My backpack disappeared

Hello. One of my items (Totoro Backpack) disappeared, and I don't know where it went. I'm not sure if it's a glitch or anything, but please try to do anything for this because I paid an expensive amount of money for this, and I'm not happy about the fact that losing an expensive backpack. I worked really hard getting that backpack.
