I would say I am very active on the server; I spend around 3-4 hours a day playing, depending on the day and how I am feeling. I spend most of that time roleplaying with others, or keeping up the things I do now, like working at shops, running a gang, etc. I would say my activity is an 8/10. As of now, I have a large amount of free time on my hands, giving me the opportunity to be on, and as active as I need to. Some days the time I spend playing will vary, and I'll be on more or less than 4 hours.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A school tutor is an educational professional who provides targeted, individualized academic support to students outside of the regular classroom setting, acting as a bridge between classroom instruction and a students 1-1 personal instruction. As a tutor, their primary function is diagnostic, and assess a students existing knowledge, identify specific skill gaps or misconceptions, and design customized lesson plans to address those weaknesses. Unlike a classroom teacher who must manage 25-30 students all at once, a tutor works 1-1 or in small groups, allowing them to adapt pacing, repeat explanations in multiple ways, and use scaffolding techniques breaking complex problems into manageable steps and gradually removing support as the student gains independence. They also teach upcoming material to build confidence before it is introduced in class, and reteach past content using alternative strategies if the original method failed. Beyond content delivery, tutors model problem solving strategies, teach study skills, and provide immediate, corrective feedback in a helpful environment where mistakes are treated as learning opportunities.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
My experience in roleplay dates back to about January 2021. Around that time, I started playing SRP not every day, but daily, as I was new to the server and just started roleplaying for the first time. Ever since I joined, I have been on and off playing, with playing for about 4 years total, with about a 1-year worth of breaks in between those times. I have been a part of all kinds of RP, from clubs like the cult club and the cooking club. I was in JockRP for about a year on the server, playing on the Bobcats basketball team. There, I learned more about how to roleplay as a jock in general, expanding my knowledge on other ways to roleplay, and creating a better experience for myself. Ever since I joined the server, I have been a part of a wide variety of gangs, including leading 3 total. In that time, I have learned so many ways to RP inside of CrimeRP and GangRP, and now leading my own Street status gang. My experience ranges from being a part of several groups who gathered intel, allowing me to learn how to stick my neck out more and interact in other roleplays without a hassle to do so. Most of the notable gangs I can say I was a part of would be Bonten, Akihito clan, Valhalla, 9Stars, and now the lead of Kagetsu. With all of the time I have spent in that world, I have been able to create a fine line between CrimeRP and normal day-to-day RP without wrapping the two into each other. I have spent a lot of time doing other types of BusinessRP as well, from helping with fight club and running my own mercenary group, giving me that push to know how to work with others calmly and professionally. My experience in roleplay varies, and with how long I have been around, it has allowed me to learn so much about other ways to roleplay and create an environment I enjoy being in.
Outside of SRP, I have played many other RP servers. With that, I have experience being a Police officer, as well as an EMS worker, helping build more on what I know about and how much experience I have with roleplay.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I want to join a school employee faction due to the change in pace I want to have with my roleplay. Since I have started this server, I have never been a part of any other faction other than Crime. I want to finally expand that after so long due to the amount I feel as if I have missed out on. I have only ever applied to two factions, that being reporter and EMS, and both times I ended up not getting in. I want to join the school employee faction to have more insight into the school aspect of the server itself, and to expand my roleplay experiences as a whole. I also feel as if the faction would fit me. Rather than being a teacher or a professor, I want to help people more, and with the school employee faction, it seems to me they tend to help out around the school and engage in an immense amount of RP.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Before letting the situation go further, after hearing the student verbally harass him. Dominic would leave his expression blank, knowing that at that young of an age you tend to just act out whatever your friends tell you to get a laugh, or just to seem cool. Dominic would start off with giving off a verbal warning, reminding the student to use a politer tone with the school staff, as well as reminding him of the consequences that can follow with him if he continued his behavior. If the student were to continue his behavior, Dominic would proceed with writing up a detention slip, reminding the student that in the real world you won't get away with saying whatever you want, and you must learn to control what you wish to say even if it makes you seem cool, before handing the slip to him and logging it in the computer.