What is your motivation for applying?: I want to teach the next generation the beauty, art, the literature of music, start bands, choirs, and so much more related to music. Music is also very important to me because it is scientifically proven that a student who contributes to a musical activity has higher grades than a student who does not.

You want to start a school field trip, what would you do?


OOC: Firstly, I would start a thread / application for the field trip, it would explain the reasoning, cost, location, supervisors, time, date, and necessary essentials. If he were to say yes then I would contact him and ask for all the stuff we need.


IC: I would walk into the principals office, and ask him about a field trip, explain all the details and tell him, the cost, & why this may benefit the students learning in my class. If he were to say yes, then I would start a class the next day, and tell them about the field trip, the cost, and to ask a parent or guardian to supervise.


As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class:

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?

I would change how the teachers act, I've been in some classes and the teachers there have acted absolutely horrendous! (Not going to name any names.) I believe teachers should be calm most of the time, unless something serious is happening, but even then they should know what to do and handle the situation maturely. Teachers shouldn't goof off during class, but, can be a little laid back at times.

KNOWLEDGE


Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.

Teachers on SchoolRP serve a purpose of being the ones who teach the children, they make sure they know the material that the students are learning, they make sure that they are safe. And they always have to plan out their lessons in their free time, such as lunch, break time, hometime, or whenever they aren't at school. They get 250000 yen every month, and are supposed to be very mature in they way the teach. They cannot lash out, or yell, at a student during a class, they are allowed to give them detentions, though. Teachers answer questions that students have, and if they do not prepare a lesson plan then they are failing at preparing their students for adulthood.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server:

They are important because they are key in a SchoolRP server, without teachers the school would not be able to function, how would it work? They must teach this new generation with the struggles of real life, and how to prepare for it. They teach students so they can grow up into successful adults, with families who they can support for, and kids that they love.


Describe the ranking system of teachers:

Trainee - Trainees are new to the job, they are not allowed to start lessons, or work for the teacher. They can attend classes with the content of that classes teacher, and while they are in that class they must take notes on how the teacher acts. Trainee's are not allowed to disrupt the class in anyway, or else they will be kicked from the class.


Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) - NQT's can teach lessons, but need the approval of their Head of Department, they are not allowed to start one on their own. This teacher will have to use the lesson plan the Head of Department's lesson plan that they have planned out.


Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) - These teachers are normal teachers, they generally do not have to worry about mistakes. They can start classes without the consent of their Head of Department, they are allowed to have trainees in their class, but are not allowed to train them.


Head of Department (HD) - These teachers are the boss of everyone in their department, they make lesson plans, they give teachers lesson plans. They are basically the boss.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE


Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?


Alexavier Nikolaichev is a man that stands 5'11, he has a healthy build, not to muscular, not to fat. He has kind brown eyes, and combed dirty blonde hair that is naturally curly, his eyebrows are bushy, and wears a white polo that doesn't have a design, the polo is tucked into his khaki's, which are a beige colour like most khaki's, he wears a belt, and some glasses for accessories. Upon approaching him you can tell he loves kids and is generally, a very happy person who loves all his students. He always dreamed of teaching at a very prestigious high school, or college, where students love music, and won't fool around during class.


SCENARIOS


You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:

Ask them to politely stop, or he will have to tell the principal about their behaviour. If they do not stop, then Alex will give them a one hour detention for swearing.


No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?

If no one in Alex's class was listening to him he would clap out a beat, that would go something like, ti-ti-ta, ti-ti-ti-ta.


When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act?

Alex would say hello to the teachers if there was any, then he would sit down and eat his lunch and make some lesson plans, when he finished, he would try to make some small talk, or chit-chat, with the other teachers.

/Me Writes names down on broad of students to see him after class, his smile is unable to see but it would be not as big as it usually is.


/Me Teaches students rhythms by clapping, his smile would be big as ever.


/Me His brown eyes dart around the room, he would hand out a clipboard, a pencil, and a test for them to take.


/Me His hands would make sudden motions, acting as whether to go higher or lower, faster or slower, hold the note or not, making a rest signal where he needed to.


/Me Plays a quiz with the students to test their knowledge, he would clap his rhythm to get them started, his grin would a small one, but it quickly turned into a big one when he saw the students having fun.


BACKSTORY


Alexavier Nikolaichev was born in Upstate New York to his parents, Valentina Nikolaichev, and Grigory Nikolaichev, on October 11th, 1986. His grandmother cherished him, more than his parents did probably. Alexavier and Babushka had the grandest time singing songs, his mother, Valentina, thought it was adorable that her mother and her son were having so much fun singing, while, his father, had other stands on his son acting so, gay. When they left their grandmas apartment, Grigory always scolded him for acting like a girl. Alex would often get sad at how mean his father was to him, but always keep his sunny, happy-go-lucky spirit. He had a lot of friends as a younger child, and was always friends with the girls, playing whatever they wanted to play, do whatever they wanted to do. The boys always made fun of him for this. He never got upset at this, they called him words he did not know, "Gay" "******" "Freak". His brothers weren't always there, though, sometimes joining in on the bullying. When he was 9, his dearest Babushka died, he loved her so much. No one was as upset as Alexavier was, but his mother said "Babushka is watching over you from heaven, molodoy." Alexavier started replicating the way Babushka spoke, putting russian words in english sentences (He called it Ranglish), trying to replicate her thick russian accent. His Babushka taught him so many things he knows today, and she always said, "Music comes from the heart, you cannot force it." She was the wisest person Alexavier knew. In 1995, his sister, Victoria, was born, Alexavier and Victoria would play, and sing songs, all day everyday, when their brothers and father weren't home they'd have a "Camp out" with Mother. When Victoria started school, he started becoming more protective, seeing as he loved her more than anything in the world. If Victoria was being bullied on, then Alexavier would protect her, he wouldn't let anyone touch her-- he was even so protective when Victoria got her first boyfriend. The small house they lived in was getting cramped, and Mother and Father got more stressed out with how to pay the bills, Victoria and Alexavier tried to help however they could, and gave their money to mother and father. Alexavier's mother started working at a local corner store, and she was always tired when she got home, but she always had time for her youngest two, you could agree that Victoria and Alexavier were mothers favourites. When Alexavier turned 13, he started going through, puberty. He started to play video games more, he started lashing out more, getting moody, and whatever else puberty does. When he reached 16, he stopped maturing, as its the normal age for boys to end going through puberty. He started to talk to his family more, and go back to the happy-go-lucky Alexavier they all know and loved. Growing up, his role models were, Amy Winehouse, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Ellie Fitzgerald, Stevie B, and Mariah Carey. They all inspired him to teach music to children. In 2004, he applied to Eastman School of Music, in New York, in 2008, Alexavier got his Bachelor's Degree in Music, in 2010, he got his Masters degree in music. His father died at the early age of 68, due to lung cancer from smoking so much when Alexavier was a kid. When Alexavier was 26, when he got his first teaching job as a Music teacher he anxiously opened a letter, eager to see if he was a teacher or not.
