What is your motivation for becoming a Professor?:My char has been in college and wants to make others feel like shes the best at teaching, she also wants to teach others some interesting subjects and this means she can become more happier in life, and making them feel happy as she is herself, she can make poeple laugh and smile while teaching and making her feel a bit more energetic while teaching the class a subject that she does know and knows pretty well from her childhood, it makes a meaning of my char to become a college professor, she must act like an adult, not a child, as she is aware she is always asking for money, but she can stop anytime you say to her she can stop!
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:Yes, I am very good in roleplaying
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:It is important to listen all the time when the teacher is talking, do your work in silent unless the teacher is talking to you and she will say whisper. Also you should not be mean to the teacher, You will get a warning, you will get a warning and if you do bad in the lesson then you might not get a job or have success in life or even making a bad choice of making the teacher shout at you, it is a good idea to behave infront of the teacher
As a Professor, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:Do not talk when the teacher is talking, when the teacher says shush you shush immediately, you raise your hand if you are asking a question, do not be shout or yell to the teacher or its an immediate warning, do not make any noise when the teacher is talking, if she says sit she means sit on a chair not on the floor, table, bookshelf. Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):I have no experiences but I see other college-professors do it so I can try, and also I do know a bit of stuff like English, maths and etc, I will learn to make that happen to do the experience.

College Professors are expected to behave maturely and to be a role model as they represent not only their classroom, but also carry the school name. They must host at least ten classes every OOC month, or they may be removed/demoted due to inactivity. Likewise, Professors should be responsible with their duties and must do their best to be as active as possible. They should be a second-parent to their students; taking responsibility for their actions and keeping them on a straight path. They have the duty and mission to mould their students into the adults of tomorrow. Additionally, they earn 300,000 yen for the first 15 classes taught in the month with an accumulative 50k yen for every 5 additional classes taught as overtime, every college professors have to behave, thinking of the way they act and they should not act like there students, only if they are hyper, they should calm down, and teach the lesson

Her eyes bright as the sun when you look at them.

Val outlook on teachers and students, she is a very encouraging person even though the students may act like they are in 7th grade she will try her hardest to help some of them overcome their dreams so of teachers, she won't let a teacher slide by of either trying to quit or such she will try his most hardest to help them out in anyway possible.
Val is a very outgoing person, she has a very serious side but once it's done she has a quite funny side, she is a very mature person she always takes work before love.
Val wants her life to be able to get married and keep a job she might enjoy, she maybe want children when she gets much older but that's a unknown time right now.
Scenarios
You find a group of sport-team members screaming and shouting in the halls, What do you do?
First, I calmly approach them and ask them to quiet down as a sign of respect to those in class at the moment. After reminding them of school policy and giving them warnings, if they choose to still rebel against me, I will have to stand my ground and remind them of my authority. And further deviation and I will carry out my duty as a Professor and escort them to their respective offices for counselling.
A College-Student is disturbing the class and won’t listen to a word you’re saying, What do you do? I'd follow a similar procedure to the scenario above, escalating the severe and strict tone each time. However, this time my course of action would be different. Threatening to remove the student from the class or giving them detention would be the appropriate way to go about things, a visit to the Dean would not seem like the right way to go about things. Unless the student disregarded my other punishment, only then would I go to such severe punishment, They have to respect there classmates as they do to the teachers.

/me brandished a warm smile as she waited for the students to settle. Her sight roamed around the room as she walked by every desk, looking out for any pupils out of their seats.
/me As she would finish her lesson, she would pick up her walking stick carefully guiding herself to her desk picking up a handful of papers. she would walk around each table passing out homework for each student.
/me l walked around the room idly as she observed the students around her, while she scowled with dedication and rigor. Looking over at a student’s work as she would have then continued to stroll at a slow pace until she had come back onto the podium, smiling at the student, and praising them for there work
/me l would have stepped towards the whiteboard with a patient expression as he had begun writing on the board, showing the anatomy of a sea star as she would have pointed the marker towards one of the legs, that would have been brought up to show what was on the bottom. “Anyone how to spell beautiful?” She would have looked at the classroom with patience, waiting for students to raise there hand.
/me after warning the student for the second time, she would point to the door. Making a gesture for <student> to leave the classroom.
Backstory
Valentina wanted to become a teacher because she had an enjoyment for kids. She started off by teaching kids to read, Singing used to be her passion. Valentina was going to be a english teacher but then she started reading and studying a college class for English. When she was about 16 during her high school years she had a lot of friends that loved reading and babysitting kids, So she decided to be an English teacher for high school students. When she was growing up She only lived with her mother and her brother, her dad died when she was only 5 years old he died from cancer. After when her dad died she started public school she was new in the city so didn't know anybody, But then when she turned 19 her mother died from drinking too much alcohol but then she started college and decided to make her mom and dad proud of her. Her mom worked as an Maths teacher, her dad worked as a Police officer. So she kept thinking of what she wanted to be but then she made up her mind and decided to be an English Teacher. While she was studying in school she started to have anxiety cause the work was getting harder and harder, But she worked it off just to get her bachelor's degree. Val was really hard working in her school, She may have stayed up all night, going to parties, but she worked hard still even when she was really tired. Her professors were really sweet to her because of the issues in her past. After college she applied to be an Maths Teacher, she was super nervous but got the confidence and said to her self that she can do this. After she applied she's now waiting for an answer
