What's the title of your suggestion?:
Non-IRL Paywall Wheelchairs (As far as I'm aware)

What's your suggestion?:

Issue

In SRP, you aren't allowed to get copies of custom vehicles
| "You cannot purchase copies of your vehicle to avoid pay-to-win, nevertheless if you lose the item we will give you a replacement upon request."

One of these customs I've seen used is wheelchairs! Yet.. why should this be locked under a real life currency paywall? Sure, fancy ones would be for the customs but why can't we buy some with IC money??

Where can you find wheelchairs?

As far as I'm aware, there is no free to play way to get these. There ARE wheelchairs in the hospital, however they are only reserved for transport within the hospital itself.

Proposition

Purchaseable wheelchairs in-character. I think a base wheelchair that is of the bike model would be appropriate. Perhaps it could be sold in the pharmacy or even the vehicle shop, but I think it should be somewhere

Player Responsbility

It is the job of the player to roleplay correctly. Other players shouldn't be limited if they want to roleplay this aspect right. Yes, it may be a more sensitive subject, however representation can also be important

Seeing as how they are allowed to be implemented, I do not see any possible restriction that I'm aware of to implement this.

Disclaimer

If there IS a way to get them in-character permanently that I've never heard of, make it more well known would be my next suggestion!

How will this benefit the server and community?:

The community would be able to represent certain disabilities, as well as long-term injuries without an out of character paywall. They could also go through the process of getting it in-character if it IS included perhaps by EMS. Similar to acquiring prosthetics in-character but obviously different.

+1
I agree. i feel like a default wheelchair should be available to everyone, just like other medical items with the right diagnosis