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Upon seeing the fight going on, Dominic would rub his face as he let out a deep sigh, with more of these kids fighting on the school grounds. Calmly walking up to the situation, Dominic would look at the two fighting before letting out a slight shout, attempting to verbally break the fight up. As he knows he isn't allowed to step into the situation and physically stop anyone from assaulting one another. Dominic would once more shout again to break the fight up. Hopefully, once the fight ends, Dominic would hand out detention slips to those who were a part of the situation. If any students in the area were to be involved he Dominic would ask, and then proceed with checking knuckles, hands, and elbows for any types of bruises that may have happened while the situation was going on before Dominic made his way there. Once everything had ended, Dominic would proceed with taking the two that were in the fight, along with anyone else that had been a part of it, to the nurse, and then would go and check the cameras if there were any in the situation to make sure no one else was a part of it. If there were others in the area, Dominic would proceed with calling on the intercom to the front desk, handing them out detention slips as well.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
No matter how lazy Dominic may seem, or careless about his job, he understands the need to make sure those around him are safe, and is keeping their job safe too. Dominic isn't one to sit around and watch others do things that could jeopardize their lives. Once he sees something bad going on, Dominic would get their attention, advising them that it would be a bad idea to continue what they are getting into. In this case, attempting a backflip when they are clearly attempting to show off to students. Dominic would first tell them to stop, as it is dangerous and could result in an injury that could affect his life and/or his job as a School employee/teacher in this place they are working. If the employee kept moving forward without listening, then Dominic would proceed to radio in for backup from either other co-workers or the dean or principal. Once the situation is handled, Dominic would proceed with a follow-up report on the employee's behavior to the leadership, in hopes of it being handled correctly.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Dominic, when he isn't in a professional setting, is very laid back and likes to have a bit of small talk with any other employee, going on about their days, maybe some drama that could be circulating. Dominic found himself always grabbing a coffee, whether it be 7 AM in the morning or 3 PM in the evening before school ends he always kept a coffee with him. Dominic always found himself searching for ways to get to know the other employees, maybe finding out some things he never knew about the school or other employees. Wanting to live his life less serious as he did before, especially now with being a tutor. If no one were to be in the room, Dominic would take his sweet time on his break, sipping his coffee until he is needed somewhere.

/me Sitting in the chair, letting out a groan as he leaned back, keeping an eye on the student's paper. Seeing an error on the paper, Dominic would lean forward as he peered over the student's shoulder, taking a look at the paper himself. He would pull the paper closer to him as he dragged it along the wooden table. The sound of the paper dragging against the wooden desk slowly as it inched closer to Dominic, he would look down at the paper as he tapped a pencil against the table, double-checking the answer, and work before he slid the paper back to the student. Dominic's eyes rose up from looking down, his neck following with him almost like a corpse-like movement. You could visibly see bags under his eyes drooping from how tired he was, looking dead at the student without a peep coming out of his mouth, then back down at the paper as he raised his pencil up to his mouth, tapping it against his lip, then turning around and circling the mistake the student had made before a groggy voice came out from within Dominic. "You put here that the answer is 10 for this math equation. I've seen that you missed a step when looking over your work, as you forgot to isolate the remaining radical and move the 2x and 84 to the left side. Double-check and redo the work one more time before me. If you are having issues with the formula I have shown you, then let's try something else, shall we?" Dominic would let out a nice big smile as he leaned back in his seat once more, keeping an eye on the paper. The only thing going on in his head is a nice sip of coffee.
