Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teacher in SRP are important in many ways, we must be creative to entertain our student with interactive lessons that will help them think about how to evolve their character, old / new player that will attend our class (grade 7 / 8 / 9 / +)
Being a teacher means that we have to be active in order to give our student an interaction between them and another character to help them grow and learn, knowing that every student have to be on school ground during the day, we, as a teacher have to take our role seriously and let our imagination create lesson they will never forget.

Describe your character:
Naiewel is an Albino woman, her hair as white as snow, her skin like starlight brushed across silk, and delicate pale blue eyes that shine with many emotions, her frame look fragile as if wind itself could break her due to her illness "Primary Immune Disorder" which make her body struggle to fight off bacteria and viruses.
Naiewel is often calm and composed rarely angry or frustrated, she want to enjoy every second of her life and take her time doing anything, that is why we often see her walk, never run unless its very important-
her movement are just as slow and her gaze always warm and reassuring, she speak with a soothing voice articulating every word to make herself clear.
Naiewel doesn't plan anything for her future, she let time decide of her path and enjoy watching people grow around her which is why she wish to become a teacher, to help student grow into the person they will become.

What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
Naiewel always focus on what's positive, she believe that if anyone act mean or strong its because of what happened in their past, she have no reason to judge someone without knowing to full reason of their action, that doesn't mean she will let them spread chaos in her class or anywhere else, especially when her role is to protect her students. Naiewel wish to help her student grow and teach them other ways to do things, as for her coworker there is always something to learn, she already respect teachers and will keep on doing so landing them a hand if they need help as well.

What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
My motivation to become a professor is not only to learn and teach but also to watch my students development as time passes, Art is a ways to express ourselves, it makes us think and search for ways to express our feelings, it gives us the opportunity to understand the other through they're creation, shades, sounds, colors, shapes, my students will have to think of every detail to mirror their inner self into art, making them think further about their character leading them to growth and a better idea of who they are, and I as a professor will be present at every step, watching them grow, helping them discover who they are or want to be through art.

Roleplay Scenarios

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
My first step would be to understand which part my student would be struggling with- id try using different words, give example and even use the help of another student that understood what has to be done, giving them a direct representation of what they hade to understand. If that is not enough i will discuss it with them to try and find a solution, modifying my lessons to make sure everyone can participate.

A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
I would naturally ask for them to behave, 1 warning, 2 warning, no third... i expect my students to respect their classmate and myself just as i intend to respect them too, if one decided to join my class with no intention of actually participating and disrupting my class they will be given detention and will be removed from my class.

Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
Interactive Class 1: Apocalypse

(This activity is linked to the event that happened in the server last night 28/02/2026, an event about how to survive during apocalypse)

Naiewel would be waiting for her student to arrive, there would be a box on each table, inside would be found, paper pencil, glue, wooden sticks and more, anything that would be needed to draw precise plan and build small architecture
"good morning class! ^^ i am Mrs.Watanabe! but knowing that there is another teacher here with that name you are allowed to call me by my other name, Mrs.Erunaure or just Mrs.Eru"

naiewel would speak slowly her eyes scanning each student to make sure they pay attention "Some of you might have heard about last night event's, will anyone here like to explain what it was about?"

a student would raise their hand explaining last night event's, people gathered at the beach to teach others how to survive in an apocalypse, teaching them first aid training as well as military parkour "Mhm! thank you name with that happening last night i wanted todays class to be around that subject which is why i decided that today we will be working on how to build a safe place during an apocalypse... i would like for everyone to make groups of 4 and work together and using each others skills to imagine a bunker with everything needed inside to survive, feel free to let your imagination run wild!
You are free to create anything! it could be an underground bunker, a house build in a tree or even just a barricaded store, you will have to think about food, protection, weapon and anything that you will consider important for survival! you have 40 minutes! when the time run out i would like for each group to come Infront of the classroom and explain what you've done"

As soon as naiewel was done giving instruction the students will start working on their project, some will use the sticks to directly build their bunker, other would prefer drawing plans and little doodle to add details, they would have to acknowledge each others skills to make a functional place to survival and thrive in an apocalyptic world, Naiewel would have went to each group making sure that everyone gets to participate, helping them on the way when required

40 minutes later student would present their project, some would have been very invested while other slacked and didn't do much, homework would be given, there would be questions with no wrong answer like "where would you decide to build your bunker in karakura if there was an apocalypse and why?" or "If there was apocalypse what would you do for survival"

*Interactive Class 2: finding their voice*

*Naiewel would have prepared notebooks and pencil for each of her students, the objective of this lesson? helping her students find a waye to express themselves through any kind of art, Music, Cooking, Drawing, Painting, Theater, Sculpting, ETC*

*student will arrive and Naiewel would begun giving her instruction* Good Morning Class!!! Today i would like for each one of you to take a notebook and write anything in it! i would like for you to present yourself in it, describing yourself with your own words... that mean, Name, Age, Appearance, Hight, Hair color.. anything that go through your mind..
Then i would like for you all to take another page and write about what you like, it can be music, cooking or just going out and walking, fishing.. here again anything if you dont know what to write you can write about your day, make sure to put every detail even if its just you watching a bird pass by, if so write about how you felt like when that happened..
What i would like for us to do is to find a ways for you all to express yourself, each one of you is growing in their own ways, some have no problems talking about certain subject while other keep everything inside not really knowing how to bring it out, that's the point of this class, i want us to find out how you and only you can express yourself so take a notebook and write anything that goes through your mind as it will help me to figure out how you could express yourselves better.

*when Naiewel was done student would begun writing, some would not feel comfortable enough to write about themselves which Naiewel would understand, id still ask them to write AND they could keep the notebook if they do not desire to give it back, maybe writing would help them realize things on theire own, some would need help which i would be more than happy to help in any waye possible and finally some would just write anything and everything*

*Finaly at the end of class i would receive notebooks back, not all of them, maybe all of them, that is the students choices, i would read each one of them so that in the next class i will be able to help each one of them with all the information needed to find how they could express themselves through art and grow into the person they will become*
