What is your motivation for applying?:
Its a new avenue of role play and its something i have never done or experienced before. So I think it would be a interesting direction to explore and to roleplay as a police officer. The job of helping and protecting the city is also quite interesting and fun, and those things attract me towards the role of becoming a officer.
Do you understand Japanese Laws and Basic Conduct?
Yes I do, as I spent the first half of my life in Japan I am extremely familiar with how everything works and is able to use all the knowledge to deal with situations calmly when needed. I think these factors give me a huge advantage over other applicants as well as knowing the infrastructure of japan pretty well, which should also add to my Knowledge of roleplay as Karakura itself is based in japan.

What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
I do have quite a deep understanding as I have been interested in law and police force since a young age. I have done research on many Police teams in Japan's regional police force such as the Yokosuka police protective team situated in Yokohama japan my home town and i used to go there for a visit just to check out the police, they are their to keep the town safe and bring justice to many people. Police are the people that act upon a region's law and enforce it. They all should be fit and ready to go in any situation at any time needed. These could seem harsh too many normal people but to a well trained police. Their heart should always be devoted to their job and serve the city to keep it safe, clean and minimize the risks any citizens might face. All police should follow orders no matter what from the higher up and always keep their senses up ready for anything that could happen. A Normal day to day police work is basically as simple as protecting the citizens, arresting illegal criminals, detaining suspects and searching, patrolling alone around when you are a higher up however better with colleagues to reduce any risks, always try your best on responding to 110 calls as soon as you can so you could help the situation to your best capabilities.
On a day to day basis, officers will go around town and make sure everything is running like how they are supposed to be. Many simple things they would do could include things like reminding people to not J-walk, reminding them to attend their schooling and make sure no dangerous items are lurking around the town. In the server i have seen players patted down for wearing a mask as they are possible suspects for any sort of illegal activities as they are trying to cover their face, they could also be secretly carrying illegal items. During a search officers get in groups and usually the companion officer protects and keeps the people away from the officer that is searching a suspect.
In terms of OOC i know that gangrp is the complete opposite of us the KPD and i should always avoid getting in dangerous situations with them when their obvious purpose is trying to kill my character, as doing this gets them what they want which is clout and it also brings disgrace to kpd which i never want to let that happen. I will always call for backup in these situations in the future and stand my ground to prove KPD is not something to be messed with. I know that when people are holding illegal items after been searched, they could be sent to jail, their IC jail time and bail depends on the severity of the incident.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
As we see gang activities rise, Police is an element that is irreplaceable and brings a huge part in terms of the lore and gameplay experience on the server. When players are in trouble the police are needed. If they weren't present these situations might cause a bad player experience and wont help the server expand in terms of player base. Police is such an important role as without them consistently patrolling day and night keeping the city in order. As well as chasing down criminals with every last bit of their energy. All for the people and citizens in Karakura for them to have a pleasant time.
Police is a job that acts upon the Law and enforces it to make sure everyone in a region is not crossing the line and not following the rules like how they always should be.
Do you acknowledge that you're subject to being demoted if accepted at any given time?
I am completely aware of this and am ready to face any punishments with no arguments and always open to listen to suggestions and learn from my mistakes as we humans learn the fastest through the mistakes we make.

Yes and i am ready full heartedly to devote my time, mind and patience into the role of an officer.

Tell us about your character, how he looks, what makes him unique?
Appearance
Takano is a young man standing at 5’11, he has brownish-black hair and is quite well built. Combined with a soft but intimidating tone when spoken to. He would have a scent of leather polisher following him as he takes great cares of his boots and his clothing. His eyes are dark brown and when looked into its utterly intimidating.
Who is he among the communities heart?
He is known in the community to be a very persistent person and would chase anything till the very end, these personality traits was carved deep within his heart when he was a kid due to his unfortunate childhood. He also has a persistent personality that will carry on to help him chase down and crack any unsolved problems. He is also very hard working in terms of his job as an officer and takes everything on hand and extremely seriously no matter the situation.
Capabilities and why he is unique
He is a physically active young man. And is capable of running quickly and arriving in situations quickly to ensure the unlawful event is solved and make sure the safety of the citizens of Karakura. He is planning to improve on his knowledge and physically and aim to become an inspector in the future! He is also a expert in terms of Karakura regional law as he studied it as a major. Not only that he is a expert in hand to hand martial combats and does not fear getting close to a criminal if situation requires him to do so.
What he's like on and off the job?
Takano is a very kind person that always keeps a smile on his face. On his shift he will treat everyone fairly and keep everything within the law of karakura. He is also very serious during his job shifts and keeps his senses up ready for anything that could happen. He loves having a talk with colleagues and having a nice cup of tea in the afternoon with them when he's off his shift. He will always put karakuras safety first in his heart, no matter when or where he is, it will always be his number one priority.
Outlook on his co-workers? Plans for the future?
He is very kind with his co-workers, he loves to go out for some tea with friends and colleagues after shift and have a chat about their future. He is a very enthusiastic person and always keeps the expectations for himself up. He plans to become an investigator in the future and teach the new generations of cadets helping them to become successful and ready to go.
BACKSTORY
Hisaishi Ryu was born and raised in a poor family that didn't have a high degree of education. Takano's father, who is from China, brought Hisaishi and his mother, who is from japan back to a place in China called Fujian to try to get a job and make a better living for the family. When they arrived Takano was a mere baby at the age of 2 and so, that was where he first received his education in a local kindergarten. As he grew up he continued his education until year 3 in primary school. At the age of 9, his father went on a business trip and passed away in a car crash on a rainy day. Throughout these 7 years in Fujian. He learned Hakka by heart and soon after the death of his father.
The condition of life soon deteriorated and he was taken back to Japan by his Mother. From a young age, he also strived to better the living standards of his family. When growing up he got in quite a few troubles trying to sustain a good living for his family. Even when beaten for trying to steal food. He still strived for it and went on head first for the sake of his family. He created trouble towards other people which now he is regretful of doing so and acting in such a silly way.
After arriving in Japan and receiving a brilliant education at Karakura high. He grew up becoming a well capable young man that is ready for a brighter future and to make up for the silly mistakes he made and inconvenience he deeply regrets creating for other citizens. As he was attending Karakura High School, he began his surveys. The increased enthusiasm he had acquired from watching the KPD put justice on unlawful criminals and scenes when the KPD helped people in need truly touched his heart. He soon applies to work as a Cadet for Karakura after graduating college in 2020 to live out his dreams.
