I consider myself to be a fairly active person, usually I find myself spending up to 8 to 13 hours playing, although it depends on the day and whether or not I'm busy.
Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?):
I’ve been banned twice during my time on SRP. First, I was banned for an hour (Failure to Comply with Staff) while my sister and I were trying to get an apartment each and once more for assisting a bypasser. I have since learned, unfortunately do not remember the dates of these bans. Though, I do not intend on getting banned again.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
I absolutely acknowledge the fact that I am at the open opportunity of being demoted if I happen to turn inactive, I will ensure that I am online as much as possible.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A caretakers job is to clean the school such as tasks like shoveling the snow sweeping the floors dealing with minor injuries students may have along with patrolling around the school to deal with fights and other minor problems students and faculty may have.They also repair minor problems within the school such as water leaks locks on doors and other small things, as well as looking at CCTV in case of any fights that concord within the day.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Originally I joined School-RP back in the beginning of 2021, when I was introduced to it by my sibling. Although I wasn't very experienced during my time when I first joined, the more I played the faster I began to gain some form of knowledge with the rules and the other role-play opportunities that came with it. A few months after I joined I began involving myself with Gang-RP, I managed to develop my skills, and am hopeful I'll have the opportunity to do so the further I expand my role-play.

I have been playing the server for around 2 years now and would like to join the School Employee Faction as I feel like it's time I start trying new things and expand on my role-play with different things. I personally am getting a bit bored of Gang-RP and wish to adventure on other things. I am personally not Interesting in KPD or ems so i thought school employee faction would Be a perfect fit for me

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Upon being greeted with cursing from a student Mai would quickly shift her tone assuring the student acknowledged that their behavior is completely unacceptable, if they continued she would quickly warn them. However, if they decided to continue after one warning Mai would deliver a second warning. If they happened to stop after her second warning, Mai would offer them a bow and let them know she understands how frustrating it can be sometimes, but she will not tolerate that type of behavior towards herself or other faculty members. Nonetheless, in a different scenario if the student then decided to curse at her after a second warning, she would write up a detention slip handing it to the student. Now, of course they’d be angry about a detention slip, who would be happy about it? Mai would take the student aside, calmly speaking with them about their prior actions and how words can affect people ensuring the student understood what their words could do. - In the worst case scenario they continued cursing after being handed a detention slip, if the cursing was serious Mai would offer them a visit with SLT, where they could be dealt with accordingly.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Mai would quickly approach the fighting students, raising her voice into a firm tone notifying them that they needed to break up the fight immediately. If they had stopped Mai would attempt to hear out both sides before making a decision on what to do, once she had a verbal warning would be given to both depending on the seriousness of said fight. However, If the students happened to be threatened with detention for breaking up their fight, Mai would immediately give all students involved a detention slip, considering fighting is strictly prohibited on school grounds. She would later warn them, if they were found fighting again after being given a detention she would contact the School Leadership Team (SLT) so they could be dealt with and given the correct punishments accordingly.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Approaching the situation cautiously and quickly without causing any increasing danger to the staff member in question, students and herself. Mai would quickly begin to usher students away from the scene, once they all had left she would quickly pull the faculty member aside assuring that they are aware their behavior is extremely inappropriate and could potentially put other staff members and students at a high risk of danger. She would warn them not to do it again or continue otherwise she would inform SLT or the Head of Department of which role they currently take on. If she were to pass by them again and they were continuing placing students and themselves in danger she would instantly contact a member of the SLT team.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?:
When in the break room Mai would be as polite as possible towards other school faculty members, starting a conversation with anyone that was in the room while getting Coffee from the coffee machine and a hot-dog from the hot-dog machine. She would ask them how their day was and how work was going currently. If she noticed they were having a bad day, she’d do her best to cheer them up by offering them food or drinks, or even a talk after school.

Mai would walk around the school on her daily patrol before walking up on a fight seeing the fight getting out of hand she would state to break up the fight if they keep fighting she would threaten detention after that she would ask what is happening. if there were no CCTV cameras and she felt like both parties were lying and not telling the truth she’d tell them if they cant be nice to walk separate ways and not talk to each other and if she was to see them continue to fight she would give both parties detention.

Mai would be walking around the as a student ran up to her saying there was a drunk student at the front gate hearing that before heading over to the front to figure out who it was she’d then find the drunk student telling them to follow her to the nurses office taking her radio asking if SLT was available for a drunk student if they was available she would give the students name along with the location as she is aware that being drunk on school grounds is not allowed if SLT isn't available she would give them detention before handing them some water and waiting for the student to get sober before releasing them.

Around lunchtime Mai would walk over to the food court as by this time lunch had just finished she would walk around the tables cleaning small messes taking the food trays or chicken boxes that where there placing them in the bin before going back taking a cloth and cleaner spraying the cleaner down on the table before taking the cloth wiping over the table to make sure it was clean before sweeping the floor with her broom putting all the mess in the bin.

Backstory:
Mai Martin is a young woman that originated from Karakura, Japan born and raised. She grew up alongside her mother Rosalie, Jae her sister and Valentin her brother, she lived a happy life with her siblings and mother the dad sadly not in the picture. During high school she took up a lot of classes such as English and Geography. She enjoyed those the most. She met a lot of great teachers as the year flew by. She finished her high school years with pretty good marks before deciding to move to America and attend college there instead of in Karakura. She figured after the years she spent with her family in Karakura it was time for a change she moved to America within a few months she got into her dream college studying English and Geography she enjoyed those the most and thought they would be the best things to teach if that's what she ever decided to do in the future.
While in America, Mai took the chance to explore various places during her free time in college. She met a wide variety of individuals, even picking up on a few new languages such as English and French so she could better communicate with them. It was refreshing just as much as it was exciting, as she had never been anywhere but Karakura when she went to America she only knew the language such as Japanese giving her something to look forward to other than college, learning language was something she found fun.
Later on in life, after she had completed her studies, with a pretty good degree, Mai returned to her home in Karakura. To see her family after many many years away she hadn't spoken or seen them in years as she wanted to focus on her studies in the time in America as she was learning other languages her Japanese had become a bit broken she took the time talking to her family relearning the language before. It was then when she decided she would aim to take up the role of Receptionist, as she wanted to get back into the life of people who live there. Helping people was one thing she wanted to do for a good part of her life, helping others brought her a sense of joy and accomplishment. She wished to see those younger than her succeed so that they may pursue their own dreams or achieve their ideal lifestyle one day.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
Mai would love to join the faction as she has a lot of siblings that she doesn't get to see due to moving out and recently moved back to town hoping to find a job and make this place home again. She would also love to help the students with problems they may have. Or if they just need a talk she would be happy to also do that.

I feel as though I would be a good fit for the position as I feel like I’ve had a large enough experience within the role-play community. Considering, I have watched a few people be caretakers. Also as much as i believe other people would be a good fit i have an okay experience and just hope i would be considered for this position.
