School Employee Role you are Applying For: Teaching Assistant (on the roster it says it's not taken)
How often do you log onto the server?: At least every week I try to get online as much as possible though.
Do you have discord? Yes, it’s MitsuEvan#2183
Do you have a microphone? Yes, but I don’t like to speak much and my mic is hard to put together.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: sadly, yes, but it was a few years back in I think 2017 or so, for abusing a taser I didn't actually own I just found and failing to tell staff I had it, though I didn't know I had to tell them but I make sure not to do either of those ever again, and I've for sure been better at rules.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: I can ensure, and ill make sure I come on as much as possible making each day right so there will be no guessing.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?: Yes, and ill make sure to prevent me from being fired.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
Teaching Assistants work with or under the guidance of a licensed teacher. Generally, reinforce the lessons by working with individuals. For example, after the teacher presents a lesson, a teacher assistant may help peers of students in a small area/group. Teachers seek feedback from assistants to monitor students' progress. Teaching Assistants sometimes help teachers by grading tests and checking homework which will do that day, and discuss lesson plans and student education development. Specifically, they help the teacher in their classroom and where ever they are needed
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: Yes, I’ve been rping for 5 or 6 years, so I’ve found some other School Rps in which I’ve also been a secretary and a teacher.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have many years of experience, and I’m trying to upgrade my experience to be a school staff for once that actually has a flashy title.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: Yes, In other RP servers I’ve done similar jobs where I maintain a school office, or teach a classroom, in some roleplays id be in a Company building or a school

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: If it is serious I’d send them up to our principal or report them, nothing too bad I hope, if it’s not I'd tell them to stop with a relatively calm manner, unless things get out of hand then it would go to higher-ups or the vice-principal or principal himself for a talking to for their behaviour to adults and school employees
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I do the job, but not before asking a few questions, but I make sure I understand the possibilities for each action I could cause and any wrong move.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I try to reason or talk them out of it, I'd try and keep the situation calm and make sure that the employee knows what they are doing is wrong and is dangerous to themselves and others, due to their actions being harmful.

Chosen Job: Teaching Assistant (Teachers Aide)
Motivation for Joining YHS: my motivation for joining YHS is because not only am I good with kids and getting them to understand the rules in the school but I’m pretty good at keeping classrooms quiet and easy to teach in, I was born in a relatively strict home and things had to be done then and there no slacking, so that goes for students as well. So I want to join and help where I can to keep the school running smoothly and making sure that things won’t be slacked on, making sure that everyone has a motivational and steady workday.
Age: 22 years of age.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: Because I’m great with other people, and children. I'm a hard worker and I cope with challenges well even if things get rough. Each student is different and needs different things to get through the day, same with some of the staff, I tend to put my back into it and make sure to keep the school campus running smoothly. I'm sure that the school would like a steady working day for them and the students, so I’m here to help out and make sure that things would go easy for them.
