My rank is stuck

My grade says that it is at the maximum grade but I remain a grade 8 and a staff member told me to do a forum thread and post the screenshot too. The screenshot is posted below Thank you for reading this (BTW I am online right now)


Edit : Somehow it ranked me up to Grade-12 anyway so it fixed on it's own, I just want 18 years old though because it makes me 17 automatically so I want to change this to an age request
