Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
In general SRP stands on school roleplay, teachers are important because, there are a lot of people that has completely different timestamps than other teachers, and sometimes theres a possibility that no one else can host a class. Simply because there isnt enough teachers to host it. As someone that is on the server 24/7 Ive noticed that there are also days where you simply dont see any teacher or professor online.
Teachers are also a key factor for the educational system in the Karakura. Since for a greenies Teacher or Professor is one of the first people they will have their first interaction with. It also depends on the Teacher how they are going to act infront of the students theyre about to teach. Because if students are going to bump into a teacher thats their favorite. Then thats the moment where magic happens. Because if they find a teacher that understands them. Greenies can also learn how to write long appended actions which makes the roleplay even more interesting during their class.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?: Yes

What's your character's full name?: Jadranka Draganja-Löwe
What is your character's nationality?: Croatian
What is your preferred subject to teach?: History
Describe your character:
Jadranka is 28 years old female towering at the height of 7’0 ft tall, obviously one of the taller women in the town. With a slight croatian accent the female would have, her tone of voice would seem to be casual & relaxed. You could see her wear any kind of outfit from casual to formal, however you could see on her very often suit or a dress. Her blonde hair would flow down to her waist. Basketball was one of her passions since she was 16 years old, since it was one of the sports that would suit her height perfectly. And its one of the hobbies she has besides that shes working out, her body had strong athletic look.

What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
Jadranka would treat every student with respect, especially the newer ones. Because she believes its not a good idea to put pressure on the students because of that they left something at home. For example a pen or a ruler. She is open to let them borrow stuff like this. And about Co-Workers, she would look at them in return as staff that could assist her if its needed.
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
Jadranka never was the nerdy type, she couldnt deny that part, however as she was growing up there was one subject that she was focused at during her youth at school, and that was a history. When it would come to a history, Jadranka was answering all the questions related to history like a robot. Even the teachers were amazed how good she is at history, her classmates was hanging out with her afterschool especially before exams. Whether she would find it exhausting sometime, she was happy that she could help her classmates with studying. And the results were good. Because with her help most of her classmates had passed the exams. She was honestly thinking of teaching a history one day but with her habits this thought would fade away very quickly. Its good to say she was 15 when the first thought of becoming a teacher approached her.
During her days on the basketball team, she was already thinking what she would do after school. Because after she will graduate, she wont be recieving any financial support from the school, she will have to find a way how to earn money. She could either bring something positive to the society, or she could also earn money the other way. But she chose the first option, as she was thinking what she could do, the thought of becoming a teacher had approached her again. And the fact she was interested in history it would make it even better for her. She could teach students History, and like that bring education
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
If Jadranka had noticed that one of her students is struggling to keep up with the content, she would be open to sit down with the student. Doesnt matter if it would be during class or afterclass. First of all she would ask the student what they dont understand. Once the student would tell her what they cant keep up with. Jadranka would start explaining the content to them from the very beginning, giving them space to ask any question they have on the content. At the end of the day its her duty to make students smarter and educated.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
If the student would be continously disruptive, Jadranka would warn him once, if it would repeat Jadranka would kick them out of the class if the student would be trying to escalate it on purpose by attending another of her classes, then she would handed the disruptive student detention slip. At the end of the day whats the point for a student like this to be in class where she wants to learn students something? Its pointless to have student like this in her class. Simply if they dont want to learn something and are just attending the class to interupt it on purpose, there will be consequences.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
Historical Role-Play Debate.
Jadranka would offer the class to choose any figure that was part of major events. that could change the scenario in the past, for example any mandatory meeting during World War 2 or other historical scenarios, like these both parties can exchange their opinions on whether they're going to be beneficial or negative for the future. And based of that students are the one responsible for the decissions they are going to take, and will have to carry the weight of their decission as if they would be the figure making the decission.
[II] Historical Escape room.
The Historical Escape Room is a thrilling classroom activity where students work together to solve puzzles and challenges about World War II. They can, for example, decode secret messages, find out important events before D-Day, or discover spies in occupied countries. Challenges can include tasks like solving codes, matching speeches or orders to historical leaders, or putting battles in the right order. Students work in teams to finish all the challenges before time runs out. After the activity, they'll exchange with others what they learned about important decisions, strategies, and the experiences of soldiers and civilians. This activity makes studying about World War 2 more engaging and helps students understand history by doing an activity like this, not just reading fact
