WHAT YOU NEED TO SUGGEST OR MENTION:
More school employee jobs, I know if there's jobs such as Janitor, Office Secretary and Receptionist- but there should be a wider variety of jobs, one of the jobs I recommend is a school guidance councillor as there is not really many people that a student can go to for help. They could help the students with any situations they're dealing with and they could even have their own little relaxing, quaint room for students to go to for support from someone who can see from the students Point - Of - View which could help benefit them widely.

Basic Information



What would a school Councilor do?:

School counselors assist students at all levels, from elementary school to college. They act as advocates for the students’ well-being, and as valuable resources for their educational advancement. School counselors, listen to students’ concerns. Because everyone’s life is a little different. School Councilors would have an office in the school where students could come in and talk to someone.

Theyll Listen to students concerns, mediate conflict between students, help improve family/friend relationships, and refer students to psychologists and other mental health resources



How would they be useful on SchoolRp?:

Alot of students roleplay out dramatic issues, disabilities, bullying, relationship issues, and so much more. Sometimes people even take it as far as making their charatcer do suicide. Personally I think that the school councilor role could be put into place due to these roleplay situatuons. They'd be able to help and realistically respond to these situations to help mediate and keep it calm without having to have the EMS or KPD come onto the school grounds.



What would adding the role require?

This role would likely require them to have an office somewhere in the school that students will be able to easily find so that they can talk to a councilor in a place thats realistically secluded like it would normally be. Alongside this, the people roleplaying this role would need to be active, and mature enough to take this seriously.

What would School Security do?:

School Security would regularly patrol around the halls of the school during the school days. This being due to the high crime rates, though students themselves shouldn't be fighting in general, fights still do sometimes breakout and alot of times other students, or teachers aren't able to break this apart. EMS and KPS isn't always able to get onto the school grounds fast enough, and often times the fight is disbanded by the time they figure out that someone called the cops.



What would adding the role require?:

Adding this role would likely require a uniform for the school security as well as certian items being acessible to the school security faction members.​
