Shop wanted: Chika 1, the small bar.
Why do you want to own a shop?: There are many reasons why I want to own a shop, first of all it's fun to own a shop, it increases your roleplaying experience. By owning a shop you get to socialize with many people, different people. It's a challenge, and I like that challenge. And I feel pride, if I build something successful I will have a great feeling, I have a vision, I want to be able to succeed and say "I did this."
But it's going to be a long road, and I want to own a shop because I need something to spend time on, something I always can go to with a meaning. I want to make this bigger than the Family Store, I know it's a big vision. Thats one of the main reasons, I want this big, huge challenge. To make the players enjoy my shop, making a new hangout spot. I feel like the players are sucking up on the Family Store, thats mostly the only spot we use, on the huge map the Family Store is the only spot we use. Duckings spent a lot of money on this huge map, and we aren't using all of it. We need to use our gift of the new map well.
I also want to have a shop again, it was one of the most fun things I ever did on this server. You could just hangout with friends there, see your popularity grow, hire nice people to work for you.
What do you plan to do with the shop?: I have big plans for this shop, I want to make it to a big bar/hangout spot. I have plans to make menus, a menu with all the good and delicious foods and drinks we sell. I want it to be one of those places you can go to chill at, maybe get bussed with the lads or just grab a coffee, talk with your friends, just simply hangout.
I have plans to make it a bar that is for everyone, a place evryone can go but, the people under eighteen cant stay for too long due to the drunk people. There is always something you can afford here.
We will sell any foods and drinks possible, all from a simple plane hot dog to a cooked crab! Same with drinks, we will sell all from coffee to soda, even alcohol.
I plan to call it "Ye Olde Irish Pub". I want to set up signs all over town to advert for my bar/hangout spot. Big letters, explaining where to go to get there!
How will your shop be unique?: "For every sorrow, a cheer! For evey thirst, a beer!" That's whats going to make my shop unique. Everyone can come here and raise their glass and find someone to drink with! You will never have to be alone here, there are always someone that understands you here. The beer there is special made with special ingredients, only for our customers to taste the greatness of our Bar. I also plan to make it a bit shady for it to be really unique, maybe do some business under the table, since the place looks like one of those places you can't trust too much. And if I get accepted, my character is going to be this edgy guy no one really wants to deal with because they don't know what he is connected to. This gives me the special feeling of a bar, the owner is supossed to be a bit edgy, the place is supossed to look a bit shady, and it's not for everyone, some people like the atmosphere, some people don't.
How many employees are you planning to have?: I have a big plan and list set up for this:
Co-Owner: Only one spot for a Co-Owner and it has to be my most trusted worker and a person that knows how he can run a business like this. A person that can help me with big decisions with what I can do with the shop to make it more attractive, who should be fired, who should not.
Manager: Either two or three people that can help me manage a bit in the shop while I'm inactive, atleast one person with a different timezone(as I know it's a big chance that I hire someone with another timezone.) They also have the ability to help me with who should be fired and who should stay. These manager will work, just like the workers, they are not excused by any means to not keep the shop active.
Workers: Around five to eight people, depending on how much we make from the shop. If the shop blows through the roof I would need more workers, if the shop don't grow as much as I wish I will have to reconsider how many workers I would like to have. But these workers are the main source to our income, they will be the face out, the ones that meets and greets the customers.
