Do you have Discord (If so, what is your discord username?):
Yes, @kyung.ly !!
How old are you? (Optional):
N/A
What is your time zone?:
GMT+1
Describe your activity on the server:
Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?):
Yes, I was banned once for a week, on January 30, 2022, for using an inappropiate word in a language application.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yes.
School Employee Role you are applying for?:
Nurse!
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A nurse is responsible for taking care of any students who are injured, whether it’s from a fight, an accident like.. tripping, or feeling unwell due to illness. Nurses assess the situation, provide treatment, and if the injury is related to a fight, they will inform SLT if necessary or issue detentionn slips. In emergency cases, nurses will do their best to stabilize and treat the student while calling for hospitaal assistance or notifying the hospital about a student who may need to be admitted later, such as if a student has broken a limb.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
My roleplay journey began about seven years ago when I got my first phone and started playing roleplay on mobile games and roleplaying on various Roblox games for 3-4 years. Before discovering SRP, I gained roleplaying experience on various Minecraft servers. I found SRP at the end of 2021 and have been involved in the community ever since, with some breaks in between. On SRP, I’ve had a wide range of role playing experiences:
BIRD:
For a while, I roleplayed as a bird. I played with different types of birds in all kinds of scenarios. Each one had its own personality and quirks, which made this a fun and unique way to experience roleplay. Whether it be a serious situation or being silly and flying up to people's windows, it definitely is an experience in itself.
DOGS:
I’ve also roleplayed various types of dogs, whether it was as part of a family, as a stray dog, or as a service dog - it was all super interesting to roleplay. I still occasionally roleplay as a dog, though it’s not as active a part of my roleplay now as it used to be.
GANGRP:
I had the opportunity to roleplay in a gang, which introduced me to a more intense and structured style of roleplay. Unfortunately, time zone differences made it difficult to be as active as I wanted, but I still got to participate in training sessions and some GangRP scenarios. This not only gave me a better understanding of GangRP, but it also showed me the interesting and fun side of it.
?-GRADES:
I’ve roleplayed as students from 7th grade all the way to 12th grade, and each character has their own distinct personality. Right now, I have one active 7th-grade character, two active 12th-grade characters, and one currently inactive 8th-grade character. Each character is extremely different! For example, I have a confident, quiet but cold-hearted 12th-grader, while my 7th-grader is very silly but mute. My 8th-grader has a bunch of mental health problems, and my other 12th-grader is the definition of "lore" if it was a person. What I’m trying to say is that even if they’re all teenagers, each character makes the roleplaying experiences so different but equally interesting and fun.
EMS:
Since my application was accepted on the 10th of August, I’ve been part of the EMS team, which has become one of my favorite things to roleplay. I almost... always look forward to logging in as my EMS character, as it allows me to experience an entirely different side of roleplay - one that’s challenging, rewarding, and highly engaging. I just love ems.
BUSINESS & SHOP:
I’ve also been part of a shop and am currently involved in two businesses. These experiences have shown me how much I enjoy being part of organized teams and contributing to something bigger. Unfortunately, my time in the shop was limited due to timezone differences, but I’ve learned that running a shop/restaurant is something I’d love to do one day, in a serious way, and not just a tiny dream that everyone had as a greenie.. As for the businesses, I enjoy having my own tasks and responsibilities and knowing that my contributions make a difference. Right now, I’m part of Hoshino Production and Karakura Komics. I’m especially excited about being part of Karakura Komics from the very start, watching it grow, and contributing to its success.

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
When I first joined, I was inspired by the school faculty and thought it would be amazing to be part of that team someday. Even back when I was a greenie, it became one of my goals. Achieving my EMS dream has been such a great experience. And now that I’m part of the Onitake family, it's just the perfect timing to pursue another dream on SRP: becoming part of the school employee faction. This role would bring so many fun and new roleplay opportunities and let me try something completely different. As a nurse, I could use some of my EMS experience, where I’ve handled tougher and more complicated tasks.. However nursing is still very different, with its own kind of roleplay, which is what excites me the most !