/me Quickly walking into the study room, Dominic would seem as if he rushed himself, holding a paper cup of coffee in his hands, taking a few big gulps, seeming a bit happier and energetic as usual. Looking around the room, seeing how late he may have been, he knew other tutors would use this room more often with larger groups. Seeing he wasn't as late as he thought he was, looking at the clock on the wall that said 8 AM, and then the watch on his arm that said 11 AM, he double-checked his phone, seeing that the real time was 8 AM, he let out a deep and exhausted-sounding sigh as he walked over to the table with his student, who had been waiting patiently. Setting down his cup of coffee and sliding a chair back from under the table, he pulled around his bag as he reached in, grabbing a big textbook. The book contained punctuation and spelling correction techniques, placing it down on the table as he looked over at the student, seeing he was quite young and not like the other students he gets. He would smile right before he spoke. "Hey there buddy, my name's Mr Vantu, and I will be the tutor helping you out for the time being until we are set and on the right track with the rest of the group. Don't be scared or worried, and I am the most laid-back tutor you could have gotten, so you are in for an easy ride." Opening the book to the first page as he scooted into the table, he would point out a few things with his pencil before looking back at the student. "From what I have been told, you are having issues using the right punctuation at the right times, and from what I have been shown, this will be an easy fix! I will use a couple of easy ways you could go about using the correct punctuation, and then towards the end of the session you will write me a short 400-word story. It can be about anything, but we are going to focus on your punctuation and spelling! Shall we get started?" Dominic would look at the student with a smile on his face before turning and letting out a sigh, picking his coffee up off of the table, taking a sip of it, and getting ready for the session!.
/me The classroom was silent, panning around the room; there would be around 6 students sitting at individual desks. Looking towards the front of the room, Dominic would be sat in a chair that had been turned around, the students desks were all in a circle-type shape for this session. Dominic wasn't too used to the idea of doing bigger tutor sessions. He always did one or two kids at a time, which made his life easy and this job easy. Since there were no other tutors available, he had to take on the bigger group fortunately for him, they all needed help on the same subject. Getting up from his chair, Dominic would take a stroll around the circle, looking at papers and asking how the paper was going. Stopping at one particular student who seemed to have been shaking in his boots, he quickly pulled him aside with his papers and books. Sitting down with the student at a table further away, Dominic would change the tone in his voice before he spoke, giving off a soft, gentle smile to the student. "Hey, what's up buddy? I see you over there shaking, seems to me you are going through it, trying to figure out the problem. Tell me what it is exactly you are having trouble figuring out? I am here for that. You don't need to keep quiet and try to figure it out alone; I am here to help you through any problems or troubles you are having with math." Dominic would give off a quick playful gesture, bringing the tension down in the student's head before pulling up the book and paper he was doing the work on, letting the student point out a couple of the issues he was having on the work before he got to work with helping correct any issues he was having.

Backstory
Dominic Aiuchi Vantu entered the world on October 11th, 2001, in the ancient city of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He was the only child of Elena Vantu, a Romanian archivist who preserved medieval m****cripts, and Kenji Aiuchi, a Japanese American who translated obscure poetry. Their home was a sanctuary of books, overflowing with volumes in Romanian, Japanese, and English. Dominic grew up believing that language was the closest thing to magic humans possessed, a belief reinforced by his parents daily By age seven, Dominic could read and write fluently in Romanian and Japanese. English, however, proved stubbornly elusive. He understood its vocabulary but found its grammar, and pronunciation incredibly hard. His father assured him that English was a language born of conquest and compromise, a messy hybrid that defied logic. Dominic accepted this explanation intellectually, but deep down he always wondered why English was all over the place.
When Dominic was nine, his father's linguistic consulting work required the family to relocate to Helsinki, Finland. The move was devastating. Finnish bore no resemblance to anything Dominic had learned before, with its fifteen grammatical cases and compound words that stretched. For the first five months, Dominic remained silent in his classroom. He understood nothing and could say nothing. His teachers assumed he was intellectually delayed, while his classmates simply ignored him. Dominic retreated into himself, spending hours staring out his bedroom window at the perpetual gray sky of the Finnish winter. Amongst the ignorance, and the insults his teachers gave him, Dominic had one friend that he had manage to make while in Finland. Gwayne Aiuchi. Less of a friend, more of his cousin. Gwayne has moved to Finland many years prior to Dominic doing so. Gwayne was about 5 years older than Dominic, being in a higher grade than him by a long shot. The school that Dominic was attending had been an all ages school, meaning that Dominic was always around Gwayne, letting him do most of the speaking while Dominic kept quiet and didn’t let anyone really see him as a foreign, and more of a socially mute person. This killed Gwaynes social view, but as much as it did, he didn’t care due to the time he spent with Dominic after not seeing him for many years.
