Yes, @kyung.ly

What is your time zone?:
My time zone is CEST/CET, which also means I’d be able to do openings ADDITIONALLY at rather un-usual hours! If that makes sense..
Describe your activity on the server:
Hmmm. I was first on the server in the end of 2021, stayed active for this long, took a break for that long, ect. Eventually I came back for good and ever since I’ve been active in every corner. From Factions (EMS, Teacher, Lawyer), to Teams (Fem Col VB, HS Cheer), and general stuff! (Characters, Families).
Currently, I’d rate my activity a cute 7/10. I am not on 24/7 hours, or seven hours a day. But I am on every day, if not, second. Which I’d say is a healthy balance, you feel me!
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Of course! I mean, I wouldn’t put in the effort again, and again if I knew I’d not be active, knowing that’d get me removed!

Who are you applying with?:

Ji-won Ahn: “. . .”
[?] Interviewer: “What made you.. Wanting to become a restaurant owner?”
Ji-won Ahn: “Ouhh.. it's a story. Are you ready?”
Ji-won Ahn
Ji-won Ahn, Born in.. Osaka, Japan.
Well, there she was! A beautiful (dad) Korean- (mom)Japanese girl. Just another random girl that got to her
dreams (hopefully), and no one really knows how. But let me tell you!
She’s got a STORY, too!
Chapter 1: “Sometimes the minimum is all you need”
Ji-won grew up with only her grandma, as unfortunately both her parents died during a car crash. How? Well, you see, after her mother gave birth to her, some complications happened. Some heart defect or whatever? Either way, despite not wanting to leave her newborn alone in the NICU, the father, the mother’s husband eventually talked her into going home for just a bit or a day to clean up and rest because the entire labour process was.. well, let’s say.. had complications, too! Now you may wonder, “grandpa?”. Girl, he was LONG gone! Well.. not literally. Her grandma used to talk about him, how he was such a casino-go’er outside, and like a rebellious little boy with his friends but a wonderful cook, and loving husband at home.. until some point. However he had already been going out more and more, so much that eventually he never returned. He was quite literally doing whatever he wanted for the past two- or three years, leaving ji-won’s grandma constantly alone and worried. But eventually she learned to accept it and started to have her own fun. Either way, he ended up.. unfortunately dying due to a heart attack a month before Ji-won was even born. Probably because of all these rollercoasters.. I’m sure he could’ve teached her how to cook.
Anyway though! Ji-won’s lifestyle and entire childhood was.. O-K! She had a kind grandma that made her know everything she needed to. Ji-won always was grateful.. okay well.. maybe not always as a tiny kid who had no one during Mother’s Day in daycare.. but.. as she grew up she eventually became more aware, and matured, even realising that she always has to give best.. because once grandma is gone, there would be no one but herself to trust. Or, so she thought.
Her grandma was already on the older side, getting more fragile and slower, along with some forgetfulness rising. It was if she’s holding on to her death juuussst for one specific thing to happen before she goes.
Chapter 2: “The extrovert”
So! Like I said, she always wanted to be doing the best and her grandma taught her a lot of important lessons, including how to speak your mind, express your feelings, plan and organise things.. Grandma was locked. So in school she did not only get good, solid grades but she was the school's president by JHS1 and absolutely loved by.. almost everyone, especially the principal. Ji-won was that extroverted, very expressive and curious person as a kid, like goofying without meaning to. She took her role as the school's president seriously and to heart! Creating, managing, and helping set up events after school was typical to her day to day basis already. There was no real hate towards her during her school phase, I mean.. okay yeah, some people might’ve been a bit too jealous and said things - but ji-won didn’t care. She had all she needed!
Chapter 3: “Gladiolus”
One day, ji-won was carrying a box of some props she collected throughout the schools and clubs that she needed for a little acting.. performance event.. Without a single thought, she was skipping down the hallway while everyone was in class. You see, she was excused to leave sometimes for a bit to help out or leave early if an event was coming up. It was a very interactive, massive and popular school, I should’ve mentioned... Anyway, as she was going down the hallway, minding her business, she heard some noises, cries to be specific and eventually saw a small, very young boy with beautiful ginger hair being bullied by some students her age. Obviously, hating injustice she immediately went between them and protected the little boy. After getting it all properly restored and the two guys reported she went to check on the boy again, who only responded by giving her a hug. Aww, how cute! Ever since then, ji-won grew this sense of responsibility and love for him. I mean how could you not? He was the definition of lonely and only seven! She started to visit him during lunchtimes, getting in some trouble as the older kids aren’t supposed to go over to the younger kids' property side.. but she didn’t care. Seriously, why should she? No one would remove THE president because she eats lunch with a lonely kid? LOL!
