Henki-Do
I spent quite the amount of time interacting with people at Henki-Do, especially during openings, I help manage the openings, handle things like security personnel, and finally the interacting with customers who require help that one of the cashiers or security personnel cannot handle. For example, a selling of the rights to an item, I’d often help them get in contact with the shop owner Dongmoon.
Yona-Yona
I work as a cosplayer at Yona-Yona. There, during openings, I roleplay as a character from different media’s, roleplay within roleplay! For this I also wear/hold some of the items sold in order to showcase them, customers are also able to request to view certain items.
Nakazumi Family.
The Nakazumi family is my favorite smaller community within SRP. Since it is a big family that focusses on strong bonds and relaxing interactions. They are one of the very few families that are open to characters outside of the family interacting with them to a deeper extend. Every moment I spend with them I often play as my primary character William, who acts as a groundskeeper for their estate, often I also just detail roleplay moments whilst alone of just taking care of the estate.
How I develop characters
I often develop my characters through roleplay itself, often, when I get a new character, I tend to slowly develop their personality through interactions, usually it takes a week or two before I feel fully comfortable playing a fresh character. My primary character William is the biggest example of this practice. I have slowly developed him through countless interactions and experiences ever since august 2023.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
In case of fights:
Nurses are to assess injuries when a fight occurs and is broken up, they are to converse with fellow faculty to get info where needed, and treat the injuries from the fight.
In case of regular minor injuries:
Nurses are to inspect the injuries, figure out how to best treat them, and keep an eye over the student (or faculty) in question. As long as the student in question isn’t fully better, or ready to leave, the nurse should let the student remain within the nurse’s office. But when a student is better and ready to go, they can be let out. In some cases, the student remains even if not necessary.
In case of major injuries:
In case of an injurie that falls beyond the scope of ability of a nurse, the nurse is to try and stabilize the patient (student or faculty alike) as best they can, before contacting the EMS within the hospital, in these cases, the patient will be picked up by said EMS and brought to the hospital, from this point on, it is out of the nurse’s hands.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Medical situations:
Due to my character having a little sister that is very prone to injurie, I often got to roleplay out simple situations where medical care was needed, things like a simple sc**** on the knee, a bruise on the forehead, and on it goes, you know how kids tend to be when they are careless. Sometimes tho, there were cases of things like a broken leg, since she always liked to climb, and sometimes fell. In those cases, I stabilized the leg in order to ensure a better recovery and such using a makeshift splint!
Family situations:
Often, I would spend time with people/characters I consider my roleplay family, whilst in these interactions, It was always relaxed, going with the flow, and always managed to get a good laugh out of those present, sometimes it was more in debt roleplay like romance between my character and another’s, or just a cozy sibling moment, either way, It is always nice to look back on.
I do also have experiences from outside of SRP. Experiences of where I roleplayed as a combat medic, trying to make due with the sparse resources available on the frontlines. This experience in and off its own definatly sparked a deep interest within myself for medical related roleplay!
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
In my daily life as a kid I used to visit the Nurse’s office quite regularly, it always felt like a safe place. I feel the same from the Nurse’s office within KHS, the couple of times I have been there, it always felt comfortable, and the roleplay opportunities are often highly detailed, which makes roleplay as a whole more enjoyable. On top of that, due to previous experiences, both inside and outside of SRP, ive grown a deep interest in medical related roleplay, whilst im still far from perfect, I love it when I can just care for another being. Human, animal, doesn’t matter, even in roleplay, it just feels right! Thus I hope to be able to care for others through the position of Nurse within the Schoolrp and School employee environment.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
He would remain calm, at most staring at the student in disappointment. At first he would merely tell the student to stop behaving so childish. Not engaging fully in a conversation as to not encourage the bad behavior to continue. If the student keeps up the insults, he would issue an official warning, telling them that if they continue to be disrespectful he would hand them detention. In case the student still decides it is a good idea to continue harassing him, William will hand them detention with the reason of “continued disrespect towards faculty. With warnings.”