Situations
/*Do not mention use of FearRP*/
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Tsuruhime would likely remain silent and try to ignore them. However, if the student continues, starts yelling, doesn't stop, or uses inappropriate language, she would calmly tell them, without wanting to cause herself any unnecessary stress, that they will receive a detention slip if they say one more disrespectful word. If they continue even after receiving the detention slip, she would warn them and try to walk away. If the student continues and follows tsu, she would warn the student twice at most before getting SLT involved.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
She would immediately step in to separate them, ensuring the fight stops. Once they’ve calmed down, she would ask each student individually why they were fighting, encouraging them to explain calmly. Depending on the reason for the fight, she would issue detention slips. If one of the students refuses to co-operate or continues to act out, Tsu would escalate the situation and involve SLT if necessary. And after solving the fight, she’d go to the nurses office with them, if they need treatment.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Tsuruhime would record them, and once she had proof, she would ask the other school employees what they were doing. Depending on the employee's reaction, she would respond accordingly. If the employee became defensive and tried to deny their actions, Tsuruhime would remain calm and say something like: "This is a serious issue, and I will be reporting it to SLT.” If the employee continues the dangerous behavior, she would give them one last chance to correct themselves, and to stop, as well as explaining why they’re having this inappropriate behavior. However, if they just keep doing it or become hostile, she wouldn’t hesitate to involve SLT.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Tsuruhime acts quiet, well, more like "too" calm, but always present. She’s neither cold-hearted nor shy. She’s simply.. just satisfied by being there. Always appearing unbothered. In the employee break room, she’s with the others, but she doesn’t speak as much. She won’t sit in a corner sipping her coffee alone, but she won’t ask if anyone wants coffee either, she’ll just make some and offer it. Tsu is the type of person who can’t easily be read by others. She does care about people, but she always seems unfazed by everything. Of course, with certain people or in certain moments, she can also be silly and engage in conversation more actively. But to sum it up, she’s just..very calm.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
1. Injured student at the nurses office:
/me swiftly slipped on a pair of gloves, gesturing to the student to take a seat on the bed. Tsuruhime moved to the other side, letting out a soft sigh. &f“So, how did this...” &rher gaze on the bruises forming on the student's forehead, as well as a cut. &f“...happen?” &rTsuruhime listened as the student recounted the incident. While nodding, she retrieved a gauze pad and antiseptic wipes from a nearby tray. gently dabbed the gauze against the wound. After cleaning away the dried blood with an antiseptic wipe, she applied a thin layer of ointment, then carefully bandaged the cut with an adhesive bandage. Wrapping an ice pack in a soft cloth, she handed it to the student. &f“Hold this against the bruise for a while,” &rPeeling off her gloves, throwing them into the nearby trash can. Her eyes met the student’s with a mix of sternness and care. &f“And don’t let this happen again, okay?” &A faint smile escaping at the corners of her lips.
2. Student who’s having a panic attack:
/me she guided the student to sit down onto the bed. &f”Hey, it’s okay.” &rShe took the student's hands in her own, holding them gently. She looked into the student’s eyes, who was still experiencing a panic attack. &f”Whatever the reason is, it’s okay. It will be okay.” &rShe fixed her posture, sitting down next to the student. &f”Breathe with me.” &fShe said, her voice soft but firm. &f”Okay?” &rAs the student nodded, she slowly started to breathe in and out... &f”Breathe in slowly... one, two, three... now out.” &rShe kept doing so for a bit, until the student calmed down a bit. &f”Good job, you’re doing so well.” &rTsuruhime got up and grabbed a bottle of water. Returning, she handed it to the student. &f”Here, drink some water, if you want to.” &rAs the student fully calmed down, she nodded. &f”Do you feel better?” &rIf the student did, she smiled. &f”I’m proud of you.” &rTsu let out a sigh. &f”Do you want to talk about what happened?” &f”You don’t have to. You don’t have to do anything right now. You can... just sit and relax. Okay?”
3. Seizure!!
(Got called from the nurse’s office to come to a hallway, where a student was experiencing a seizure. Tsuruhime rushed there)
/me Swiftly took off her jacket, rolling it up and placing it under the student’s neck. Tsuruhime gently moved the student to the side, clearing any tight items like necklaces or belts. After gesturing them all to move back, to give the student space, she looked up at one student, standing beside her &f"How long has it been?" Once she confirmed the seizure hadn’t lasted too long, she stayed by the student’s side, watching closely. After the seizure stopped, she gently patted the student’s shoulder. &f"Hey, it’s okay. You’re okay." She stayed by the student, making sure they were breathing normally and didn’t have any other symptoms. &f"Can you hear me? Are you okay?" Once the student was able to speak and seemed alert, she helped them sit up slowly. She gave them some water if they wanted it. &f"Take it slow, okay?" After making sure they were okay and could stand, she helped them to the nurse's office, where the student rested, staying by their side to make sure they felt better after the seizure.

