Bloo

Level 5
[OOC section]

In Game Name:

godlsdead (It's an "L" in lowercase after the first 'd').

School Employee Role you are Applying For:

Sous-Chef

How often do you log onto the server?:
I often play after school, mostly on the weekends with the maximum of 2-5 hours daily.

Do you have discord?

Indeed, It's; gonna die soon#5742
(I won't, but I guess you'll never know).

Do you have a microphone?
Yep, I find it rather efficient having one.

Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?:
In point of fact, I have and the following reasons down below are why:
Exceeding warning limits (x3)
Alt bypassing

Can you ensure that you will often come on:
In my very honest opinion, I personally think that there will be times where it gets tough and I can only do so much about those personal things which can make me inactive for about a week, It rarely happens but other than that I can 100% assure you that I can be active as much as possible.

Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?:
Yep, I fully understand that I can be fired In character-ly, There were some acquaintances I've had which had been part of such events.

In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
Based on what I know, A Sous-Chef acts as the alter ego of the Head-Chef, meaning It is the ranking right after the Head-Chef. The Sous-Chef holds quite a fair amount of responsibility due to the Head-Chef being an all-embracing role, Which can eventually make promotions to be right around the corner, They may be required to fill-in other positions (Even for the head chef) and are responsible for all the small and overlooked details that are involved in kitchen work. Like the Head-Chef, a sous chef must be highly skilled in the kitchen in every possible way such as, Having social skills, Initiative and taking care of other things that might seem irrelevant for their role, such as taking care of the menus & etc. and to have a proven understanding of what safety and sanitation is, Not only that, The sous chef must also at least have a few years of experiences on being at the kitchen.

Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
In fact, I do or at least I think. I spent my early days on School Role-play pretending that one of my characters are one of the children the owner of 'The Owashi' has. There I carefully took my time providing people and showing them how to make different types of food in role-play. For the most part, I've role-played with friends and even tried working on these kinds of things for the sole reason of trying to improve my role-playing skills in general.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
There are a variety of role-play I've experienced in the past though they mainly involved in "fighting" types of role-play, I've been doing it for years and what matters most is that it is enjoyable not only for you but for others too. After role-playing in this block game for quite some time now, In my perspective I've noticed that people miss that point of reason and never gave attention to giving other 'rpers' the experience you've experienced or opportunities that sometimes is best to give away because in 'role-play', you have to make sure everyone gets the most of it, at every possible way which would then lead to good things and would want everyone that participated in your 'role-play' to want to do it again and give you more opportunities on role-playing once more which then leads to you improving little by little as well as everyone having fun in this little; -we can call 'recreation' type of thing.

Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
Nothing is perfect, I wouldn't say that I know this job very much, In my opinion I think or perhaps know that I've somewhat experienced what it is like to be familiar of this job. I used to take a cooking class called 'hospitality', here at the land down under. This is where we get thought about things that are needed for a kitchen to be able to work properly whilst being on their A game, making sure that everything is safe and clean, All those stuff which obviously involves knowing how to cook and preparing food, serving it to 'students' and other types of individuals.

[Situations]

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
Firstly, I would tell them that cussing Isn't needed as a warning and that I'm sure their parents/guardian never raised them that way or at least wouldn't want them to say those type of things to anyone, If they continue to work on the same type of unacceptable behavior, I would simply ignore them and Let someone else better fit on handling these type of things to take care of it since I think arguments in a workplace are unreasonable especially with kids and will only get into the way of things getting done.

You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
More than willing to help anyone that needs it as long as its not out of my capabilities. If The Principal were to request a job directly towards me, I will humbly ask if I could take look at it first before giving The Principal a direct answer. The purpose of me asking that first is to see If I am capable enough of getting this 'hazardous' job done and If not, For my own safety and maybe anyone that would possibly get involved, I would simply decline the offer The Principal has asked me to do in a polite manner, because I think it would be best to take actions in a certain perspective and I can only hope for The Principal to understand my reasoning.

Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
If possible I would start by attempting to draw their attention towards me, simply calling them off in a safety manner where they wouldn't get hurt. I would then simply ask if they are doing fine and if are in-need of any assistance, If they ignore me or simply said yes and continued on whatever they're doing but in my point of view, If such stuff are not looking so good, I would be more than happy to get out of my way simply to assist or stop them for the better, But if my presence alone isn't enough to prevent anything bad from happening then I would simply ask help from higher-ups or anyone befitting to help them such as, Police, Other school employees & etc. After that, I would report to my supervisor/ The Principal the things they need to be informed of.

Applicant Name:
Igris Kajiwara

Chosen Job:

Sous-Chef

Motivation for Joining YHS:

I've been interested in cooking at a very young age, Always was helping in the kitchen with my parents back from where I used to lived and they always had a saying about dreaming bigger and that success doesn't just find you. I took my time finishing high-school while doing weekly lessons about things that involves in fields of cooking, This is where I then put a lot of my time and effort on. I would love to be able to help around the school, at the very least provide people with food that's healthy and nice, I can assure that I will give it my very best to not disappoint those who depend on me.

Age: 42

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:

I feel as if I would be fit for this job because I see this as something that would help me grow, for the better and simply help me improve in general by opening these new types of paths I could take and to better enhance myself in the act of cooking, or generally participating in the kitchen. Watching the other individuals whom are employed here only gives me the motivation to better comprehend myself on doing what I want to do the most for the sole reason of trying to improve those areas where I lack, and that I will make sure that without a doubt employing me as one of the Sous-Chefs won't come with any regrets.
