WHAT YOU NEED TO SUGGEST OR MENTION:
I suggest more basketball courts, just like how football has a public field in the park.
I think that it could be like more towards street rules, most likely to be called "Street Basketball" as it is normal for people to play basketball on streets, or concrete in general.
Being able to have another court for people to practice on would be nice, since most sports have a court/field outside of the school.
A possible location for this new court could be here-
You could place the basketball court around here, beside the club, as it looks pretty natural in this area, with apartments surrounding it.
The basketball court will look basically just like the one in the gym, but a little bit more rugged since it is on the street, used by many people. With the street kind of chipped, and just overall the court not being perfect, as it is normal to see street basketball courts worn out, and torn.
