How often do you log onto the server?: I try to log in at the times where the server is most active,But due to my timezone (UTC+02) that means I have to get on at about 8PM - 4AM, but I don't have much to do besides at those times, So honestly; I'm fairly active there.

No, I do not; But I try my best to respond to messages or join VC's that are going on so I do not miss anything important.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?:
I don't remember ENTIRELY, But I think I was banned for an hour once for disobeying staff orders in OOC, by dragging on a chain.
Can you ensure that you will often come on:
I will try my best. I'm most often on weekends, But I still try to get on on week days.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?:

In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
A teaching assistants job is to assist the teacher and ensure students are in a safe, secure environment. They must also ensure the students are feeling well, emotionally and physically, and get them to learn to assist others and be kind at all times.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
In terms of High School Roleplays, I used to roleplay in a Private High School RP with friends for about 1 and a half years, before splitting up. Though, In that time I have learnt what is acceptable in terms of what an average student can do without feeling shame or guilt, And have learnt to distinguish people who are just trolling and purposefully being obnoxious.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have roleplayed for a total of 3 years. 2 years on creative plots roleplaying in casual camp, hs, power roleplays and another year adapting to more modern, structured roleplays.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
In terms of assisting teachers in real life, I do not have much experience, but I have learnt from getting close to teachers that assisting teachers requires you to take care of things teachers would otherwise not be able to, as they would be busy with something else. (E.G, While they are teaching, grading tests, making a cup of coffee,)

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would attempt to level with them and understand what is causing this. If they have constructive criticism to give, then I will try to take it to improve the way I would work as a T.A, but if it is just destructive randomness that cannot be controlled after attempting to level with them and understand them, There would be no other choice but to send them to the principals office.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I'd try and understand why they would want me to do it, but also keep an open-mind and know that if they trust me with this task, that I should trust them aswell.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: In this situation, I would again; try to level with them and understand. If they eventually get physical or are causing the Students to feel unsafe, then I may get the authorities involved.

Motivation for Joining YHS:
When I started attended High School, I always though the idea of Teaching was very intriguing. I thought that the Students did not give the Teachers enough credit, But I knew that the Teacher just wanted the Students to learn because they care about them. Teaching the young generation is very important, But I also wanted to let the Teachers relax and just teach their lesson without having to worry about so many things, Which was a T.A's duty.

I feel I would be accepted over other applicants due to my ability to empathize and reason, and really figure out how to solve the problem rather than just brushing it off and giving up so easily. I also, As stated for Motivation have a passion for education and well-being, with finding the perfect balance between structure and happiness.