At this point masa- oh, yeah, ginger boy was named Masaki! Masaki was like a little brother to Ji-won, while saki probably looked at her like an.. older sister figure? Mother figure? Aunt figure? God, who knows! This kind of day-to-day life continued, they grew closer with the days. Ji-won however eventually realised that something wasn’t going all-right in his house. Flinching like that, coming back with bruises and starvation? Ji-won secretly followed Masaki to his house one day and watched as she saw his father drag him into the house from the porch and raise his arm into the air as the door fell. It was obvious, even for a 14 year old that he was being abused. However, there wasn’t much she could do. Or thought she couldn’t. Who was she gonna tell? What if they couldn’t do anything about it and it only makes him mad, harming Masaki more.. or worse? So, after realising the situation, not only her sense of care and worry grew more but she started to spend her time with Masaki after school, even if it meant not getting perfect grades - I mean, when did she anyway..
Chapter 4: “Distance”
Sigh.. the day the two were dreading eventually came. Ji-won was nearing the end in JHS3, being fifteen while Masaki was nearing the end in ELMN2, being only eight. As they met at the start of JH2/ELMN1, it’s been two years since they knew each other, so clearly neither wanted to leave each other alone, especially when they found out the nearest senior high school was a 40 minute walk away. . Well, so it is..!
She went after high school, everyday, to Masaki - who’s been waiting on hours after hours after his school ended for her. Obviously, his school day ended way earlier.. I mean hello, he was only eight! Sometimes he walked the 40 minutes walk to ji-won’s school, trying to save her time as she needed all the time she could get to study. She wasn’t the president anymore, but still had a good reputation and was known because she used to be, hence why she was offered vice president, but she turned it down, wanting to spend her free time on Masaki.
Whatever though, she managed to pass her exam at the end of her 3rd Senior high school year, being 18 now. Simultaneously, Masaki finished ELMN5, being 11. Masaki kept studying, staying in school as ji-won lectured him over and over how important good grades will be. You see, she had that dream. To become a restaurant owner! To be specific, knowing her father was Korean and her parents had a deep love for food but never got to cook for their own child, she wanted to deeply open up her own restaurant, a Korean one. Her grandma taught her some cooking ways when she was younger and whenever she had the time, he taught herself some stuff. Whether about Korean culture or cooking. She was never really raised with any Korean culture, as her grandma was her mother’s mother, Japanese. However she fell in love with it as she first started to learn more about it.
Chapter 5: “Living or Existing?”
While Masaki stayed in school, ji-won started going to University. It was very close to her high school, so just a tiny bit further from Masaki. But not only that, simultaneously she started to work part time jobs, genuinely working her ass off. It was EXHAUSTING, how did bro not have a burn out? Or did she..? Either way, why was she working like that anyway!? oh. Her grandma was visibly getting rapidly more sick than ever. Ji-won wanted to leave uni, at-least for now, spend some proper time with her. Buuut. Her grandma INSISTED, no- FOUGHT her (quite literally lol) to not only not do that but to start.. working?? Was she THAT far gone?? Ji-won was confused, shook, and even a little angry. If you’re not realising it, her grandma wanted to make sure she knew the responsibility of working and earning your own money and how to deal with it before she’d pass, instead of.. spending time with her. Told you, she was locked with teaching that gal life-lessons. Anyway, ji-won eventually gave in and did work like mentioned for 4 years, getting her uni degree meanwhile. During these four years, ji-won kept picking up Masaki after her long days, going to the park or wherever with him. Sometimes she debated, “was feeling guilty for spending time with a kid, someone like a brother to her in his situation valid knowing your own grandma is in her final moments?” -were her thoughts, probably. Nonetheless, she just continued. Obviously also eventually going home everyday and spending time with her grandma, but at that hour no grandma is awake anymore, despite the fact that she kept trying to wait for ji-won, and not fall asleep in her little sofa-chair.
