Shop wanted: Book Store/Reading Cafe.

Location: Directly next to the Shinboshi Station (In the old book store).

Why do you want to own a shop?: I want to be able to bring the reading culture to the community. I want to be able to help out the teachers in providing a good reading environment, and make reading fun for the students. If the teachers need a certain textbook, I can make multiple copies for them and their classes for a price. I want to be able to generate some income and be able to keep my apartment.

What do you plan to do with the shop?: I am going to copy books from around the internet (And give credit). The Store will be totally redone from what the previous owner has done. In the store will be multiple sections, each having their own specific roles and rules. The sections include: Reading, Only Eating/Drinking, Book Cash Register/Line.

Section Roles and Rules:
Reading Section: This Section will be for Reading books with food or drinks. There will be limited seats so we do not have any shoplifting. In this area, You can read books that you may be interested in purchasing.
Only Eating/Drinking Section: The Waitresses will be going around giving people menus and asking what they will have.
Book Cash Register/Line Section: This Section will be where the cash register will be, Where people go to purchase a book.

How will your shop be unique?: Instead of just a regular Book store, There will be things you would find at a cafe, Such as Coffee, or other drinks/food. It will have unique Stories that you cannot find anywhere else, And at a low price, so people can afford the books. The books will contain many short stories and sometimes even whole books that can be read, and if somebody wants a certain book to be added to the collection, I will try my best to turn it into a reality.

How many employees are you planning to have?: 5-10 Employees, Each job will have specific roles that they will need to perform in order to keep their position. Jobs include: Writers, Editors, Waitresses, Chefs, And Cashiers.

Job Roles:
Writer: The Writer(s) will be the person who will actually write the stories. The Writer will also take stock of what books we have and don't have in stock.
Editor: The Editor(s) will read through the written books and make sure that they are accurate and have no spelling/grammar mistakes. If the book has many spelling or grammar mistakes, the book will be sent back to the Writer, who will fix the book, and the process goes on.
Waitress: The Waitresses will be selling drinks or food. They will also record sales of food and drinks for ****ytical purposes.
Cashier: The Cashier(s) will be in charge of selling books, They will also be recording book sales for the Writer to make sure that they are still in stock and other ****ytical purposes.

Your application is pretty short, plus we already got a cafe with that theme.
