Backstory:
Niki Nakamura is a Brazilian-Japanese girl, relatively small in stature but very friendly and kind. She loves making friends and always promises to protect them under any circumstances.
Her story begins in Passos, Minas Gerais, Brazil, a medium-sized city. Niki was the first child of the Nakamura couple who had moved there, receiving much love and happiness. Niki comes from an upper-middle-class family, always having good food and maintaining good health. Niki was quite quiet, but that doesn't mean she didn't misbehave as a child. She once made a mess with flour in the kitchen, scribbled on cars and walls, and was quite chatty.
Within a few months, she already knew how to speak a few words, and she learned to read very quickly, consequently expanding her vocabulary.
As things went on, she remained a kind and happy girl, making friends like Clara Sato, Sakura Kawazaki, and Sara Yamamoto. She later also met Victor Kazuma, forming a good group of friends.
When Niki was 5 years old, she welcomed her sister, Aiko Nakamura, a quiet and shy girl whom Niki always took good care of, ensuring that she was happy and ready for life's challenges.
Niki was diagnosed with mild autism when she was only 10 years old, which was a positive milestone in her life, setting her apart, and her friends were always there to help.
At the age of 13, Niki decided to embark on an adventure in the city of Karakura, a fun place to live. Despite the initial challenges, including encounters with gangsters, struggling to find an apartment, and a lack of friends, things eventually got better. Her first friend there was Honoka.
Despite her kindness, Niki has also experienced bullying from a guy named Yagi. She sought the help of Natsumi Jun and made another friend. After several disturbances from Yagi, Niki met Rie, who helped her get rid of Yagi from her life.
Niki met another celebrity besides Honoka, Hatsune Miku.
Now, let's move on to the most important part of her life:
One night, Niki was walking near the school and came across a fight. She saw a guy named Daniel Jiro in the fight, and she pulled him and took him to the hospital. Daniel gave her his sister's number, who would become the most important person in Niki's life and eventually become her sister as well. Daniel thanked Niki, and they developed a crush on each other. Along the way, Niki met James, who is Daniel's sister's fiancé, and they became friends. They talked about the problems Daniel had gone through, and some time later, Niki met Gem Hemphill, who would become one of her closest friends in the city. In the end, Niki met Vanessa, Daniel's sister, who became her best friend and sister of all time.
But it doesn't stop there. Niki also met Sakura Miyasäki, a very sweet and kind person who helped Niki many times. Emi Takahashi, her cousin, also lent a helping hand. Erik Finster, a cool and friendly guy, Melora Monroe, despite being more distant, remains a friend of Niki's, Mint Koji, a former cheerleader captain, Avery Bloom, someone Niki finds kind and amazing.
Niki still had some issues with bullying, with some girls from the basketball and soccer teams mocking her. This was like a dagger to Niki's heart, making her very sad, but she has friends and her sister around to lift her up, and that's what matters.