Chapter 6: “Choosing yourself”
When she turned 20, and Masaki was 13.. she had to move. Well, of course she didn’t HAVE to.. but she knew she can’t keep going with this kind of life, and ruining her career. And some part of her in her heart felt like she had to leave, so that her grandma could finally find peace. At first she didn’t want to, she even stayed for another month, continuing to go on about how she'd stay “just for oneee more yeaaarr..”. Well, well, well. . Her grandma refused. Quite literally kicking her out. LMFAOO. I know. But ji-won wasn’t mad or hurt! She knew it was her way of saying “girl.., let me die already and have a life”. A little brutal, yeah. Anyway, She said her property goodbye’s to her grandma and to Masaki, who was just as sad as her about the leaving. She felt constantly guilty, especially knowing his life at home. And despite the fact he said he understood, I don’t think she will ever cry this much again out of pure guilt.. on a freaking train, at that . .
Choo choo! Where did she go? Ji-won moved out, to Tokyo. I know, crazy environment-jump! There, she started to work at this high-end restaurant. As a waitstaff (and eventually also as the manager) to get some experience in the field while mastering her cooking skills and cultural, and business management knowledge at home, simultaneously.
Chapter 8: “Seventy-seven”
Did you know the number 77 is generally known as a symbol of spiritual awakening, profound inner wisdom, and diving guidance?
77 hours and 14 minutes after ji-won closed her real home’s door, her grandma had passed away. (Sorry!) Ji-won called her everyday, three times. Morning, during her break, and evening, along with a text at night. And as her grandma didn’t respond at the second call in the morning of that one day, she knew. Ji-won contacted a neighbour to let the local police station know, wanting to make sure she gets her wish-funeral. Which she did! It was a beautiful funeral with dark blue and purple flowers and a traditional Korean one. Why? Ji-won never knew, but her Japanese grandma kept saying it and how could you say no to your dying grandma's funeral-wish?
Chapter 9: “Worry”
Either way, back to masaki!
Obviously they wanted- and tried to keep in contact, but because of Masaki's dad it quickly became impossible. After two months, his secret phone that he only used to communicate with Ji-won was found and destroyed by his father. Ji-won was terrified as he stopped replying, rushing back on a train and sprinting to his house. She froze a few miles further, seeing him leaving his house and getting his backpack thrown alongside out. He looked so sick of it and exhausted. Ji-won didn’t let herself be seen, it would’ve been selfish to show herself, make him happy just to leave again. So, she simply returned back.
Chapter 10: “Ready.”
Ready for WHAT? Heh. Remember her dream?
But before we go into that, abouuut four years later, Masaki contacted her. Ji-won broke down at her work, in shock. She was WAITING for this day to happen. Apparently, he had left his home and went to a city, a few further away. Eventually they started talking, updating each other. Ji-won mentioned she found the perfect city and is ready to finally make her dream come true. The city- actually, also and Island.. is perfect. Perfect balance of chaos and peace. She knew Karakura would work out well. So, she booked and paid for Masaki’s flight so he could go there already. However until he apparently.. had some bad times and met someone new, too. But ji-won doesn’t really know this in detail to this day. Right?
Either way, now. Still in Tokyo, working the last few months of her contract, she already has her entire restaurant’s concept planned out and prepared. Even managed to contact some people in Karakura who’d like to work there, eventually. She was excited. Everything she did, was supposed to eventually bring her to this. So all that was left was to hope the Island would approve her and her dream while waiting, and working for the last few months of her job’s contract.

Ji-won Ahn: “So, yeah.”
[?] Interviewer: “Ah, well. I see! With one sentence, what would you say to show your.. Passion. Dedication, even?”
She thought for a moment. What a creative question.
Ji-won Ahn: “I don't just want to own a restaurant. I have a specific experience I want people to have, and I’ve already thought about how I would actually make that experience happen.”
Ji-won Ahn: “I don't just want to own a restaurant. I have a specific experience I want people to have, and I’ve already thought about how I would actually make that experience happen.”
[?] Interviewer: “Period. Then, please.. Enlighten me with your ideas.”What shop/category are you applying for?:
Under the category “Restaurants & Cafes”, specifically a Restaurant!
Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:
Well, first of all, STILL: I love working in a shop myself A LOT. So having the chance to be the “boss” myself, the one who can decide things, with my own little thingies, themes and help workers out myself, and so on, seems like a really fun and exciting thing for me personally.
