I joined SRP back in 2020 on my old minecraft account dustongloves. I played for SRP for a few months before I lost interest. In 2024 I made a new account and joined SRP again and then started seriously playing again kept it up for a year and a half before I decided to take a break. Now I am back and playing consistently again every day. I met a lot of my friends on SRP that I still hang out with to this day. Before my break I used to do a lot of GangRP. I ran a family with my friend that lasted for over a year. I tried getting into college at some point but the exams got post-boned and the new time was not suitable for me. Right now I just focus on making lore for my characters and making new friends to get back into roleplay again.
I play SRP every for around 2-5 hours. Someday’s more than others, I play more on the weekends. My schedule lets me play more than it did a year ago. I mostly engage in small roleplays at the moment, meeting new people, making friends and just having simple fun.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?

What experiences do you have with roleplay?

The first time I tried to roleplay was in roblox. I liked to play a lot of city roleplay games on roblox especially games like ERLC, Bloxburg and others. It was just small and not very serious roleplay but thats when I got the taste or roleplay. I played on those kind of games for hours sometimes inviting some of my friends to play. I tried to be as realistic and as funny as possible to ensure that people who roleplayed with me had fun. I eventually moved on from roblox to roleplay on Minecraft but the experience I learnt from roblox helped later on.

When I saw the famous earthSMP server series on Youtube hosted by some youtubers I got really interested in playing in one and I decided to make my own earthSMP with my friends and their friends .The plan was simple everyone would have a country they would lead and build up from the ground. We put heavy focus on the roleplay aspect of the server, such as declaring wars would take time, you would need to claim land before you can take that land and you need a good reason to start a war. It went far beyond simple alliances or rivalries often durning into big coalitions. I usually lead alliances since before the server I always made up plans to keep players interested in the server.
What made it even better was the cultural system we added. Everyone who chose a nation tried to act as their chosen culture. From small cultural quirks to large national identities, these details made the world feel like more alive, it was our own alternate history. Which everyone was a big fan of. We had many seasons of those kind of servers. Some seasons became legendary in our friend group. Eventually, life started catching up with everyone. People got busier with school or work and finding time to play became harder and harder. So with time the servers died out.
Gang roleplay |

On school roleplay I previously said I did a lot of GangRP, My friend recommended it to me so I started to GangRP. I joined trainings, joined gang events and later on even hosted training in a gang where I was the right hand man. I was in a lot of different gangs verified gangs and none verified gangs, at one point I made a gang with my friend. GangRP clicked for me it was something cool and interesting, the feeling of always being on edge and scared for what's about to happen next. Eventually I just started detail roleplaying fights with my friends for fun. My friend taught me a lot about detailrp and p2l thanks to him I started to enjoy p2l more than rolling. I slowly lost interest in GangRP and focused more on writing lore and endings for my characters who I didn’t want to play anymore.

I also did a lot of family roleplay. Me and my friend started a family called the Jägers. We wrote lore, hosted events and tried to interact with our family members as much as possible. The most players we had in the family was 21. We had a lot of family fights, like family members fighting eachother for some lore. We ended up making diffrent branches and the people who were in that branch were more loyal to their branch leader than the other family branch leaders often causing some chaos.
What is your motivation for applying?
I have been playing SRP for sometime and applying for the position of doctor has constantly been on my mind. I want to get back into more serious roleplay so I think being a doctor would help me with that besides it could also help me develop my roleplay skills. I’ve also heard great things about the EMS like that they are a friendly community of roleplayers and I am very interested to join them.
Position of Doctor would also motivated me to play more and contribute to the community with my roleplay skills and knowledge. EMS is the faction that calls to me the most is because I also enjoyed roleplaying as a doctor in a roblox game, talking to new patients, finding a solution and then helping them. I’ve also seen some EMS members take part in cool events which I also really wanna do. Overall my motivation is the community, leveling up my skills, new experiences, a goal to work for and new people to meet.

I know very little, only what I have heard from friend or read in ooc but heres what I know.

Hospital director is the leader of the hospital. The man with the plan if you will. the person who makes sure everything is okay and in charge of all the doctors. People with this position have good leadership skills, good team management skills and good inspiring and communication skills.
Clinical Lead |

lead of a specific group of people. People with this position have good leadership and team management skills but not as good as the hospital directors skills. They are in charge of their own team of people trying to do the best they can with what they have. They make sure their set goals are achieved by their team.
Clinical supervisor |

2nd highest in command. Mostly oversee the training of trainees and mostly give info and guide trainees. A position a few ever attain needing good leadership skills, team management and decision making skills.
Paramedic |

People who answer the calls of people in need of help. Usually made up of people with quick thinking and good medical skills. They rush either crime sites of accidents and provide aid to them. They also ensure safe and quick transport back to the hospital in case the situation is dire.

Very important people to Karakura who take of patients everyday. They are responsible for a lot of lives and have to treat all kind of illnesses and other diseases. They are themain workforce of the hospital, they save lives everyday.

