VEHICLE OR ITEM NAME: Cigar x1, Umbrella x1, Electric Guitar x1, Environmental mask x1, Pocket knife x1, Smile mask x1, and sapphire gem x3.
EVIDENCE: the first screenshot is the items I had gotten back. The second evidence (a video clip) has everything that went missing.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Yesterday I had posted a forum of having items that were stolen (I was told there has apparently been someone or a few people going around and stealing things from people's apartments somehow) or glitched from a chest in my apartment, I used a little video clip as the evidence of having the items which I used for this post as well, and it showed my mouse cursor hovering over the knife and my katana. I used that as the evidence of having the knife and never got that item back and was told that I needed video evidence of having the weapon...I just wanna know how the little video clip wasn't considered as video evidence and if I will be able to get the items back that I never gotten back.
