She would come off rude but she wouldn't try to, even though she is brutally honest.
She is a kind soul, to her family as well as her closet friends. Though.
She can be ruthless when she needs, her letting
down her guard isn't something easy for her

Backstory
Ning Cheng Li was born in Shanghai, lived with her Mother, Liang Cheng Li as well as her father Fenhua Xiao. She was a lucky girl born in a family of luxury, her mother who was a famous model across seas, in the United States, she traveled from New York to Wyoming, where she also traveled across Countries. As for her father, he was a business owner who had sales in Asia, America, UK, and more. Ning's grandfather was another parental figure she lived with, he was still a healthy and good man around only in his late 60s! He only had a cane, even though he didn't need it as much, he was a humor starter for Ning to have fun with.
Ning also had a brother, only a brother. Her parents couldn't afford anymore kids considering how busy they were, Xiuying Cheng Li was an attractive outstanding, beauty of a woman who was only concern of school, social media, and only a social life, though she had two more daughters but we save that for later. Anywho, Ning was the same, except she wanted to have a career to make money. As she grew up, she learned how to make clothes, learn different fashion styles and more! As she gone through her years through secondary school, when she grew up to go to Karakura since her mother had business in Japan for awhile and of course, her father would visit her sometimes but it grew to where he stopped showing up. Ning's mother refused to waste her time on her useless relationship with her husband, and focused on her career where Wealth was a culture for the Cheng Li's where ancestry to ancestry, luxury was the only thing they knew how to keep up. Her father side, Fenhua Xiao, was part French consider he was born in China but moved to France to live with his mother who was French and his father who was Chinese before going back to China after he grew up in France before moving back to China. He learned both the language before teaching Ning and Hen, his daughter and son the language! So they were able to speak in the language.
Ning decided to start a new life in Karakura despite her honesty and drama that she might stir up. She already had friends, Zep who came along with her as well as Kahula and Vin who she met in Karakura originally.