As my friend would say, “You’re ISTJ” and “U get stuff done.” (Shoutout Mei xx) I believe the responsibility that comes with this role would be something I’d like to take on and... treat well? If that’s the way to say it.
Basically, I like responsibility, and in a way, proving I can do something that takes responsibility like that. Is that silly? I’M responsible & I like having responsibilities.
To add on, this is my third application for Shopkeeper for this restaurant, which I believe also shows my dedication and confidence in believing that my idea is good. I’ve had time to think about it, improve it, and come back to it, and I still genuinely believe in it.
What makes it (your shop) unique?
INTRODUCTION
Well, well, well!
Let’s start from the TOP.
My restaurant is aiming to be HIGH END. Not because I am similar to that vibe. More the opposite, I love WHIMSICAL! However, I have thought and researched about this atmosphere, vibe, and so on because it got me interested. Plus, there is no real other high end restaurant in Karakura.. I might be wrong, but at least I don’t think so personally.
My restaurant’s name would be Nightly Hansik. Which might seem a little dry, or silly at first for a name, but after a minute it’ll roll on your tongue! The meaning is quite simple:
Nightly, which is as simple as it sounds. Night... ly. It’s supposed to evoke the high end, elegant vibes, and well... the fact the restaurant will mostly only open at night due to it being high end. Makes sense!
And “Hansik” comes straight from the Korean word 한식, which refers not just to traditional Korean cuisine, but also to the cultural practices, traditions, and values connected to the making and sharing of Korean food.
So, you could say the meaning is: Enjoying the experience of a nightly visit to eat Korean Food.
The color vibes would be black, white, that stuff and dark green with a sparkle of red. It's a great, elegant dark but welcoming balance.
⟢┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈⟢
HOW IS IT UNIQUE?
Well, in a way, it being a Korean focused restaurant makes it unique. Now, I’m not Korean myself even though I enjoy a lot of Korean things like Kdrama, Kpop, and so on. (No, my name is real..)
However, as we all know, Karakura is a heavenly cultured Island. Walk around, click some descriptions, and it won’t take you long to see people’s characters being from ALL AROUND THE WORLD. However, especially from Korea.
I mean, there is literally a massive Korean family, the Baeks. Let’s be real, it wouldn’t make no sense for Karakura to have something Korean related. That’s not just me, right?
So that, as well as the fact it’ll be high end, makes it already very unique.
BUT! Thats not all. What I have planned to do with Nightly Hansik is what makes it really, actually unique. I'd say!
⟢┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈⟢
DETAILRP-FOCUSED
Now, you may ask “But WHY high end? Because you find it interesting?”
Well. Yes! But it’s more than that.
My “SRP name” is known through my IGNS, they are the spoiler!: DETAILRP!!
I’ve figured there’s only minimal restaurants that actually evoke detailRP or detailRPing from themselves, or some are trying to do so more nowadays. I’ve noticed there’s definitely room for a restaurant that actively encourages it as part of the experience.
The high end theme is basically not only because... well... cool, but also to evoke the fact it’s supposed to highlight the chance to detailRP even more.
Since, if you think about high end, you won’t only think about clean, elegant, quiet, chic, but also about the slow, dramatic, and options to have a long important chat with your lover, or whoever! You get the vibe.
So: It might seem boring at first, even... I mean the “theme” is basically Korean + High end. But if you look behind the curtains, the depth and realisticness comes through, which I love.
Don’t get me wrong, as mentioned before, I absolutely love being silly and whimsical. I mean, I’m basically locking the most I can to write this as professional as possible, but still fun to read.
HOWEVER!!! Again, I just think this will open the doors to so many opportunities for so many people, mainly who are trying to enjoy some good ol’ detailRP in a realistic manner in a restaurant.
And it is realistic and a great idea/addition for Karakura, as most restaurants are funsies/cozy (NOT a bad thing). I just think something more elegant and slower paced would give people another option.

What do you plan to do WITH your shop?:
SO.. DETAILRP N’ THATS IT?
No, silly! Like I said in my previous application: ‘It is original and I’ve thought of it myself. It’s still simple, which defines Nightly Hansik in a way: special, nowhere else to be found, but still simple enough to not feel “too much.”’
