multiple phones glitched out of inventory, please help!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This screenshot was taken a few minutes ago before the restart. It contains proof that I had these phones. when trying to use my phones right before the restart, the number on them changed and now I only have one of each. After this, the server restarted. Please help me!

The glitch wasn't the restart. If you hold a stack of phones in your hand and right-click them to turn them on or off, it erases all the stack and turns it into one. I'll return them now.
