WHAT YOU WANT TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: add Lithuanian to the language list
HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?: Although it's an unpopular language since the country isn't very well known, adding this language will give slightly more variety when signing up for a language, I personally was in the process of making a Lithuanian character only to realize there is no option to apply for the language.

If it is added, people wouldn't know it's available - unless I am wrong of course.
Also, if only you wanted the language there wouldn't be much point in applying for it.

i tried to add some indigenous american languages and it didn’t go that well…

i still want it for my one character tho but that will never happen

Adding new languages have already been denied. Just pick from the long list we have

We already have many languages that have a few to no people who even have the language. . Don't add another to that list-
