Hello! I have had this problem before but it has continued happening. I'm in grade 9 and should be in grade 12 for how much I've played on the server. I have reached "Maximum Grade" multiple times yet wont grade up. Any help?

Contact anyone who is an admin or above to receive your role once you're on the server.
