Minecraft crashing when loading resource pack

I am using 1.13.2 with 1.13.2 OptiFine

Here's a few solutions you can try:

• Try clearing your serverresourcepacks folder (found in your .minecraft).
• Turn your render distance down (below 8).
• Disable your resourcepack via the multiplayer menu, then try to connect.
• Try allocating more RAM to Minecraft (3-4, depending on your system) [CLICK HERE FOR TUTORIAL]
• Try using different server IPs; play.schoolrp.net, mc.roleplayhub.net, pe.roleplayhub.net.
• Try various different vanilla (no mods) versions below 1.13.2 (1.8-1.12).
• Have a staff member attempt to send you to spawn when loading in.

Lastly, I had a read through the crash log you supplied, looks like you're using Forge 1.13.2 (25.0.219). Try installing Optifine using the Optifine installer instead of running it as a Mod; download Optifine 1.13.2 F5 and run it as an normal installation of Minecraft instead of through Forge.