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
His first priority would be to break up the fight. From there, before anything else, he would call in for a caretaker to see if there is any CCTV. Whilst waiting on said CCTV, he would go and talk to both students in order to get both sides of the story, if they interrupt each other he will take them to the nurse’s office and separate them in order to question them individually. Afterwards, if no CCTV can be provided, both students would receive detention. But if CCTV can point out who threw the first punch, only the student who threw said punch would be given detention.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
He would approach the coworker in question, at first simply politely asking what exactly is going on and why he is acting so abnormal. Once he is aware of all these details, he would try to reason with the coworker to try and stop his dangerous behavior. In case that cant happen due to the situation at hand, he would then search for an alternative and much safer way to get the job done. But if the coworker is merely being stubborn about it, and refuses to behave appropriately he would make a simple recording of the scene and make an approach to SLT in order to get it resolved.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
He would merely mind his own business, eating a lunch he brought from home, humming a lullaby to himself as he relaxes. In case someone decides to engage in conversation, he will likely offer to share a snack with the person in question, since he will likely have his lunch package in hand. Once his break is over, he will return to his post and peacefully await for his services to be of need!

Greeting a coworker:
/me he strolled along, checking in at the front desk to say hi to any of his coworkers in person, despite already having radio'd a goodmorning, he still enjoyed face to face interactions. upon seeing someone, he said, "Good morning, hope you're well."
Relaxing at the counter:
/me he placed his cane off to the side, leaning his arms onto the counter as he sipped from his tea. relaxing as he waited for the first student to come ask for assistance. He tidied up the papers and such as he enjoyed the morning.

Backstory
Early Childhood (age 1-9)
William grew up in a secluded mountain village. There, he grew up as the son of the main household, the Kulimoro clan. The clan was in a peaceful era at the time, focused on developing their town, which lay on a magma channel underneath, allowing for the existence of a natural onsen. Through this, William grew up in a steadily growing town, which slowly but surely started to become a tourist attraction. Allowing him all the luxuries a kid could ever want.
Teen years (age 10-16)
This was a dark period for William. His father, Fen Kulimoro, became abusive, sometimes going as far as to commit actions of violence so extreme it is better not to go into detail. William managed to push through, developing new hobbies in order to try to get through this period of his life. Hoping every day it would get better. He got into blacksmithing, making new weapons, or simple ornaments made of out metals like silver or gold even. Pottery, where he made simple things like bowls and vases to decorate his room. And hunting for wildlife, which was possible due to the vast forests that belonged to the clan, allowing for less imports of meats to be able to feed all of the residents.
The Night of the Disaster. (13-04-20XX)
This was a dark night, a night without a moon to illuminate the world. At first, everything seemed fine, the town was quiet, the lights off as everyone slept. William watched the town from his little hiding spot on the edge of the forest. Slowly dozing off. But suddenly, he woke up, he wasn’t sure why, when he noticed a blazing fire. The main estate, where his family lived, burning bright like the sun itself. By the time he got to the estate, it was too late, the fire was starting to die down as it ran out of fuel slowly but surely. By the time morning came, nothing but ashes remained.
A new life in Karakura City (age 16-19)
Not long after the disaster, William moved to the city of Karakura, hoping to find a new life to enjoy. His contact with his hometown was limited at first, as he wished to leave the bad memories behind and make new one’s instead. He lived his life day to day making friends, having fun, eventually getting adopted into the Kawasumi family, getting a proper residence, and building bonds. One of his strongest bonds to date is the Nakazumi family. To the point he was basically part of the family.
Studying abroad (age 20-26)
During this period, he moved to Pennsylvania, there he attended the University of Pennsylvania for a bachelors degree in Science in Nursing. It took him the usual 4 years of studies, with an average score, he then proceeded to spend another 2 years studying general medicine and first aid courses in order to expand his knowledge on how to help others.
Current Day (age 26)
In current day, he has moved back to Karakura. He took his time getting readjusted to life on a day to day basis. Eventually, he wrote a job application to Karakura High, simply hoping that he’d be able to put his studies to good use. It was his dream after all to look after those who have need of it, from simple things like a bruise or a sc****. To more serious issues.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
Personally, I wish to help people in need of medical care, students within this town tend to get hurt quite often, and I hope to help by providing treatment for them. Whilst some would say joining the people staffing the hospital, I would say, for helping students, being a nurse allows for much more help to be provided. I also wish to work alongside the faculty members I befriended during my studies at KHS. Another reason I wish to join the people caring for the students, is due to the fact I had a rough childhood myself. And I wish to prevent that kind of pain for any child I can, even if it’s a futile hope, I’ll do what I can to achieve it.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Personally, I would say I am a better candidate than most due to the fact I have experienced a large variety of medical situations myself throughout my life. Through this I have had the opportunity to build experience and knowledge on how to handle such cases. From this perspective, I believe I would be better suited to caring for the young and influential people than most.
