Your phone ringtone is not stored on your player / account, but in the NBT data of the cell phone item itself. So if you really wanted to, you could have multiple phones with multiple ringtones that you swap out, if for example you have multiple characters with custom phones. Not sure how it chooses which ringtone it uses, and I'm too lazy to test it.
