Describe your activity on the server?:
My activity on the server is amazing. I am online about 5-10 hours everyday, and can usually log on when needed since I have nothing restraining me from doing so. After school starts back up, it will create a slight bit less consistent schedule, but nonetheless I will still be active and reliable whenever I am needed online. I am very dedicated into putting my time into SchoolRP, especially if I have a role such as EMS.

What experiences do you have with DetailRP?:
In general, whenever I am roleplaying with friends, I use DetailRP. A few roles of mine which I am able to do this the most & best is student council. On my student council character, I roleplay with a lot of students and school staff members, in which I always roleplay at the best of my abilities. FamilyRP used to be something I did a lot as well before those family’s disbanded and/or became inactive. Over my entire course of playing the server (and before), I have had much experience in detail roleplay and joining the hospital would be my first adult/working role, meaning my DetailRP will only further grow and improve.
What is your motivation to apply for EMS and how will you benefit our medical team?:
My motivation for applying into EMS is the many suggestions and recommendations I've gotten, to be honest. Back in April, I had made an application before deciding I wasn't ready to take on the role of EMS yet, but I do believe now I am capable of doing so. This will be the first role I've gotten in which I am an adult and worker, so the thought of being able to create and have new, fun experiences is something that motivates me a lot. I will benefit the medical team with a new, dedicated member who's activity is excellent, meaning I'd be able to always be reliable whenever a psychiatrist or hospital staff member is needed.

Psychiatrist
Specify your knowledge for the role you’re applying for:
Psychiatrist's are workers in the medical field who specialize in dealing with people and patients who have mental health and illnesses/disabilities/disorders. They do this by talking with the patient, having them open up and explain their emotions, feelings, and thoughts.
Categorize all the functions of the EMS and tell us what each of them does:
Head-Physician
The Head-Physician of the hospital is the highest role in the hospital, managing and dealing with almost everything - of course with help from their fellow workers.
Clinical Manager
The Clinical Manager is as well a high role in the hospital. They have authority over all positions under them, and usually make sure the CL's and workers are properly doing their jobs. They as well help the HP.
Clinical Lead
The Clinical Lead's are the leads of the four departments, each department having their own one. (The four listed underneath.) They are higher-ups who take charge in those within their department.
Surgeon
Surgeons are one of the more serious departments as they deal with, of course- surgeries. There is more to being a surgeon than just surgery & operations, such as doing regular nurse and doctor work.
Doctor
Doctors are similar to surgeons, they just do not do as much surgery work as surgeons do. They almost never do psychiatry work, and sometimes will do surgery work if really needed. Their priorities are treating patients with severe injuries.
Nurse
Nurse's do more of the smaller work like minor injury, birth, and things rather more minor than what Doctor's do. They are not allowed to do surgery, but can do Doctor work if none are available.
Psychiatrist
The Psychiatrist's do no physical work, just mental. They take care of patients with any sort of mental issues and can be there to offer appointments and therapy sessions.

Code Violet: Violent or combative individual.
Code Pink: Infant or child abduction.
Code Silver: Active shooter.
Code Brown : Severe weather.

I completely acknowledge the fact that if I become inactive (especially without notice), that I will be demoted. However, I assure this won’t become an issue.

I do acknowledge this. This won't become an issue - I am motivated and committed to EMS work.

I one-hundred percent understand and agree to obey to the rules and constraints and that I will be demoted if otherwise.

How does your character act during their shift and not during their shift?:
During shift, he stays as mature and productive as possible, no matter how tired he is. Despite him working with his fiancé, he does his best to stay focused whilst on the job. Towards the patients, he keeps his voice low and calm, talking to them patiently and with as much understanding he can offer. He's always ready for any work he'll have to do.
Outside of shift, he's usually rather tired. He still has his respectful and mature attitude, but at times he can come off somewhat rude or hurtful with his words as they can be blatant & straight forward. He's extremely family oriented and does his best to be kind with people who're kind back.
Describe your character’s personality/personifiction in summary:
In general, he's a man with a big ego despite his respectful and kind attitude - especially to his patients. He usually puts his family and fiancé above all else, even though at times the stuff he says can be considered rude.

He is a 6 foot 1 Hispanic male with fairly tan skin and dark brown eyes. His hair at medium length, dark and somewhat wavy, having a rather broad & lean build.