But let me explain what I mean by that:
Nightly Hansik won’t, for now, have ONE BIG addition, like a karaoke booth or other whimsy one only specific activity that it’ll get known for, but rather a variety of small... enhancements, if you will, to the system of serving, entertaining, and spending time there.
Let's get into detail, though!:
⟢┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈⟢
ENANCHMENTS:
⟢┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈⟢
Of course, having the theme I explained and being focused on giving a chance for proper detailRP isn’t all that I plan to actually DO with my restaurant. But it is related! Basically things FOR IT, and not just saying so: “It's to highlight/evoke RP”.
1. THE HELPFUL SITE & DISTURBANCE MODES & SEATINGS
To suit the plan I explained, I have prepared a site for workers and me to basically use as a floorplan of the restaurant, where they can seat, add notes for each customer.
WHICH! Also gives them a chance to add a... very specific note:
Hosts/Me will ask upon entrance whether they’re trying to have a long, proper experience, meaning separate menus from appetizers, mains with decidable sides and dessert, with time to detailRP in between, or wanting a quick visit with one simple menu including it all.
If they say long, they will be asked another question: How much disturbance they want.
Little / Little Disturbance = Quite obvious.
Yes / Yes Disturbance = May be disturbed multiple times to be checked upon if they’re liking the food/drinks, are ready to move to the next menu, etc, etc.
Thinking back about the seating options themselves, I plan on having the basics: Two-seater, Four-Tablers, 4-6-er Booths, but ALSO private dining rooms (on dol), in front of which the shoes will be asked to be removed. And of course, there will be specific sections for the short or long staying guests. I'd be crazy not to do so.
This is the main “EXTRA”, perhaps. It might not seem like a lot at first, especially to the outside, but it shows a lot of effort and character, I believe. Plus who doesn’t love organised?
⟢┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈⟢
THIS IS SRP, THOUGH!
Adding the chance for a quick run, who’d be seated in specific sections who are only getting such people, near the entrance/exit, is just the SRP thing. In real life this is rather less common, rare even..
But, let’s be real, who wasn’t at least once just in a restaurant, ordered whatever they’ve never heard before, admired the item and left with it. It is SRP after all, and this is a totally valid decision, hence why I want to keep that a thing and not... be sad and deny a person leaving?? That’d be crazy!
Of course that’s just the other side of the main focus: Chance to DETAILRP.
⟢┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈⟢
2. FULL MOON
Believe it or not, a full moon only comes around 12 to 13 times in a year. So each time, if possible, I’d like to open and offer the chance to buy a specific item.
Whether that’s from a collaboration, food, a thing like a keychain, or whatever else in the form of a custom will be decided once I’d know more about the BTS rules! But of course, also a little gift given to each customer buying food. Something small and cute. Marking it as something special they can only get from Nightly Hansik.
It being this rare makes it cool. #Memorable, Yah?
Oh, frankly... there is no real reason why the moon. The moon is just so elegant, as if it was high end. I like the moon.
Plus, it’s simple, not something super traditional that might go too close to being shrine y, but from Korean history that no one knows. Unless that’d be cuter.
Frankly, I think I’d decide that depending on some multiple people’s opinions, like “the majority.” >_<
⟢┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈⟢
3. TABLESIDE: SCENT WELCOMING RITUAL!
Additionally, thinking back I think this addition will be better in general instead of the ones i had described in my previous application because its.. Well simple-r, safe-r, and easier on the servers! Which is: Scent Welcomnig Ritual. I'm bad with titles. Basically a minute upon being seating (only long-staying guests) they will be met with a short action, something like this:
/me draws a sliver of ancient Korean sandalwood from his silk robes.
/me strikes the flint, letting a small spark catch the wood. A dense, sweet smoke fills the air around your table.
/me strikes the flint, letting a small spark catch the wood. A dense, sweet smoke fills the air around your table.
There were more/different things in my previous application. I had this performance, that Onrain, dit Tradition hand-outs, yada-yada. Acknowledging there's not much I'm CHANGING this time around, unlike my first to second application, I figured it’d be best to remove those. Don't get me wrong, those might be good ideas I believe and I might just be overthinking it. I'd love to implement them. But I concluded; Maybe I was just doing too much “dis and dat”, too overly vague things.
However, this does not mean I don't want cool special events. I REALLY do. Who wouldn't? Frankly, it would depend on the rules, since I don't want to step too close to the shrine-ness, but traditional Korean things (because that mostly gives off the high-end vibe anyway), or the basic holidays seem like a simple must.
