Describe your activity on the server?:
I have started playing on SRP about 3 months ago joining somewhere in mid to late September at first mostly finding out how the server works, permissions, school hours, server rules, etc. After a while I've met a user under the name FedoraRP who taught me more about the server and showed me mostly how to roleplay on it. After about 1 month from what I recall I applied for college and continued my roleplaying experience on SRP that way. Besides those I've also joined families and created one whilist being here. I've started being active for at least 4 hours a day since late October, as time went on I became even more active some days playing for up to 9 hours.

What experiences do you have with DetailRP?:
DetailRPing for me isn't something I should be uncomfortable with at all hence, I have used it in RPs like Combat, College Class, Cooking, Aiding Injuries. For the combat rp I have done it on other characters than the one who I will join the EMS team with although having significant experience with it. In college class no matter the subject I've always researched beforehand for the respective class or during it consequently DetailRPing in every class I've attended after my accommodation period has ended for college. For the cooking one I was a personal chef to somebody for 1 out of character week therefore gaining a bit of knowledge that way. For aiding injuries I have searched up countless times how to treat certain wounds because of my experience with CombatRP, I have dealt with small cuts, CPR, bruises, small head injuries and small burns. I have also roleplayed treating more serious things like internal bleeding, legs cut off, arms cut off, tongue cut off, ears cut off and third degree burns during the medical studies college class.

What is your motivation to apply for EMS and how will you benefit our medical team?:
My motivation to apply for EMS is that of developing and expanding my roleplay knowledge also seeing it as a fit opportunity for me hence I read books about medicine like Final Exam: A Surgeon’s Reflections on Mortality by Pauline Chen or Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers by Mary Roach which have piqued my interest therefore the opportunity to roleplay as a real doctor has made me very delighted. I think the medical team will benefit from fortes in this domain like activity on the server, work ethic, always willing to learn more from others as long as I know it's true. In my opinion the EMS right now are lacking in members which saddens me since I am interested in these kind of things in real life too.

Which medical role are you applying for? (e.g: Surgeon, Doctor, Nurse, Psychiatrist):
I am applying for the Doctor role.

Specify your knowledge for the role you’re applying for:
Hospital doctors treat those who have been admitted or referred to hospital. Specific responsibilities vary greatly depending on the area of specialism, but can include the following:
undertaking patient consultations and physical examinations, organizing workloads, performing surgical procedures, providing general pre- and post-operative care, monitoring and administering medication, assessing and planning treatment requirements, liaising daily with staff including other doctors, non-medical management staff and healthcare professionals, writing reports and maintaining records, promoting health education, managing a department, leading a medical team, teaching and supervising trainee doctors. Hospital doctors can work in a number of specialties, including the following: anesthetics, emergency medicine, general medicine, surgery, trauma and orthopedics.

