I am active every single day. However, I will be returning to physical school soon so my activity will decrease slightly. I simply log on after school until 9pm [GMT] where I split my activity across all my accounts during that period. At the weekend, my activity picks up quite significantly.

It was very trivial and immature of me, I did my full 15 days without appealing, as I knew what I had done was wrong and felt there was no need for proving my innocence. This was also very early in my SRP days, when I didn’t know much about developing characters or how to role-play properly and efficiently. However, moving on from that, I have put that behind me and have not had a bad experience with a staff member. I have matured immensely since that incident and took it upon myself to decide that I want to be serious and play a part in the RPH community. I have done this by becoming an active, friendly member not only on the server but the forums, too. This ban also occurred nearly a year ago now, and since then I have clearly become an active presence in the community and improved since then. This is also my only ban.

The only kicks I have received are role changes. I have had exactly eleven or more kicks for re-log. They were all due to the change of my roles or age.

Shop wanted:
I am seeking the opportunity to role-play out starting up my own business, this business would preferably be a café or restaurant. Therefore, with this application I am going to request the building 'Tanoshimi'. It is described as a bar and restaurant. I am going to keep it that way, but completely re-brand the theme. However, I recently realised that this building is taken. So, I will happily take any other building! This is because it follows the theme of bar and restaurant. This building is not set in stone, of course.
This will be the new logo for the shop. It is fitting for the theme. The theme will be described in the question 'How will your shop be unique?'. The butterfly is an important aspect to the lore of the store and the whole theme, however this can be changed fairly easily if it is not suitable. I wanted to create a logo that was flexible and easy to develop and change. Of course, it can be changed and further developed.
Why do you want to own a shop?:
I would like to own a shop as I feel Momo Miso would be a way for the dining role-play to change and be unique from the rest. Momo Miso will be a formal diner that caters to the needs of the customer. Momo Miso will be a fully Japanese themed restaurant and bar. I feel like the Shopping District has a lot of diners and restaurants that fit the American theme and not really the Japanese theme. I want to change this and make Momo Miso very different. The theme of Momo Miso will be very formal as it will be quite a fancy and well-mannered restaurant. Bringing Japanese culture into the server and developing on it more not only lines up with the intricate lore that has been put in place, but also educates people on the topic at hand. Momo Miso will be a full Japanese experience as I have fully educated myself on Japanese culture over the past few years. I have always been interested in Japan, therefore I have learnt a lot about it. I feel like people would benefit from Momo Miso being set up because the roleplay would be more interesting.

I have experienced a fair amount of roleplay and I have always wanted to be a Shop Owner. I applied for a shop in late June but revoked my application as I was still fairly new to the server and wanted to develop my roleplaying skills before moving onto adult roleplay. Now, I feel as if I am ready. I am familiarised with the way shops work to an extent. This is because I am have worked hard and obtained the position of Head Cashier at the gaming store, Joyoung. I have completed numerous tasks for the development of Joyoung, for example creating an employee spreadsheet. This spreadsheet tracks how many shifts an employee is working and whether or not they are meeting their quota. I also frequently help the owner of Joyoung with creating adverts for the opening of the server!

This inspired me to create my own store, this time I feel it is well thought out and I am very proud of my idea. I feel like I have the qualities and ambitions that someone would need to possess in order to own a shop. I have experience, since I have learnt from the best! I am experienced and understand fully the new tax system that was implemented, since I have watched Shop Owners follow it. As well as this, I have to play a part in the system due to the KPD! As well as that, I am extremely experienced in how restocks work. So, overall- I think that I have the necessary skillset that would be needed.

What do you plan to do with the shop?:
Upon this application being accepted, I would get to work organising all my documents and plans. I plan to be extremely active whilst opening. I have a rough idea of how many openings I could experience. If I follow this plan, roughly:
Monday- Open at 8:30 GMT.
Wednesday- Open at 8:30 GMT.
Friday- Open at 9:30 GMT.
Saturday- Open at 9:30 GMT.
I will be able to easily finish the minimum amount of openings needed in a month. This will also make Momo Miso an active shop in the community that hopefully everyone will experience. Of course, I do not need to follow this off by heart. It is just a rough guide in order for me to stay organised. I have noticed that a lot of shops open at odd times. I want to present Momo Miso as a very organised restaurant. Everything about it will be very professional and show how hard I worked on this idea.

Everything will be ICly. This will stretch from the interviews to the training for the employees. I feel like too much of the shop experience is OOCly revolved. I want to make it more roleplay orientated, as this makes it more fun and intriguing. I also plan to have frequent staff meetings. This gives people the IC and OOC opportunity to bond with their co-workers. Staff meetings would give me the opportunity to properly roleplay out promotions, demotions and feedback. I am determined to make Momo Miso revolve around roleplay.

Reservations. I plan to make a channel in my Discord server for Momo Miso that will allow people to ICly request a table ahead of time. This will work as I will create an optional role in my server that will allow people to get pinged when we announce an opening. I will announce this around 15-30 minutes prior to the actual opening on the server. Of course, there will be limited slots. Around two or three. Mainly I would allow these reservations to go to larger parties! This means that KPD and EMS parties could potentially be held here, almost like an afterparty or a formal dinner event. This could also apply to sports teams and such.

