It is actually a rule, it's called common sense
It's common sense not to take a staff members skin and change it or just blatantly copy it.
I would consider it very very rude to steal my skin and or recolor it.
For a fact I also know that Birbii makes every single skin she wears. She spends alot of time on her skins and wouldn't like to see them be recolored or stolen.