Dominic began to fall behind in school, most of what he knew came from gwayne helping him slowly learn more and more as they went through the school years. After 2 years passed, and living in Finland, Dominic slowly began to pick up on the language, helping him learn more than he did before. All of those books Dominic's parents had kept, helped him tremendously. Providing everything he needed to know in order for him to learn more, and progress up the grades in the school he attended. By age eleven, Dominic was slightly fluent in Finnish. By age twelve, he was tutoring his Finnish classmates in mathematics, translating complex problems into simple patterns they could understand.When Dominic turned fourteen, his mother accepted a prestigious research position at Rutgers University, and the family relocated to the United States. America was overwhelming, a chaotic symphony of accents and dialects. Dominic felt foreign once again, feeling like all of the time he spent in Finland meant nothing. He understood that fluency was not about perfection but about connection. He threw himself into American high school, devouring English literature and advanced mathematics courses with equal hunger. He realized that algebra and poetry shared the same skeletal structure, that both were systems of symbols requiring interpretation and imagination.
He graduated as valedictorian, his college application essays weaving together his Romanian childhood, his Finnish transformation, and his American awakening. Princeton University accepted Dominic immediately. He majored in Mathematics Education and Creative Writing, with a minor in English Literature. His professors praised his interdisciplinary approach, his ability to explain differential equations through metaphor and ****yze Shakespeare through the lens of logic. But Dominic never forgot the time he spent in the room with all of the books his parents had, where he learned that teaching was not about providing answers but about creating space for understanding. After graduating Dominic declined prestigious graduate offers. He wanted to work directly with students who felt lost, who believed they could not learn. He applied to KHS, a high school in a small town called Karakura, on an island not far from mainland shores. Seeking a tutor who could bridge the gap between STEM and the humanities. They hired him immediately. Now Dominic Aiuchi Vantu stands in KHS, watching students struggle with problems he once found impossible. He sees their frustration, their silence, their invisible potential. He picks up his chalk and writes a single equation on the board, then waits. He knows that understanding will come, not from his words, but from the space he leaves for them to think.

Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
"The motivation I have for joining KHS is the idea of helping kids who never got the help I needed when I was younger. My entire life as a kid was a rise and fall, over and over; it never changed. When I was younger, having a tutor to help me would have changed my life course, but I am glad it didn't. Having the opportunity to work at your school and give these kids the push they need to succeed is all it's about. Helping the youth, and giving them the fair chance." Pausing from his talk as he collected his thoughts before speaking once more. "Most of the people on this island either moved here or never had the chance to move away and see the world. Helping them have the highest chance to do that would be my honor, and giving them the idea that they can do anything they put their minds to would be an honor in my eyes. I love this place in the week I have spent here, and the people too are nicer than I would have expected. The reason I have to join this school and help those kids learn is to give them the chance I never had. The chance to take them anywhere in life no matter how rough things may get; that's what my motivation is to help here at KHS.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
"I feel as if I should be accepted due to the ambition I have to be here. I see others who work here just for the paycheck, or maybe it was the only place they could think of. The work ethic I have very much surpasses most of the people I have seen here, and I don't do it for the money; I do it to make the students lives easier. I am not easy to anger either, so no matter how much these students poke and push, I will always be that tutor to help them succeed cause I know how rough their lives can be, and how stressful it is to be going through the changes of leaving high school. I keep myself grounded, Mr. Brown. No matter how rich life may seem at one point, we both know the number one priority in this school is to benefit the students the best we can." Dominic would look at Mr. Brown; he'd have passion in his eyes, the look you would get if you were to give someone the chance to win a million dollars.
