What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I have quite a bit of experience with detailrp since I’ve been playing for about 9 months now, due to my involvement with the College Counciland, and the general school community. I’ve worked on my words per-minute as well so I can work on being able to rp quickly and efficiently and not keep people waiting.. Because nobody really likes that. I had spent a lot of time roleplaying it as a few different characters, each one of them being slightly different, which helped me learn how to roleplay as different characters overtime and make unique things about them that can only be found out through interacting with them.
What is your motivation for applying?
In addition to me taking AP Psychology in school right now, I want to involve myself in a different faction other than the school stuff. I’m looking for more opportunities to meet new people and get new roleplay experiences. I can benefit the current team by not only bringing new ideas and opportunities but also aid in the support needed by anyone asking. My activity is fairly good and I am able to get on whenever is needed, and honestly I just feel like it would be really fun. Lastly, I really want to help with the issue of not having enough people in the hospital when players really need them.
Which role are you applying for?
Psychiatrist
What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
Psychiatrist resi.:
The resident is the first role if you enter the psychiatrist department part of EMS. They are trained every day for two weeks and are then given an exam about their information to see if they are ready for the next rank. They are not able to go off-duty
Psychiatrist:
This is the first rank after resident. They are not trained anymore as they have proved they are fit to be a psychiatrist. This role is not able to give training to new residents. They can, however, go off duty with permission from a higher-up.
Attending Psychiatrist:
This rank is the first role in the department that can train. They have proved they know much about being a psychiatrist and are therefore suited to train resident psychiatrists. They can go off duty with permission from a higher-up.
Senior Psychiatrist:
The senior psychiatrist is above the attending psychiatrist and can still host training for new residents. I know little about this role, but they do not count as higher-ups, so they still need permission.
Head Psychiatrist:
This is the first role in the psychiatrist department to be a higher-up, meaning they do not need permission to go off duty, allowing them to go off duty whenever. They can do exams for the residents and train them.
In all, the hospital staff are in charge of making sure the hospital works efficiently and gives patients high-quality care. The hospital employees who are seen the most are nurses. They hand out prescriptions, and keep an eye on vital signs, and offer emotional support, caring directly to patients. Additionally, they inform patients' families about their diseases and therapies. The medical authorities in the hospital are the doctors. They issue orders for testing, dispense medication, and diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries. They also offer advice to nurses and other medical specialists. Testing and procedures are carried out by medical technicians. They might operate medical equipment, take blood samples, and do X-rays.

Character Backstory (Optional):
Mirry Chusi Ariya- along with his siblings served the cartel for as long as he could remember, his life was hard, but as the baby of his siblings, he always wanted to make sure his older siblings recognized him. One day as he was working, there was a panic within the cartel, he overheard that two(I think) of his siblings were attempting an escape. After he heard the news he rushed back to his quarters, but before he could even step foot inside, he was snatch up, and thrown in the back of a van. For YEARS, the cartel kept Mirry locked up and continuously questioned him about his siblings. The only reason why he was not seriously harmed was because he was young, and the leader's daughter took a liking to him. But over the years he was locked up, resentment towards his siblings built up within him. The people he looked up to, and cherished so dearly escaped and left him to be locked up in this sorry state. He started to hate them to their very core. Though one day, the daughter of the leader can on her routinely visit to him and noticed that there was something wrong. When she asked, he decided to tell her everything about how he was feeling. Being the friend that she was, she was able to calm him and make him see the good side of things, and certain situations that cane up that prevented him being saved. Because of this, his anger and hate was calmed, and he longed to see his siblings again. 3 nights later as everyone was going to their quarters to sleep, the leader's daughter slyly started a fire in the ammunition shed to serve as a distraction. She ran straight to where Mirry was being held, and in the chaos, set him free... she told him to keep running north and do not look back. After a bit of emotional dialogue, he did just that. When he escaped, he continued to look for his siblings, and that's when he heard about a city named karakura.

What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?

Mirry Specializes in Psychology, and studied Sociology.
Mirry was familiar with helping people cope with the grief of losing a loved one due to diseases or old age. One day though, Mirry wanted to earn a living off the way he helped others. Helping people with mental illnesses, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc. Helping people with more than just grief is something he wanted to do for a long time. Growing connections with people and learning about them grew her to be something Mirry enjoyed. Understanding the human mind and behavior is something Mirry wishes to be more knowledgeable in as well, which is why he believed a position he was fully interested in was a good place to begin his work in Karakura.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Not professionally, but he always helps his younger sibiling with emotional issues when they are going through hard times.

Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Mirry Chusi Ariya is quick with jokes and enjoys spending time with people, making him a natural at lightening the mood. Now even though he's easy going, he may at rare times seem a bit a tired due to having to take care of his sibilings(he has so many), but he doesn't let that stop him fron having fun and and flirting with pretty women he sees at the beach(bro is lonely), overall living a care-free, fun, and sometimes stressful life.

How does your character act around the hospital?
Mirry is a calm and composed person who believes he can handle any situation, even when it comes to managing difficult or disrespectful people. He’s approachable and understanding, someone people can turn to when they need advice or support. Mirry also enjoys talking just in general. He also is trying to always make an effort to build strong relationships with people he just meets on the street.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
My character likes to be alone most of the time, but he also enjoys working with his co-workers on big projects.
