In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: The lunchtime monitor's job is to watch over the students as they are getting their food and eating lunch. If there are any complications or mishaps the monitor's job is to quickly resolve the issue. The lunchtime monitor must also clean up around the lunchroom and make sure there's no leftover food that's not been thrown out or any messes in general. The job is chiefly watching over the students whilst they eat and making sure they are safe, secure, and behaving themselves while in the lunchroom. Any problems will be handled with ease and situations will be easy to deal with. They would also help scan the lunchroom for any trash or troubles, and maybe also help with unpackaging food items along with helping students get their lunches paid for and get the items they need.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: No, but I have had experience with customer service. My experience in this field has given me good problem solving skills, has helped me with generally answering people's questions, and has helped me in learning how to resolve general conflicts.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have a lot of experience in roleplay and on SchoolRP, I've roleplayed sporadically since I've joined Minecraft, and I'd say I have a couple years of experience in total. As I have said before, I also have had customer service experiences which have benefitted me greatly in conversing with others and solving problems while roleplaying.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: A lunchtime monitor has many jobs. They need to help students get their lunch in a swift and orderly manner and also handle any fights between students within the lunchroom. Helping clean up the lunchroom may also be a task for a lunchtime monitor it is not only important for the lunchtime monitor to clean but it is important for them to also help kids learn how to clean up after themselves. Their job is to also prevent bullying in the lunchroom and general mean behavior. If we're unfortunate enough to see this kind of behavior between students we should reprimand those who are talking badly about someone immediately. Another key factor in being a lunchtime monitor is being aware in social situations as a substantial part of my job is to talk to school staff and students. A lunchtime monitor should simultaneously be able to keep order in the lunchroom whilst still creating a loving environment for the students eating in it. I also recognize that if a school staff member tells me do to something such as evacuate children from the school in RP I of course need to do so. My job is also to assist students that get harmed through unforeseen events whether it be from a vocal dispute that got physical too quickly for me to intervene or a child having an allergic reaction. My job in these situations are to act as a first responder giving them basic aid while the nurse or an EMT is on the way. An example of a usual job that a lunchtime monitor would frequently do is clean up spills after lunch and help clean up food that has somehow ended up on the floor. A lunchtime monitor's job like any school faculty is to keep the peace between students and maintain the enriching and warm environment that the school gives off so that the students that go there may feel safe as they're educated and may focus more on their studies without outside troubles distressing them and subsequently tanking their grades.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would try to calm the student. I would try to keep my temper and inquire where this kind of behavior is truly stemming from. I would not act too harshly unless the situation started getting out of control. If things escalate I would be a bit more firm in my words telling cease him to cease his deplorable behavior at once. I would of course warn a student to desist in their actions before going to a teacher or another colleague in the nearby area for help admonishing them.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would absolutely accept the task given to me by the School Principal. I would do this as he would be my employer and a large portion of my job is to listen and follow through with the duties given to me by him.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would immediately inform another colleague of their transgressions, it is unacceptable to act unprofessionally or to go through with something dangerous on school grounds. I would also advise them to stop as well as reminding them of the setting and company they're currently in. If they do not heed my warnings and begin going absolutely out of control, I would continue to get another colleague or multiple if need be. If it got to the point where they began endangering other students, I would help them by evacuating the nearby area if need to be and help my fellow employees in putting a lid on the situation.

Motivation for Joining YHS: I have many motivations for joining YHS. One motivation is to help the students. I've always held the belief that school should be a safe environment so that students may indulge themselves fully into their academic studies. I also understand the importance of cleanliness so that the school may maintain a place of order and enrichment. I wish to be a lunchtime monitor specifically for the reason that the lunchroom could (without proper care) become one of the messiest most unclean parts of the school. I highly value order in any aspect. I believe that the lunchroom should be orderly so that you may get whatever type of nourishment you desire in a timely fashion and I believe that it should be cleanly so that the students may eat their sustenance in an environment that is clean and healthy. I have very high standards for cleanliness and order and wish to help YHS achieve a higher quality in both aspects.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I believe that I should be hired over other applicants for a multitude of reasons. One reason is because of the fact that I have deep convictions that cleanliness and order should be held above all else and I will do my best to enforce this during the time in the day where the kids have lunch. A second reason is that once I dedicate myself to something I tend to fully amerce myself into it. What I mean by this is that if I get hired I'd be staunchly devoted to my job and all the duties that would come with it. I also believe that I'd do very well with the students there as in my time I've never met a child that's disliked me. everything the school's I also wish to make YHS a warmer place with my presence and hope to help promote the educating and enrichment that goes on there.