What will you sell in your shop?:
Clearly, only Korean Cuisine.
To Note though: Since this is still SRP, and rather canon, I don't want the items to be unnecessarily more expensive for the sake of “Oh, it's high-end.” Sure, yes it is. But not because I want some more pocket money.
Anyway, I really want my restaurant to be one day customs ONLY. However, I would be lying if I said I could do so right away (entirely). I’m not that rich..
Also, I want customs.. not only because it’s... well... Korean Cuisine, which SRP doesn’t have endless meals of, especially none that are for high end-y, but also because that’s just so freaking COOL!
If there are more items I’m unaware of, I’d most DEFINITELY change/add them up. However, even though I wouldn’t be happy with this as a menu, it's all I (manage to figure out) that currently exists as a Korean food at all…. @_@. So, yeah - customs are a NEED! Yet, I still want this.
However, a possible custom-only menu could look like this!:
I dont know why it wont stay in the middle...

How many employees do you plan to have?:
Quite straight forward, I plan to eventually have a total of 29 to 32 employees. Which might seem a lot at first, however it also depends on how big my restaurant’s location would be.
But with as much as I know now: I think MAX 32, though.
| SERVERS | HOSTS | BARTENDERS |
| One Lead | One Lead | ? |
| 5 Seniors | 3 Seniors | 1-3 Seniors |
| 10 "Regulars" | 7 "Regulars" | 3-5 "Regulars" |
Of course, the Senior & Lead positions are not apply-able.
Plus, there will be a Trial-stage beforehand. Simply to keep an eye on their activity and behaviour, nothing crazy!
Additionally, I was thinking a bar can’t be missing in a high end restaurant.
So 3-5 bar employees seems like a good amount for it. Meaning 1-3 Seniors.
However, especially the bar is surrounded with question marks depending on the location’s size!
Overall, I want the employee structure to be organised without being unnecessarily massive. I want people to have actual responsibilities and opportunities to grow within the restaurant, rather than simply having a huge employee count for the sake of having one. Including: thinking of Servers being the green’s, and Hosts the red’s. So kawaii. If you take a look in the discord, it’ll become clear.
And, of course, I want the entire team to contribute to the atmosphere Nightly Hansik is trying to create:
Elegant, organised, realistic... but still fun.
Because at the end of the day, it’s still Karakura.
And I want people to have fun!
How are you planning to pay your employees?:
Other than the idea itself and future-built, the workers' behaviour will add most of the vibe of the high-end atmosphere, therefore I think having it a little higher than average seems more than fair to me.
Meaning.. I’d definitely want 50%. If possible, I’d like to add as a perk for senior employees the “raise” of their pay owe being lowered to 45%.
Meaning, if we take an average of 50,000 yen made in a shift,
Worker A: 25,000 yen
Shop: 25,000 yen
Senior worker B: 27,500 yen
Shop: 22,500 yen
What will the Employee's Uniform look like?:
For Servers, I thought something like either of these:

Of course in the right colors! These don't have to be set in stone, though.
As for Hosts, I still like my previous Idea of having a version with the vest, and a blazer one, depending on their location.

Again, not exactly, but you get the twist!
Additionally, either a custom, or skin- armband or braclet for the HU's, as a sublte way to recognize their position in-game.
What will your exterior and interior look like? (Same)
These references are not to be taken.. too Literal.
But, theme-wise I'd like to remind, the main color-scheme will be black, white, and dark green. Maybe with a
sparkle of red, wherever needed. So: more green, less red than what you see in the collages.
However, vibe-wise. To VISIONIZE!

Additional notes about your application:
I am most likely leaving a faction after this month, so in-case that's a breaking point.. Just know dat..
Side note: My first application I didn't like myself. It was very rushed due to it being at an unfortunate timing. My second: I personally liked, however I find the whimsy, more charismatic train-thing getting picked over valid in a way, myself. However/Hence why I wanted to give it another shot because I genuinely believe in my idea. Not sure why, but I wanted to mention that!
SORRY that the application is rather long, and very explaining-y. It was the best way to write to it for this! I hope whoever read this, had fun reading nontheless!
Do you have any questions?:
UHm! Favour, really: If I was to get denied again, I’d appreciate feedback! ^_^
