/me She would tap her short, unpainted nails on the golden brown wooden desk, waiting for the students to stop talking.
Backstory
Aoife grew up in an impoverished area in Cork, Ireland she was a very glum person as a child and never really had many friends. Her parents were both 999 responders, so Aoife was aware of the tragedies of humanity quite early on. It was when she was 14 when she turned things around for herself. She was about to get expelled for skipping school when one of her science teachers gave her a book about astronomy. It was unlike anything she had seen before, she thought space was just stars and planets, but the theories about black holes, Einstein Rosen-Gate Bridges and many more blew her mind, it was an epiphany of sorts. She no longer saw the universe as an unforgiving merciless thing but a place full of mysteries and wonder. She continued her studies and achieved remarkable grades in something she was passionate about. She later on in life managed to go to Oxford University as the school she used to go to secretly set up a fundraiser as they hoped she would achieve great things and be an inspiration to later students and they managed to raise enough money for her to go. She still writes letters to her old science teacher and the Headmaster at her old school.
She went to Oxford University, England and met lots of like minded people, she majored in Astrophysics and Minored in Botany, as plants seemed quite fascinating too. She learned Japanese during her Gap Year and decided to go into teaching as she wanted to inspire others like how her science teacher did for her. She visited Japan on holiday with some of her friends and admired the work ethic in Japanese culture and decided she would like to teach in Japan. After she teaches at Sakuraka High for a decent period of time she hopes to go and teach as a professor at Dublin Trinity College back in her home country.