Character Backstory

Satow Kazuhiro was raised in a small Japanese town called Chizu. He grew up as a normal Japanese kid having a healthy relationship with his family and a lot of friends. Satow's dad worked as a Firefighter and his mom worked as a biology teacher in his local school. His dream was always to be a firefighter, since he was fascinated with fire trucks and the idea of saving people out of a burning building. His dreams shifted overtime and he decided to become a doctor after seeing a tv show about a doctor. His mom taught him Satow had 2 brothers and 2 sisters him being the youngest in his family. From a young age he was constantly patching up and nurturing his siblings. His

When Satow was in his teens he met a girl called Nakano who he quickly fell in love with. Soon they started dating with everything going perfectly, no arguments, no problems, romantic dates their relationship felt like it was from a fairytale. Satow was convinced he had found his soulmate but everything changed on a random Sunday evening. They were finishing up their evening walk but before they could finish a man wearing a black ski mask came up to them. He pulled out a knife from his back pocket and told them to give him their valuables. Nakano reached into black purse and took out some money and handed it over to the man. The man grabbed the money from her hands but Nakano still had her hand in her purse, the man thought she was gonna pull out a weapon somehing like pepperspray. He didnt want to take chances and quickly slashed at Nakano's neck before bolting off. Nakano fell to the ground Satow catching her and breaking her fall. Blood began to spurt out from her neck Satow attempted to block the bleeding with his scarf but it wasn't enough. By the time paramedics arrived at the scene she had already bled out. From that day on Satow swore to never let people die in his hands. After Nakano he did not have another who he loved. He became cold and distant for a few years quielty going through the heartbreak of losing his loved one.
Road to becoming a doctor |

Overtime the wish to become a doctor grew especially when he had lost the love of his life in a robbery. He started to save up to move to a town where he could study and become a doctor. He worked at a local hospital as an assistant in his home town where mostly did small things like move medical supplies around the hospital or mop the dirty hospital floors. When he had saved up enough money he moved to Tagawa to study to become a doctor. He had trouble passing his classes but with enough hard work he eventually graduated. He wanted to become a doctor at a hospital in Tagawa but was unsuccessful. He decided to look for small towns that had hospitals in need of doctors untill he stumbled upon Karakura. Small town, island, nice beaches, perfect. Karakura seemed like the perfect place so he took the nearest ship there and rented a small apartment to stay for the time, nothing big incase he didn't get a job at the local hospital.
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
Satow Kazuhiro was always bold and confidence. As a kid, he carried around the thought that he was smart and capable of anything he dreamed of that helped boost his confidence and fuel his ego. It Made him want to take on hard challanges that others avoided to prove himself to be better than others. At age 28, after years of medical school, Kazuhiro had already proved his skill in high-pressure situations, but he was wondering what kind of doctor he truly would turn out to be. That is also one of his biggest reasons for moving to
Karakura. Family Medicine appealed to him because he had been his families doctor for almost his whole life it also demanded humility, patience, and the ability to build long-term trust with people of all ages of which he was good at. For someone who was often faulted as being "too sure of himself," the specialty offered a way for him to channel that confidence into something useful and something that other people could benefit from.
In a way, the choice of specialty was both a reflection of his personality and an exercise in personal growth: choosing a specialty that would balance his natural confidence with sensitivity and continuity of care.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Satow Kazuhiro enrolled in a university in Tagawa, a lesser city in Fukuoka Prefecture. Some of his contemporaries couldn't fathom why one so confident as he would accept a less vibrant, less high-profile setting than Osaka or Tokyo. But Kazuhiro, never uncertain about his decisions, had no doubt that Tagawa would offer him something the bigger cities wouldn't a chance to actually understand community-based medicine.
In Tagawa, he was immersed in a system where doctors did everything from pediatrics to geriatrics. For Kazuhiro, who had been driven by being thought to be able, it was the perfect environment to prove that he could do everything in Family Medicine. He asked tough questions of his professors, questioning assumptions in the process, and at times earned a reputation as blunt. However, his dedication was never in doubt.

Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Satow has brown medium lenght hair with jade coloured eyes. His walk style reflects his confidence to others meanwhike his smile reflects his ego. His overconfidence can be felt easily by just being around him, seeing him walk or hearing him talk. His voice is filled with pride and glory. Satow is skinny and slender his hair is often messy. He is not tall nor short one can say he is avarage height. He might come off as a jokester when you hear his frequent jokes or see him do silly things for others entertainment. He isn't lacking in the social skills department and is quite talkative, often talking about his life and all "hard" things he has been through. Beneath all his ego people who get to know him might see that he has a soft spot or a soft side for certain things like history, music and biology. It's easy to get close to him since he is in need of friends and talks a lot about himself admiring himself quite often.
How does your character act around the hospital?
Satow walks through the hospital like an over confident doctor. He often shows more confidence than actual skill and thinks himself to be better than others. This attitude makes him competitive and eager to outdo his colleagues and friends. However, he truly values teamwork. He enjoys working with others who think and act alike. He listens carefully when someone with more knowledge or experience is teaching.
Satow learns quickly and easily picks up new skills. His confident personality helps him earn earnthe respect of both patients and staff. He may not be the perfect doctor, but he attempts to be the best doctor that he possibly can. To boost morale of people around him he often tells jokes or does something silly/stupid. This helps ease stress and improve morale of the people working at the hospital.
His confidence drives him to take on challenges, not just to prove himself but also to learn and grow.. Satow is both flawed and inspiring. His competitiveness and humor, along with his social skills make him someone who brings energy, warmth, and determination to everyone around him in the hospital.

Satow despite being very competitive prefers to work with others, he is a social person and despises working alone most of the time although he still enjoys doing certain things alone.
