Okay, In Japan school uniforms are mandatory, girls cannot have short skirts, everyone has to have black hair. We do not have that in SchoolRP, now do we?

SRP is not going to be realistic. It doesn’t need to be.

and which rule states it? even school rule board doesn't say anything about onesies xD

I think your character should be mature enough as an 18–21-year-old not to wear a literal onesie all the way to school (regardless of its label as a costume or not).
