I would say i'm rather active. Of course, some days i'm a little less active, due to my IRL job, but I normally always get on for a few hours once i'm home. The time i'm on is normally 5 hours or over, it really just depends on the day, weither i'm busy or not. Most of my time on SRP is dedicated to the basketball team I'm currently on, roleplaying with other teams or just anyone I come across. I also dedicate my time a lot to stores I work at, for example Henki-do. If i'm not doing any of those, I might just be off somewhere building someones place or my own for the fun of it!
I've been on SRP for a LONG time now, i've had experience in many different kinds of roleplays, mostly jockrp though. I've been in a few teams like highschool track, baseball, football, cheerleading, and now currently in college basketball. I've also been part of the teacher faculty! Being a teacher was truly fun, but deep down i've always wanted to go for something harder, more challenging, like shopkeeper.

What shop are you applying for?:
Jaibatsume Cosmetics
I went for Jaibatsume Cosmetics mostly because, my shop has one theme but it still revolves around pets, animal foods, furnitures, toys and plushies and I was a little unsure on which category it would be so I went for this one since it made the most sense to me, and sounds like the easiest to work with for the type of shop i'm going for!
Shop Name:
Jaibatsume Cosmetics ---> Mofu no Mori
Mofu no Mori, which translates to forest of fluff. I chose that name, since this shop will be a pet store! There will be pets, animal themed plushies, and pet foods/toys. The interior design will also be foresty to fit the shops general theme.
Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:
The thought of ever owning a shop for myself excites me. I've been manager at two shops for over a year, and I get the gist of how it goes, owning a shop, and the responsibilities one gets upon receiving their own shop. Being able to open whenever I wish, and make the shop faction a little more active would be amazing. Whenever I get on SRP I always wait for a shop to open, and sometimes it can be a little disapointing seeing none open, and i'd love to change that!
Another reason would definitely be, I have quite a few customs! I always get DMs or friend messages, or friend requests about my customs, and weither they can have a copy of it. I would love to be able to introduce my customs to the public though out my own shop, and sell them to people. As a spender, I think me spending money on SRP could totally benefit the shop faction, since I'd be adding my items to the public for people to own and enjoy having.
I've been wanting to be a shop keeper for a while now, but when I asked, my ideas were turned down, saying it wouldn't work, but now I believe i have a great idea, where people WILL enjoy, AND it would work. My shop idea may be a little different than other shops, but I sure do think it would be a great add to the shops on SRP if accepted, and I can GURANTEE people will LOVE visiting it. I've heard many people talk about wanting a pet shop in Karakura, and I really want to bring that idea to life.
I would also like to add that, i'd be hosting events that will be involving animal white lists to be included, not only human characters. I want this shop to include everyone in a way or another! Many people run into shops as animal white lists, and get in trouble for it which I find sad since there's no shop currently that allows or welcomes animals in, but a Pet Shop would be amazing, since maybe they could roleplay walking in with their owners, to go choose pet toys, or anything. During events, they WILL be included and participating, which is what makes this a fun idea for EVERYONE.
What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
Mofu no Mori, a particular store where animals without a family resides at, waiting for their future family to enter and take them to a loving home. A beautiful animal friendly, forest themed environment. Rumor says, upon stepping inside, it's as if you have crossed a gate, to a beautiful forest, welcomed by many animals such as lizards, hamsters, snakes, and many more, with an 'indoor' pond with REAL fish! Is it true though? No one truly knows what happens, except those who have entered and many has said they always left with a little companion in their arms, with bags filled with things to make them happy.
Mofu no Mori would be the first store in Karakura who truly shelters animals, to give them a better life, than the dark alleys on Karakuras streets. Of course, buying yourself a pet won't be the only way to help out Mofu no Mori with sheltering animals, there will be donations accepted, which will ensure all the animals inside will be warm and comfortable until someone comes by and takes them away to their new forever home. Mofu no Mori will have a free guide, given out to customers who are new to handling animals, and wish to learn how to treat them correctly, and of course workers will be walking around, giving tips there and there to customers who are not sure of what their companion needs.
As important the animals are to Mofu no Mori, there will be other things being bought at the store. Products such as pet foods, treats, toys and beddings will be offered to the public to buy. We have the best quality and healthiest animal foods for a cheap price, after all Mofu no Mori is all after making sure sheltered animals live a good and healthy life. But what if you're not ready for an animal? That is OK! Other products will be sold like, animal themed plushies, for those who are too young or are not ready to have a companion, but still want one in a way, for the animal lovers out there!
Whats so special? Mofu no Mori has a pet rat MASCOT! Its name is Jerry the Rat. The little critter runs around the store, and welcomes customers, sometimes it'll drop some cheese to those who deserve some! But of course, what makes it really special is the fact it would be the FIRST actual pet store in Karakura.