Backstory
Tsuruhime Ōnitake was born in the grand Ōnitake Palace in Tokyo, as the firstborn child of Shin and Gekko Ōnitake. Not long after her birth, her parents returned to Karakura, where the Ōnitake family has deep roots in history. As Tsuruhime grew up, her parents raised her to embody the values of confidence, brilliance, and hard work. From a young age, she was immersed in martial arts, and later on, swordsmanship, excelling in her family’s combat traditions and warlike nature. Not only did her parents and other relatives pass down these traditions, but they also instilled their beliefs. The Ōnitake family is deeply intertwined with a spiritual devotion to the Oni, a belief Tsuruhime grew up with from the moment she could remember. Throughout her childhood, Tsuruhime was not only loved but also strictly disciplined, with high expectations placed upon her as the eldest sibling. She took her role seriously, often helping to care for her three younger siblings. She trained them in martial arts and shared the family’s teachings, ensuring the continuation of their traditions. As she grew older, Tsuruhime struggled with deciding her career path. Her love for her family’s traditions made it difficult to think beyond her duties, and she found herself unsure of what to pursue. Although she had bigger dreams for the distant future, she stumbled upon a potential path by accident. A close friend, whom she asked for advice, suggested the school employee faction. They pointed out her natural ability to care for others - especially children, which she had developed through years of looking after her siblings and treating their (minor) injuries during their martial arts training. This sparked an idea in Tsuruhime: becoming a nurse. After giving it careful thought and discussing it with her parents, she received their blessing. She traveled to Tokyo to pursue her studies. There, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with a major in Pediatrics and a minor in Traditional Medicine. Pediatrics was a natural choice for her, given her experience caring for her younger siblings and her ability to connect with children. The minor in Traditional Medicine reflected her family’s cultural and spiritual beliefs, blending modern nursing with a more natural, culturally-grounded approach to health and well-being. Four years later, after completing her degree, Tsuruhime proudly returned to Karakura, excited to start her new path. With her knowledge, she is now applying to become a school nurse. She looks forward to honoring her family’s traditions while helping others and spending more time with her relatives, some of whom work at the school. She is confident that this path will allow her to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those around her. Even though Tsuruhime may seem like a calm, unbothered, or even "cold-hearted" person, she deeply cares about young children’s education, growth, and health. But even more than that, she cares about her family. Combining all of these passions, this role as a school nurse feels like the perfect path for her right now.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
“May I tell you my story first, how it even came to that decision..?”
“I was born into a family with.. deep-rooted traditions. Growing up as the oldest daughter, I naturally took on the responsibility of looking after my younger siblings. From a very young age, I was not only helping teach them our family traditions but also ensuring their safety, especially during martial arts training. Since I was seven, I’ve been the one tending to their minor injuries and making sure they didn’t get hurt—whether due to their clumsiness or from our training. As I grew older, I realized it was time to focus on my own path, though I wasn’t sure where to start. I do have a bigger dream… but I don’t feel ready to pursue it just yet- Anyway, one day, a friend pointed out that I had a natural talent for working with children and treating their minor injuries. That suggestion gave the idea.. - After discussing it with my family, I decided to pursue a career in nursing. I traveled to Tokyo and earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, majoring in Pediatrics and minoring in Traditional Medicine.”
“So - My motivation for joining Karakura High School is to be part of a team, while also connecting more with my family, since some relatives already work here. But the true reason is my passion for helping children of all ages—not just because I earned my degree, but because I’ve been caring for my siblings since I was young. Whether it was minor injuries from their clumsiness or during our family’s traditional training, I’ve gained valuable hands-on experience from an early age.”
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I think I should be accepted over other applicants because I bring a lot of experience and unique opportunities for roleplay. My character being part of an IC family allows me to create more engaging interactions, not only for myself but also for others, including the students & other family members who are already in the faculty. I’m active on SRP and manage to maintain a good balance with my irl responsibilities. I’m excited for this role and plan to stay.. as long as I enjoy it and can maintain that balance! I’m also confident in my ability to roleplay as a nurse and believe I can do the job well. Joining the school faculty has always been a dream of mine, so I’m excited to bring my character’s skills and story into this role.
