What's your suggestion?:
Instead of having the usual exams for American timezones, with about 2-4 exams a year, I suggest having 6-8 exams a year, like this;

3 Exams (H-B B-M) for American timezones
2 Exams (H-B B-M) for European timezones
2 Exams (H-B B-M) for Asian timezones

I'm suggesting 3 timezones because obviously the majority of the server is American.

Obviously, the exams would still take place on weekend evenings (Friday eve and Saturday eve)

How will this benefit the server and community?:
A lot of non-Americans have the knowledge and requirements to get into college, but are just not able to stay up late for the exam events, therefore having multiple of them for multiple continents would be ultimate, allowing more players to have a change of getting into college.

As an European I’ve missed the exams many times. I’ve felt quite sad as I’ve actually wanted to attend but because of OOC reasons I couldn’t. I feel like this system would even the playing field for all time zones. I know it’s be a hassle but it’d be worth it in my opinion.

This could help with how the server crashes when exams are normally hosted (I think they have a new way of doing them through a website but I don't remember)
THE ONLY problem I see with this is that exams are already EXTREMELY hard for staff to host, and they all have lives outside of the server.
ON TOP OF There is a system in the works to help people graduate highschool through IC means, like completing a set amount of classes, which will make timezone exams just not worth the stress it'll cause the staff team/faction leads.

- We're working on finalising our replacement for frequent exams which will involve roleplay and class attendance to progress. This would mean you would be able to progress to college on your own through means of roleplay and experience on the server. We'll reveal the full details once the system is ready for release, planned early-mid December.​

- We may still host exams, however these won't be planned around a specific date and will instead happen at least once per year with possible slots for different time zones to attend with one dedicated SLT member hosting each slot to spread out the workload. Unfortunately exams are difficult to host due to the high demand which means we have to turn the server's player limit down to ensure a playable experience which isn't ideal for anyone, alongside scheduling issues and the sheer amount of planning and preparation that goes into creating exam papers by faculty and SLT.​
