I'm usually on for 6-10 hours a week, Monday-Thursday. While online I tend to try and RP as much as possible, hanging out with friends, finding any group to RolePlay with, and doing what I can to enjoy the server as much as possible.

What is your motivation to apply for reporter?:
My motivation to become a reporter is wanting to expand what I have done on SRP, as well as meet new people. I have been on the server for around 4-5 years, and have not done as much as I have wanted to. Reporter is something I have had on my mind for a very long time, and the people in this faction are amazing! I have seen the people around me do what I've wanted to do, and I see that I should take the leap with trying out reporter, I enjoy writing so much, and would love to have the RP that comes with it.
Do you have any experience with writing? What is your relationship with writing?:
Ever since I was younger I enjoyed the aspect of writing, and almost making your words come to life. I would write comics, or little stories even if they weren't good I still gave them my all. Now as I've gotten older,
I have kept the same relationship, and have used it in things such as GangRP, writing post boards/event. Its something I enjoy doing even though I have a struggle doing it, all my life dyslexia has held me back from doing things such as
writing as a quicker pace, so even if it takes me a couple days to get one post done I will do it.

Why should we accept you over others?:
I feel like you should accept me due to how dedicated I am to this, being a reporter now, is something I want to accomplish no matter how hard it gets. I'm very charismatic no matter how stressful some things may be, I will always
do my best to bring the mood up. I know how to turn facts into compelling stories that resonate with real people. Whether its a event or an specific feature, I research deeply, verify everything, and don’t stop until I understand the full picture. Accuracy and accountability aren’t goals for me they are standards. I want to show that I keep track of my work, and take accountability for all of my actions.

I imagine work for a reporter would be simple but hard. Making sure that they find every tiny amount of info to put in there story, or giving the right questions with each interview, but also enjoying what you are doing without failure.

it would take a little bit for you to get to know me, not the social butterfly type. Kind, I don't like to use that title many people do, but I would say I'm kind, don't like being mean towards people even if they are someone I dislike.
What are you interested in writing about? How will you achieve this, and would you consider going out of your comfort zone?:
I'm interested in writing about the development of the town, or how the crime throughout the city is going. Giving everyone a thorough look on what is going on behind the scenes, and how the town looks on the inside.
I will do whatever it takes to even find out the slightest info on what I'm writing about, even if it mean I have to step out of my comfort zone, I wont stop till I find the information I want to use. Bare minimum is an option,
I'm going to make sure I go all out with every report I do.
What are your expectations for the job?:
My expectations for the job would be to hold accountability for your work, lets say a meeting fails, or a report goes wrong, that is on YOU no one else. Meeting your deadlines, and staying as professional as possible, is the goal. No matter the scenes you make encounter or the sights you may see, I'm prepared for it all. I understand how serious it is, to keep things respectful at all times when working, especially when it comes down to others perspectives. Staying there 100% of the time all the time is important might not happen much, but I expect for those around the work place to stay ahead of the game. Humor is needed, and I don't think people will stay professional all the time, but I expect people take it as serious as I would want it to be.

Firstly I want to ask you about all of the buildings, and "hole in the wall" places appearing in the town lately. Many people are worried about who is funding these projects, and why they are showing up out of the blue? For starters, the new hole in the wall building near the pier called the depot, where would you say that came from?

Ah, okay while I don't have an exact answer on the behalf of the mayor, I can reassure you that all of these new buildings that are being built, and created are to give the town a new look. Since Karakura has had these buildings and projects for a long time, we believe that its time for a new beginning.
pausing for a small moment,
she spoke with a confident tone. For the new buildings near the pier, I believe it was one of the new ideas the mayor has come up with.

Clearing her throat for a small moment, suddenly becoming a bit nervous at his questions. The gyaru judge took a moment to answer, her tone becoming rather slightly uneasy.
Well, I am aware of this public concern. However, I must respectfully decline to answering this question. As it will be addressed by the mayor to be explained to everyone, one once everything is set in place to be explained to the public.

Looking at the female while tapping the pen on his cheek with a slight grin on his face.
Mrs Karin, why would there be worry about declining my question? Is the town hiding something from the people? Who is funding these projects, and why are they being hidden from the public?

As the male before her continued on with his questions, it only made the gyaru judge a little bit more nervous.
"Ah, well, from my knowledge and what I know so far, I can fully say that the town hall isn't necessarily hiding stuff from the people. We just need a bit more time to explain our projects and ideas once they are fully finished."

"Yes, I can confidently say that the town isn't hiding anything from the public. However, as I mentioned before, once our ideas and projects are fully finished we will announce them to everyone."

A look of determination would grow on his face, as he wrote down a couple things on his notepad.

As more questions popped up, Tudela's eyes darted around for a small moment. Her behavior of being nervous was directly showing, with him repeating her name twice wasn't making her feel at ease either.
"You see, on the behalf of the M.I.D and mayor, I cannot say for certain IF they are going to be apart of this-" Paused, taking a small deep breath for a moment, contiuning. "This town is simply being upgraded to become the best it can be."