Mofu no Mori Pet Contest
Monthly Mofu no Mori will be hosting pet contests! There will be activities where the public come and gather up with their pets and participate in fun activities. Activities such as, fastest companion, obstacle run, best tricks and fan favourite! To get more in detail, the fastest companion would be a little race. Every pet will be lined up in a little line and will have to run to the other end, first one there wins! Obstacle run would be a little obstacle course that Mofu no Mori employees has set up around the store for pets to race in! Then there's best trick, where the employees will be the judges. Each Person will demonstrate the best trick their pet can do! Last but not least would be fan favourite. As adorable all pets are, there's always one that sticks out a little more than the others. Every person at the event that day will be able to write down their favourite pet that participated that day on a slip of paper. Once all the papers are gathered, they will be counted then announced! Once announced, all the winners will be called forward to pick up their rewards for winning, such rewards could be plushies, or even toys for their pets!

Stray Animal Contribution
Once a month, Mofu no Mori will set up a booth outside the store dedicated to supporting Karakura's stray animals. During this event, only pet food intended for stray cats and dogs, birds and any other animals will be available for purchase, encouraging customers to directly contribute to helping local animals in need. Customers may also be able to do donations during the event. At the end, the person who contributes the highest in donations will receive a special Mofu no Mori Gift Basket, filled with pet treats, toys, and other goodies sold in the shop.

Jerry the Rat is GONE!
On a normal day where Mofu no Mori was suposed to open, an employee found Jerry the Rat GONE! Where could he possibly have went!? Worried, Mofu no Mori has decided to call over Karakura citizens to come and help out find him! Each citizens will have to enter the store and search for the missing rat. But one thing they don't know is. . HE'S GOOD AT HIDING! The employees are getting more and more worried as time passes by, so an announcement is done. Whoever finds Jerry the Rat will be rewarded with 500,000 YEN WORTH OF ITEMS! 500,00 yen may be a lot, but it sure is worth it, if Jerry the Rat is missing!

What will you sell in your shop?:
A lot of things! Such as companions (Plushies or animal enclosures) looking for a new happy home, animal enclosures, pet foods, treats, beds, and toys. Animal themed foods for humans, like cupcakes, biscuits, and animal themed plushies! Here's a small list of the items we have now!

How many employees do you plan to have?:
I plan to have 2 cashiers working a shift, 1 manager if I get one, and one pet keeper (mascot).
Cashier
Their role will be selling products to customers. For their pay, they'll be allowed to keep 25% of what they make, and that may change to higher depening on how much the store makes. In total I would accept 10+ cashiers.
Manager
Their role will be supervising the other workers and making sure the shift goes well! They will keep 30% of what the entire shop makes that shift. In total I would have 2 managers.
Pet Keeper
There role will be walking around the store and ensuring no one is causing harm to any of the animals in the store. Not only watching animals but also giving tips to people about what their new companion may need, and handing out a little guide books to those who wish for one. The pet keeper will also be dressed as our famous, Jerry the Rat mascot! For pet keepers, there will be 4 in total. Pay wise, it will depend on the shift but they'll make 50k+.
Employee Uniform:
The employee uniform will be simple, for cashiers it'll be a white t-shirt with a brown apron with a pet logo on the front! On the back there will be a little bow tide. For pants it'll be either a skirt or normal pants, depending on what they prefer of course. For Manager, they'll have a similar outfit but instead of their apron being brown it'll be green, so customers can spot the difference! The aprons will be there incase any fur gets in the way, after all this IS a pet store! For pet keepers, their uniform will be a tad different, they will be wearing a rat suit, to represent Jerry the Rat, our shops mascot.
Shop Rules:
Food Feeding any animals in the store will NOT be allowed, only employees can do that. | Interactions Any interactions with any pets inside the store is forbidden, unless theres a sign saying it's allowed. | Pet Customer pets will be allowed in the store, just keep them maintained. | Shouting Screams could scare the animals, and cause them stress, so keep your tone low. | Clean Hands Permited to interact with an animals, means you MUST have clean hands before doing so. |
Hiring:
Hirring for Mofu no Mori will be a little different. Most shops will have applications done on a website, instead of ICLY interviews, which I find not so fun. I want to meet people ICLY and interact with them, see how they react ON SPOT, not on a forum. Interviews will be hosted, at the store, each person being interviewed will have a series of questions to answer, which will show me if they're truly capable of thinking on spot, and see how they are in person. Who knows, maybe i'll make them go through something physical involving the animal inside of the store!
Additional notes about your application:
Any companion mentioned are NOT actual white lists, they are either items or furnitures! The only white lists that would be involved would be during the events, where people can come and roleplay as their whitelists, which I think would be amazing, since this shop will be involving EVERYONE. I will also be purchasing 3-5 furnitures/items customs to introduce to the store every month or so, most of them will be coming from suggestions people give me!

Of course this will be a question for after I get accepted IF I do, but would it be possible for me to have any pet related items added to my shop IF I get accepted, for example items that were already sold at shops but not anymore, like cat foods, dog foods, bird seeds, dog bones, cat toys, ect.