The atmosphere will be unique. I want to make Momo Miso quite unique and the staff will also be as unique. We will all be very formal. The food will also be new, as I will purchase multiple customs in order to show my dedication toward Momo Miso's development. I want to see my idea evolve into a reality as I am truly passionate about it. The building itself will be beautiful as it will be revolved around three main things. I want to go for a wood theme on the exterior, so it looks natural and welcoming, but once you walk it- it would look modern. Of course, it would still revolve around the Japanese culture. I will make sure that no "stereotypes" are followed, I simply just want an atmospheric dining facility that is fairly different to something that has been seen before. My final thing I want to show is my dedication. On every opening I want to "wow" people with the effort it has taken me to plan this to perfection. I want to show it off, as I am very proud of this.

Ideally, I would use this for the first few openings as we settled in and got used to the flow of opening.

How will your shop be unique?:
Momo Miso will sell a range of traditional Japanese food items. We will, of course sell the common foods. However, if this application is accepted I would be more than happy to purchase some custom items to add to Momo Miso! Here are three that I am ready to buy, already!

The actual theme of the restaurant will be very Japanese orientated. Everything about it will follow the rules of Japanese culture, inside and out. I would like a fully traditional Japanese restaurant, as I feel like the server lacks these a little. I have found some images online that I will use as references if this application is accepted. I hope to achieve the feeling of a formal atmosphere, but one that still fits with Japanese culture. For these images, I stuck to fairly simple ones as then they are actually buildable.
Exterior
As you can see, the decoration style that I am going for is something that would be seen in traditional Japanese restaurants. It will be fairly easy to build, with some help- of course. Moving onto the next aspect of this question, I would like to speak upon the uniforms. As Momo Miso will be quite a formal, traditional restaurant- the uniforms for workers will have to tie in and make it look overall well-put together. The uniforms will all match and there will be three options. Male, female and unisex. This is because then it will be inclusive to everyone.
Female Employee Uniform

As you can see, I have gone for a very simple yet effective uniform. The black and white fits with the theme nicely, and isn't an eyesore. The colour black has connotations of strength, seriousness, power, and authority. Black is a formal, elegant, and prestigious colour. Authoritative and powerful, the colour black can evoke strong emotions and too much black can be overwhelming. On the other hand, the colour white has connotations of a successful beginning. white is often used to represent coolness and simplicity. White’s association with cleanliness and sterility is often seen hospitals, medical centres, and laboratories to communicate safety.

As well as the uniform itself, every employee will have to wear an armband with their uniform. This is instead of the uniforms being different for every role. The armband colours shall go as follows:
Cranberry Red - Shop Owner
Pink Blush - Manager
Mint Green - Waiter(s)/Waitress(es)
Powder Blue - Bar Staff
Lavender - Sous Chef
The colours for these armbands are very soft and unnoticeable. This is because the theme I am going for is a very simplistic tone!

The uniform policy will be strict for all employees. For hair accessories, there will be simple white or black hats that they can wear, or some hair accessories like bows or headbands. They will not be allowed to carry around items such as backpacks, skateboards and other items such as that. As well as this, no other facial accessories should be worn. No sunglasses, hairbows or hats. The only thing permitted is glasses. These glasses have to be prescription and not cosmetic. Refusal to follow these rules will result in a strike.

How many employees are you planning to have?:
In total, including myself, I will have around eight employees at maximum. I will start off with a single Manager, who I have chosen myself. This will be crecreee as she is a Shop Owner herself and I feel she has the leadership capabilities of helping me start up Momo Miso. Moving back onto the question, like I said, I will be employing a maximum of eight people. To be simple, I have included the roles and a summary of the obvious job they will do.
Shop Owner
One Slot.
Obviously, the Shop Owner role would be me in this case. The Shop Owner has the responsibility of not just looking after their employees, but the customers, too. They have a say in everything that is done and nothing will be changed without it being run by the Owner.
Manager
One slot.
The Manager is the position right under Shop Owner. This means that they have the power to organise shifts and the behaviour of the employees. The Manager will get a say in the employment of any new position, as they will be there interviewing with the Shop Owner. They are also in charge of stock!
Waiter(s)/Waitress(es)
Four Slots.
This position is the most vital. They are in charge of taking orders to give to the chef, so they can 'cook' it. They have to stay on top of their orders and be able to freely and fluidly work as a team. They have to have quick arithmetic skills and be fairly experienced. If they are not experienced, they can be trained either by the Shop Owner directly or the Manager.
Bar Staff
One slot.
A quite simplistic position, they will be behind the bar at all times as they serve their customers. They will check I.Ds and make sure that there are no problems. If a customer becomes too intoxicated, they are to inform the Shop Owner and/or manager and they will be escorted out and 110 will be called for disorderly conduct.
Sous Chef
One slot.
Sous Chef will be a very difficult position to obtain. This is because you need to be somewhat experienced in DetailRP. The position of Chef will be there for the aesthetics, really. It is to make the roleplay more interesting and realistic. I am certain that this role will add more magic to my idea that Momo Miso will be formal and different.

I will calculate the earnings of each shift by following one of the various policies of Momo Miso, equality. At the end of every shift- each member of staff will give me their earnings and I will total them up and divide by the amount of people. This means everyone's hard work will be collaborated together.

N/A, my character/account will not have the college role. I am hoping just to age up straight away. However, I have already drafted lore for this character and how Momo Miso was developed.
