Since the beginning of November, my activity has increased tremendously. During the weekdays, I can be seen on the server for about 3-5 hours per day. On weekends, however, I am seen playing 5-8 hours, depending on my plans for that current week.
Speaking on technical terms, I joined the server in late 2014, making it 6 years since I've joined the server. However, due to my young age and lack of knowledge, I didn't know much about roleplay and how to execute it properly. In late 2018, I finally understood the concept of the game and began playing, making it 2 years of actually experiencing the server at its fullest.

What’s your motivation to apply for EMS, how will you benefit our medical team?:
There are various reasons I would love to be part of the Karakura hospital team. Recognizing the amount of work put into the detailrp, as well as making it as realistic as possible is inspirational. Knowing how much effort you all put into the roleplay experience makes me very motivated in joining the team! Along with that, I've always been a sucker for helping others and being a team player. I can benefit the medical team in various ways, including loyalty, punctual whenever needed, an eager learner who is ready to listen and learn from the ones above me, and a worker who gives it his all with everything he completes. I'm willing to adapt and learn in this environment and give it my 110%

Many can merely present the role of the Psychiatrist as similar to the role of a the******. Though both work in similar manners, there are critical differences to the jobs. Psychiatrists are medical doctors who specialize in the mental health field. These issues can include depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disease, etc. Along with that, they can be seen treating people who suffer from substance abuse, including Alcoholism and Drug addiction. Similar to a the******, a Psychiatrist's job is to speak and listen to patients, understanding their problems and offering them the best solutions. Unlike a the******, Psychiatrists are qualified to diagnose a person's mental health and prescribe medicine or treatment for the patient. As well, they are devoted to studying about Mental health issues, increasing their knowledge in the topic.

Color RED: Fire
This color signifies there is a fire or smoke within the facility. In the case of this situation, the members inside the hospital will be evacuated immediately.
Color BLACK: Bomb Threat
This color signifies a bomb threat inside the hospital. This code can be activated if a threat is sent to the facility from an internal or external source. This can also be in effect if the threat is near the facility.
Color SILVER: Active Shooter
This color signifies an active shooter inside, outside, or near the hospital facility. All members inside the hospital will be put under lockdown.
Color VIOLET: Violent Individual
A person inside the facility is violent towards others.
Color PINK: Child/Infant Abduction
This color signifies if a child or infant has been abducted from the facility.

Head-Physician -
The person who is in charge of everyone in the facility. The rank is appointed via government or perhaps recommendation by previous Head-Physician. The person in this role is responsible for all of the decisions in the facility and is also responsible for choosing who is in what role.
Clinical Manager -
The role of the Clinical Manager is appointed by the Head-Physician. The person in the role is second in charge behind the Head-Physician, and make sure every role below them is doing their jobs in a satisfactory manner.
Clinical Lead -
The Clinical leads are the head of each department and are the specialist of that specific department. They are seen as one of the many bosses for their respective departments. They make sure their department is running smoothly, and their full focus is on their department.
Surgeon -
A surgeon is in charge of the many surgeries that can be done inside a hospital. Whether it is life-threatening or a changing of another's body or body part, the surgeon is responsible for these procedures.

A psychiatrist can also be seen as a the******, helping patients who suffer from any mental illness. Their main goal is to help treat a patient by being with them on their journey to recover from their illness, whether that is by sessions or medical treatment. Unlike a the******, they diagnose, treat, study, and prescribe medicine for patients that deal with mental health issues.
Doctors -
A doctor is needed to treat patients who have been hurt or are in need of medical attention, as well as making sure people's health is up to standards/normal. They can also be seen prescribing a patient's pills if needed.
Nurse -
A nurse has a very similar role to a doctor, however, they are given more restrictions. They are there to help patients if they are in serious pain and in need of assistance.

Jackson is a very attentive person during a shift, his mind focused on the task in front of him. He works his hardest even when exhausted or confused about the task that is needing completion. Jackson can act a bit clumsy and nervous, but he does his best to suppress that when handling any critical situations inside the facility. He is a very compassionate person who would be social with the people around him, including the patients. He'd do his best to calm anyone down in the situation, doing his best to make someone's day.
Not during hid shifts, he is the biggest goofball in the world, making as many jokes as possible to make another person laugh. He's very social just like during his shift, however, there is an evident shift in his personality. He acts looser, phsyically and mentally, and sometimes his mind can wander to other places. His co-workers would be shocked to see how Jackson acts out of a work environment.

On September 20th, a boy by the name of Jackson Frost was born in Tampa Florida. He was born into a family with two very toxic and abusive parents. Though they tried to survive with a child, his parents just couldn't do it. They had to give him up to one of the local orphanages.
For almost 5 years, Jackson was kept in an orphanage. He never had anyone in his life who he really considered family. He was very lonely and had no urge to succeed. However, one day Jackson was finally adopted by a family who lived in Japan. They were very wealthy and had much fame. Jackson was very excited to be living with a family with such wealth in Japan! However, it was even worse than the orphanage.
His whole entire life, the family had basically ignored him. They used him almost as a prop for their fame. For almost his entire life, he has never had any sort of father or mother figure. He had to learn things himself, such as riding or bike, reading, or even having to stay home alone and keeping himself safe. If it wasn't him, it was one of the maids or assistants that were hired by his so-called "Loving parents.". He thought his whole life would be nothing but a waste, until he met someone that would be critical for the rest of his life.
When he was 14, he met a senior named Lukas Stone. Jackson was getting attacked by a bully one day in school. Lukas came in and scared away the bully, helping what would soon be his best friend. At first, it was just another friendship, but then it slowly turned into a brother/father type relationship. They'd do everything together. Lukas always called Jackson the little brother he always wanted. He gave Jackson any and all advice on life, as well as various things to keep himself safe. But one thing he did that his parents never did, was caring for him and his future. Lukas was his father. Jackson knew that he would spend his life with Lukas. Well..that's what he wanted anyway.
One day, Lukas died from a gang attack. Jackson couldn't believe the news once he heard it. To this day he can't believe Jackson isn't with him. He didn't know what to do. But, he knew that he had to face the facts. Lukas was gone, and there was nothing he could do about it. All he can do is dedicate everything he does to Lukas. His dedication and persistence to grow as a person has grown due to the death of his only father figure. He wants to succeed in life and do what Lukas wanted him to do. Achieve his dreams.
Lukas as well as a few others in his life showed Jackson what he truly wanted in life, and that was helping people. Seeing how Lukas helped him in his life, he wants to bring that kindness back to others, doing the best he can to not only help others, but to make Lukas proud.
