My role/rank is stuck, please help

WHAT YOU NEED (ROLE/RANK): Age 18 Grade 12th
YOUR CURRENTLY ROLE/RANK (IF ANY): Age 17 Grade 12th
EVIDENCE: I posted a thread concerning this problem a long time ago. The thread was accepted by slimester and I got my grade up, but I got age 17 and it got stuck again. The one who helped me with this was Lovely_Ocean. I was fine with it then, but it only recently appeared to be a big disadvantage for me.
