Not letting me join

I hope someone can help me, Im trying to join the server for the first time but its not letting me join. I have downloaded the resource pack, but it's not letting me in.

Hey there!

There are a few things you have to keep in mind! Make sure that you are using Java(paid) version of Minecraft, be using 1.21.1, and have a good internet connection!