A doctor is someone who is experienced and certified to practice medicine in order to help maintain or restore physical and mental health. A doctor is tasked with interacting with patients, diagnosing medical problems and successfully treating illness or injury. There are many specific areas in the field of medicine which students can study. This article is meant to explain in general terms what a doctor does, common types of doctors, a doctor's earning potential and how to become one. Doctors meet and talk with patients and caregivers to diagnose, manage and treat illnesses and injuries. Of course, specific duties will vary depending on the area of medicine you intend to practice, but many of the core duties are required of all doctors.
Categorize all the functions of the EMS and tell us what each of them does:
Head Physician:
A chief physician, also called a head physician, physician in chief, senior consultant, or chief of medicine, is a physician in a senior management position at a hospital or other institution. In many institutions, it is the title of the most senior physician, but it may also be used as the title of the most senior physician of a particular department within a larger institution. A chief physician generally is in charge of medical matters and often is the superior of other physicians (including consultants and attending physicians), but may also be in charge of other professional groups and areas of responsibility.
Clinical Manager:
Clinical managers, a type of medical and health services manager, work as managers in both administrative and medical capacities to ensure that the establishment for which they work runs smoothly. Clinical managers often work for doctors' offices, clinics, long-term care facilities, and outpatient facilities. Typical duties of a clinical manager include managing clinical, professional, administrative, and clerical staff; managing the recruitment, development of, and appraisal of staff; overseeing day-to-day management; developing and implementing policies and directives; setting and monitoring budgets; attending meetings; handling communications; and making purchasing decisions.
Surgeons:
A procedure is considered surgical when it involves the cutting of a patient's tissues or closure of a previously sustained wound. Surgery can be performed on a human or an animal in order to repair and diagnose internal problems.
A surgeon is able to remove diseased tissue or organs, repair body systems, or replace diseased organs with transplants. Surgeons can be general surgeons and perform all types of surgery, or they can be specialized, such as heart surgeons or brain surgeons.
Surgeons may be physicians, dentists, or veterinarians.
Doctor:
The original doctors were what we now call professors or teachers; those who taught anatomy, medicine, and other health-related disciplines inspired the word to be used as a title for a specific class of professionals who practice medicine. However, it still also denotes someone who has obtained a research doctorate and is entitled to use the initials PhD (often styled in the older form Ph.D. as well), which stands for “doctor of philosophy.” (Originally, philosophy, meaning “love of wisdom,” referred to a wide array of what we would now call the arts and sciences and only later pertained strictly to the study of knowledge, truth, and life). Those who hold a doctorate and work in the medical field but do not have a doctor of medicine (MD) or doctor of osteopathy (OD) degree are generally required to advise patients that they do not hold one of these degrees. (An osteopath—the word is from a Greek term meaning “sensitive to or responding to bone”—is in the United States qualified to practice medicine just like someone with an MD degree, but in other countries such a practitioner is more limited in scope)
Nurses:
Nursing is a profession within the health care sector focused on the care of individuals, families, and communities so they may attain, maintain, or recover optimal health and quality of life. Nurses may be differentiated from other health care providers by their approach to patient care, training, and scope of practice. Nurses practice in many specialties with differing levels of prescription authority. Many nurses provide care within the ordering scope of physicians, and this traditional role has shaped the public image of nurses as care providers. However, nurse practitioners are permitted by most jurisdictions to practice independently in a variety of settings. Since the postwar period, nurse education has undergone a process of diversification towards advanced and specialized credentials, and many of the traditional regulations and provider roles are changing.
Nurses develop a plan of care, working collaboratively with physicians, the******s, the patient, the patient's family, and other team members that focuses on treating illness to improve quality of life. In the United Kingdom and the United States, advanced practice nurses, such as clinical nurse specialists and nurse practitioners, diagnose health problems and prescribe medications and other therapies, depending on individual state regulations. Nurses may help coordinate the patient care performed by other members of a multidisciplinary health care team such as the******s, medical practitioners, and dietitians. Nurses provide care both interdependently, for example, with physicians, and independently as nursing professionals.
Psychiatrist:
Psychiatry is the branch of medicine focused on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mental, emotional and behavioral disorders.
A psychiatrist is a medical doctor (an M.D. or D.O.) who specializes in mental health, including substance use disorders. Psychiatrists are qualified to assess both the mental and physical aspects of psychological problems.
People seek psychiatric help for many reasons. The problems can be sudden, such as a panic attack, frightening hallucinations, thoughts of suicide, or hearing "voices." Or they may be more long-term, such as feelings of sadness, hopelessness, or anxiousness that never seem to lift or problems functioning, causing everyday life to feel distorted or out of control. Because they are physicians, psychiatrists can order or perform a full range of medical laboratory and psychological tests which, combined with discussions with patients, help provide a picture of a patient's physical and mental state. Their education and clinical training equip them to understand the complex relationship between emotional and other medical illnesses and the relationships with genetics and family history, to evaluate medical and psychological data, to make a diagnosis, and to work with patients to develop treatment plans.
